Experiencia fantástica: Best experience from beginning to end with a Dentist in over 50 years! Front Desk Admin was polite, professional and efficient with their system. X-ray equipment was new and appeared to be top of the line. Hygienist was friendly and showed constant concern for my comfort level during the cleaning process. DDS Leininger was great! As a new patient he wanted to know my background; both health and what inspired me to move to Idaho. He was completely thorough when reviewing all x-rays, dove deep into the condition and quality of previous dental work I had. Overall, the best Dental experience i have had. Look forward to my next experience with them!

She did a very good cleaning and was very nice. Easy to explain things to and gave updates of what she would do next before touching my teeth. The X-rays and equipment were top notch. The place was very clean. Finally, the dentist was friendly and easy going. Explained the X-rays and course of action. I will definitely come back and they made the experience very bareable.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in some time, and they helped me figure out what is going on, setting up a very clear treatment plan going forward and explained how things happen and why things are done a certain way. They didn’t just say what was wrong and push me along, they took the time to see if I had questions, and answering some that I didn’t realize I had. I cannot express enough how fantastic they are and how easy it is to get an appointment. If you are looking for a new Dentist, this is the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: Myself, my husband, and now all three of my children have been seeing Dr Leininger for both regular cleanings and dental care for over 3 years now and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff is cheerful and knowledgeable and Dr Leininger doesn’t make you feel pressured for unnecessary procedures as other dentists I’ve had in the past have done. Can’t recommend his practice enough!!

Experiencia negativa: I want to start this review by saying how amazing Dr. L is. His skill, attention to detail, and the quality of equipment and care are truly top-notch. He takes time to explain everything clearly, and his dentistry is exceptional. That said, I feel it’s important to also mention the office experience, which unfortunately doesn’t match the same level of professionalism. The office manager/receptionist seems overwhelmed, trying to juggle too many responsibilities at once including managing the business, being the front desk receptionist, and handling her children in the office. It creates a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere. I’ve referred three friends to Dr. L because of the excellent care he provides. While they all praised his work, two out of the three told me they wouldn’t return due to their negative experience with the front office and having a young child running around the office. Going to the dentist is hard enough for some people the added stress of the bit of chaos doesn't help. At least in one of my referred friends case. It’s disappointing, because Dr. L deserves better support around him. I truly hope the office side improves.

I had to have two teeth pulled, him and his staff made it as comfortable an experience as possible. He is so good when he numbs you, I couldn’t even tell. I can’t recommend Ridgecrest enough. Sooo happy we did, the office is really nice and Dr Leininger is so calm and soft spoken just loved him. Everyone there is so friendly. I am not the best person at the dentist but felt completely relaxed and loved all the new technology they have. It was a learning and calming experience for us. Would recommend to anyