Concourse Dental Care

Experiencia fantástica: I have a terrible fear when it comes to going to the dentist, do to bad experiences. But I had a wonderful dental hygienist (Amanda) who took her time with applying my crown, explained step by step what she was doing. She really put me at ease . I have to say she is the best hygienist I have ever had! Kudos to you Amanda you are awesome! Thank you kindly Candace Coulter

Experiencia fantástica: Megan, was amazing and very detailed in her describing the things that I could do better to improve my dental health. Very informative and now I’m applying these techniques every day.

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re new to this area and have an emergency. This place is where you should go! After a weekend of pain they got me in on Monday! They were a huge help!

Experiencia fantástica: Had the best experience ever at Concourse Dental. The staff, hygienist's, and doctor’s, are very informative of what they are doing, explaining each step along the way. Very gentle, friendly, knowledgeable. I recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care

Experiencia fantástica: Love the staff and the dental care has been exceptional. They make you comfortable and clearly explain your treatment plan. Highly recommend Concourse!

Experiencia fantástica: I had only been there once. The workers and co workers are very friendly and good listeners. Thank goodness for them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Barroso and her staff our great team that worked well together. My hygienist was very thorough and explained everything to me clearly.

Experiencia fantástica: I left my previous dentist after being subjected to a hard sell for a $2000 “deep cleaning”. I felt no such pressure from Dr. Barroso, or Dawn At Concourse. Both were very professional, friendly, and informative. I was very pleased with my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased with my first visit. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean and professional. If you are looking for a new dentist check them out.

Experiencia fantástica: Amanda was very patient with me and my high anxiety. Dr. Barroso was knowledgeable and explained what the best treatment was for me. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was super nice even though all results are horrible. They did a really extensive exam and discovered lots of cavities. Would highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel and staff are very pleasant and flexible. Recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Can't really say enough about Dr. Patel and his associates. They were very professional and courteous. I had been looking for a practice that met all my needs, and Councourse fulfilled that. They are the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Hey youse guys, Miss Summer is knowledgeable, efficient, patient-centered, and pleasant....

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time in the office. The personnel was very professional and knowledgeable. A lot of empathy and understanding from the personnel. I will go again for my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for years... love the place..Eduard always does a great job cleaning my teeth and education to keep my own teeth for many more years

Experiencia fantástica: As long as Dawn and Dr. Patel (very gentle -- he replaced a sealant and I felt nothing) are here, I don't see myself leaving. I will elaborate further on Dawn since she is the dental hygienist, so most of my appointments have been with her. Dawn clearly has experience and a wealth of knowledge (this woman really knows her stuff -- I learned things from her about my teeth and gums I have never before heard, and I'm old enough that there have been plenty of opportunities to hear them elsewhere!), and she is pleasant. She also is gentle and is considerate. Just these things are great. But on top of that -- what I think really sets her apart -- is her commitment to provide evidence-based care. I realize that, sadly, pretty much all of medicine and I guess dentistry as well is headed in the direction of being corporatized/monetized...to the point where I, as a patient, find myself increasingly with my guard up wondering if recommendations are best for me as a patient or best for a practice's bottom line. As a patient, the hope is that a physician/PA would remember the Hippocratic Oath, and that dental clinicians would also keep in mind their own Principles of Ethics. My point in saying all of this is to highlight Dawn as an exception to this: I don't feel like I have to have my guard up during my appointment with Dawn. She takes the time to educate me and gives me her professional opinion whether something might be beneficial for my dental health. Sometimes that has meant that maybe I do NOT need something their clinic offers. This, to me, represents someone who thinks logically and uses evidence as the foundation. I have so much respect for this, and it is how, as a clinician, you earn the trust of your patients. And trust from patients will bring the business to you as a practice without having to seek it out. Please, do not give me x-rays if I don't need them just because you can bill for them. Please, do not sell me something I do not need. I so much appreciate that Dawn does not do these things or any other things that fall into the same category. She treats me and my dental health as a unique situation, rather than just like a warm body in her chair to sell stuff to. Because the thing is, when I DO need something -- let's be honest, as we age, even with the best effort, so many of us are going to need some sort of dental procedure or device -- I will certainly seek out Dawn and Dr. Patel for whatever that is, because I trust that what Dawn has been recommending is truly what is best for my health. This is probably the longest review I've ever written on here, but it's something I feel pretty strongly about.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care given. Lovely office that is new & immaculately clean. My hygienist explained everything, was very gentle and timely in bringing me back to her office. I felt very safe there. ♡

Experiencia positiva: Very friendly staff and the hygienist did a great job. The only thing I don't care for is the upselling of things everytime I go in there.

Experiencia fantástica: Concourse Dental Care provides excellent personalized professional care. The front desk staff are friendly and greet you with a warm smile. Hadassah, my dental hygienist is amazing, gentle and very thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was handled efficiently and the staff took extra care to address my nerves. Under the circumstances, the team did a really great job. I appreciated being told what was happening next and the team went as slow as I needed to be comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Office crew, kind, pleasant and educated.

Experiencia fantástica: I have avoided dentists for many years after a oral cancer diagnosis and treatment. The staff was welcoming; very educated about services and ptocedures .They were able to answer my questions and concerns completely and compassionately.. the office has various Financial Services to assist with an affordable way to obtain my dental needs goals and procedures. I was very pleased

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfed with their work. They aim to please.

Experiencia negativa: I like Dr Barroso and my hygienist but they will come up with some bogus charges. What should be free, like a routine cleaning, will cost you.I thought I had found a dentist I could stay with but seems like I need to keep looking.

Experiencia negativa: New patient's beware. I just wanted a cleaning. Paid $187 for a "diagnostic" of what's all wrong with me. I already know these things. An hour in and i asked about the cleaning, "not today, need to come back for that." It wasn't clear that i would not be getting a cleaning at this appointment. Didn't get what i wanted and what i scheduled. So frustrating.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, professional, state of the art equipment, and reasonable pricing. In network with Delta Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: The employees at Concourse Dental are very respectful and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: These people were amazing. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Experiencia fantástica: What a cheerful atmosphere you have created for your clientele! I enjoyed my first visit. I am looking forward to the next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great and thorough cleaning done.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a Friendly, Professional and Timely visit

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so professional and courteous.

Experiencia fantástica: They were attentive to my concerns

Experiencia positiva: I switched to Concourse Dental because my previous dentist dropped United Concordia. I have had a deep cleaning to address a few deeper pockets and all has gone well. I also have had a crown put on and it was the first time I have ever had a crown put on where it fit perfectly and no adjustments were necessary for the bite. I do feel that they try and upsell some stuff like fluoride and some other stuff that insurance doesn’t cover. Still overall I am pleased with the level of service I have received. I would definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience at Concourse. I was able to get in to see Dr. Patel and have an assessment completed and a full plan to solve my issues . Crystal (Dr Patel’s Dental Assistant) was SO knowledgeable, and really listened to what my concerns were .

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional group. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dental care! I highly recommend this dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch/1st class operation with 1st appt from beginning to end! As it had a state of the art services!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great experience to be welcome in with open arms. Everyone was very professional and I got a complete check up.

Experiencia fantástica: Their team is very polite. Prompt service as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely helpful staff (including front desk ladies). Armando only has been there for a few months, but he was thorough during the cleaning. Extra points, I was able practice my Spanish with the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice a really helped me feel at ease! They developed a great plan for me and explained it very clearly. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time to Concourse Dental office in Yulee. Everyone was very Professional, courteous and informative. Crystal And Dr. Patel were amazing! And thank you to Brittany, who was so helpful with the financial explanations for my future dental work!

Experiencia fantástica: Had an emergency tooth extraction. I called for an appointment and they got me in right away. Very impressed with the attention they gave me. Very thorough and professional. Kept me informed from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I was I’n on July 8th, for a teeth cleaning and Fluoride treatment. My experience was awesome as usual. I like a clinician that explains processes in detail. She was amazing and her patience, knowledge and professionalism deserves a 5 star. I intentionally waited until she returned from maternity leave to get my service done, and it’s always professional and courteous. Makes me feel cared for, there is nothing like feeling safe when you are in a vulnerable position. BN-L. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: They are all very nice and professional. They were very understanding regarding my medical issues and how will may affect my treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I alway me have anxiety when I go to the dentist. I want to say how much I love this office. It’s calming, they listen to your co vets and act to help with the problem. Finally found a dentist I will go back to. Thanks so much for the great care.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very nice and friendly. Explained procedures and Financials slowly and were patient with me when I didn't understand something. Very pleased .

Experiencia fantástica: I went for my dental cleaning yesterday at Concourse Dental. Maria is my hygienist and she is great! She’s very gentle, very thorough. Very personable makes you feel like you’ve known her all her life. And I love Dr. Patel! He too is very caring, friendly professional, and reassuring. So glad I found this office! If you are in need of a good dental Practice, then please give Concourse Dental a try. I think you will be like me, you will love it!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was awesome! Thus, including the stellar staff and above all, Dr Zari. I would recommend Concourse Dental Care to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Miriam was delightful. She took extreme care and offered solutions when warranted

Experiencia fantástica: I really had a great visit with Dr. Patel and his assistant, Cammy at Concourse Dental Care. I went in for an evaluation and they were able to perform the dental work that I needed right away. I appreciate their expertise in such a timely manner.

Experiencia fantástica: They are very thorough and explain what is happening with your teeth and actually show you. They are professional and show sincere care for customers.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid at all costs. Refused to give basic cleaning unless did the much more expensive deep cleaning. It’s all about the money with this group.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and efficient staff that all seem to help each other. Very positive experience. Really take the time to review xrays and imaging. Seems fair pricing. I've always been leary of the padding of costs in dentristy but this business seems on the level to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place and my dental hygienist is the best!! Not only looks like my son which was cool but at the same time he was quick on the cleaning... he cared about my feelings during the process... cared about if I was feeling any pain... he was very attentive and I'm definitely never going anywhere else!! I highly recommend this Dentist if you're looking for excellent dental care and you have a gigantic fear of needles and drills!

Experiencia fantástica: As always, staff and dentists are very caring and attentive to your dental needs. As well as anxiety levels.

Experiencia fantástica: My first time visit all staff was super nice ... Thank You .Valerie McCormick

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited to go to the dentist! All of the staff is an absolute dream! Everyone is so kind and respectful, and Super informative. They value your comfort and make sure you are enjoying your visit. I was blessed to interact with Ms. Dawn, Dr. Patel and Ms. Mikaela and the receptionist who greeted me. If I could give this team 100 out of a 100 I would. Absolutely phenomenal people. I look forward to our future appointments.

Experiencia negativa: I am not giving it but one star. I went in there to get a cleaning, and was told that the next patient was there. That I was to come back tomorrow 9/10/2025, or they would make me an appointment. I ask what happened to my cleaning. I walked out and will never go back. All they care for is the future, not way you are there. They lost my husband and I as patients. I know that you don't care but I will NEVER go back.

Experiencia fantástica: I cracked a tooth and was in a great deal of pain. They got me in quickly and since I have an unreal fear of the dentist, they did everything to make me comfortable and finished quickly.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in for severe dental pain, Dr Barosso was super caring and explained the whole process to remove two infected teeth while being as gentle as possible. Was in and out same day and feel way better. Thanks Dr Barosso and my nurse Lexi!

Experiencia positiva: Nice staff, very engaging, nice office— unfortunately after getting multiple reminders about my appt, they were short staffed that day, and I could only half complete what I went to do..and I have to go back to complete the visit. Hoping for a long and good relationship from here on!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had good experiences at Concourse Dental Care. Everyone there is very friendly and they do a great job. I really appreciate the fact that they inform me of all costs prior to any work being done. I am grateful to them for taking care of all of my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I haven't had a bad experience here! They are friendly, do excellent work, clear I.n what to expect procedure and financial wise. Overall very happy!

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind, resourceful, knowledgeable....... and they make sure you understand how to take care of your teeth.

Experiencia negativa: I moved from Family Dental to Concourse Dental to try to get a smaller practice, not so much focus on money vs care. Concourse is the same. There is a fine line to good care and making lots of money and I have lots of issues where that line is drawn. The care is pretty good but the money is always being shoved down your throat........ Looking for a single practitioner, mom and pop shop...

Experiencia fantástica: Can't say enough about them found a new home for our daughter! Dr staff amazing!! Very nice fast easy! Made her feel comfortable got her in in a day and it's refreshing to see an office not over book and got her in the very next day I called ! Good pricing as well very fair for what they do! The Staff and Dr was so nice!

Experiencia fantástica: Armando was very gentle and customer service oriented. Pleasant and notified me of everything that he was doing. Definitely will seen him again.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Barrosso and her team are the best! The care about you and your teeth and do all they can to make you comfortable while taking excellent care of my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the staff at Concourse Dental! The ladies at the front desk make sure that you’re not waiting long and will apprise you of your wait time. My hygienist and dentist are very thorough, professional, and friendly! They take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. My teeth feel fabulous and clean when I’m done!

Experiencia fantástica: My dentist abruptly closed his office and left his patients to scramble to find another dentist. I read the reviews for Concourse Dental so I tried them. They got me in right away to do the work I had been scheduled for with my other dentist. The office is run very efficiently -- I was seen within minutes of arriving on all three of my visits so far. The staff made great efforts to contact my insurance company and was able to get that vast majority of the work needed (two crowns, a build-up and two cavities) covered by insurance. Dr. Barroso reversed my former dentist's assertion that a broken tooth had to be pulled and, instead, saved the tooth, thereby saving me about $2,400.00. Both she and Dr, Patel were obviously accomplished, the equipment is state-of-the-art and the dental technicians, Kami and Christina were as good as they come. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I were you.

Experiencia fantástica: Idk what all the negative reviews are about with the "trying to push me to get stuff i dont need" this place pretty great ngl

Experiencia fantástica: Have not seen a dentist properly in yrs, seen their ad on social a decided to check into them as I suffer periodontal a they work with it. Was able to b seen soon enough and the staff has been amazing and makes u feel comfortable. I have major anxiety with dentist but after goin 2days in a row for appointments with them I feel calm their a they talk to u not at u. Big plus. Extremely happy with my new dentist looking forward to a new smile

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone that we came into contact with at concourse dental went out of their way to ensure my son had a pleasant (even fun!) visit. From the front office staff, to the hygienist, and the dentist, EVERYONE was so polite and helpful! Seriously the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: I must say the office staff is awesome. The dentist in which I saw very kind straight to the point and very helpful. I honestly cannot wait to go back and have the rest of my procedures done.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient at Concourse Dental Care with Dr. Barroso for several years, and I can’t recommend them enough. Over the years, I’ve had Invisalign treatment, regular cleanings, and even an implant crown replacement and every experience has been excellent. Dr. Barroso is kind, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is fantastic always welcoming and helpful and the front desk team is especially friendly and efficient. It’s comforting to know I’m in good hands every time I walk through their doors. If you’re looking for a reliable and caring dental team, Concourse Dental is it!

Experiencia negativa: Dentist (male) showed little interest or concern for me as a patient. My impression of our brief encounter was that he was simply looking for what he could bill.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable! They were very thorough and took their time explaining every step! Made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands! Thank you, Concourse Dental staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Great first experience….. very professional. Explained everything clearly and were considerate of all my needs including insurance issues.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved this place ! Treated my daughter with great care even gave her a blanket and tooth stress ball! Checked on her through the whole process and even followed up with a call! Very affordable and definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: All around wonderful experience. I was greeted as soon as I entered and the checkin process took just a few minutes. I was treated by Crystal and it felt so welcoming. She never rushed me through anything and took time to explain each step. It felt like my care was a priority and not just rushing in the next patient. Dawn came in to do my probing and I had no discomfort. I'm coming back next month and have much less anxiety than before. Would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a more personable experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my 1st appointment today and Brittney at the desk was so nice! Also the hygienist was super patient with me I have a horrible reflex and they both teamed up to help me get the exam comfortably. And got my teeth cleaned the same appointment. Super clean office too.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are very friendly as well as professional. Dr. Barroso as well as the rest of the staff are very informative and answered all the questions I had.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very professional, respectful and kind. I had a very positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: It was our first time at Concourse dental. The front office receptionist welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly. The entire staff is very welcoming & very professional. They answered all my concerns. My son was not terrified and said he liked his visit at the Dentist! We were looking for a family dentist closer to home and avoid driving 1hr away! Happy to have found our family dentist

Experiencia fantástica: The gentle dental hygienist was very nice and professional very pleasant to work with, and she gave me a great exam and I excellent clean

Experiencia fantástica: It is unfortunate that they are not in my network for my insurance policy. That being said they were able to get me in and I just paid cash, which I will say was extremely reasonably priced compared to what I was expecting. I needed a cleaning and exam for my son prior to getting braces and the place we used to go to in Jacksonville was booked out for 6 months which seemed to be typical for that office. I was able to book this about two or so weeks out and was very happy with them having availability. The hygienist was excellent and did a great job. The office employees were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Patel did the exam and gave some solid advice moving forward regarding future treatment for my son. If they ever change to my insurance provider I will absolutely take my family here. Excellent service and advice.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic group of people that work here. They have been amazing at taking care of me and my family.

Experiencia fantástica: My family of 4 hasbeen going to concourse dental for 3 years and have been very happy with the entire team!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are the absolute BEST. Very nice and clean. Dawn was absolutely AMAZING. She explained everything so well, while also entertaining my daughter lol LOVED HER!

Experiencia fantástica: They are kind and professional and they are gentle in problem areas. Their work looks amazing, too! I'm definitely satisfied with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Caring thorough staff ! Highly recommend receiving your dental care with these wonderful people!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were amazing all the way around. Super friendly. Very helpful. This includes Dr. Patel as well! Love these guys.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Patel was very professional, explained in detail on the procedure of pulling my tooth. Very concerned of comfort during the procedure.

Experiencia positiva: Customer service was great .. the wait after getting in the dental chair was a little longer due to staffing . This was my first visit . Copay after an estimate of insurance payment was affordable .

Experiencia fantástica: My visit today was awesome if anyone needs dental care I recommend you visit this location in Yulee, FL. Dr. Patel, Mikayla, Brittney (front desk) and Crystal. You all are awesome & provided excellent care, excellent customer care. Great atmosphere .

Experiencia fantástica: My experience started with the phone call to schedule my appointment, very warm and caring the day of the appointment continued the warm and caring experience. The staff is awesome as well as the front desk , dental assistants and the dentist gentle concern and compassion. Look no further

Experiencia fantástica: They are great to work with. During my last treatment they took every step to make me feel comfortable. Not only providing Novocaine and gas but also offering a blanket and pillow! I definitely recommend!
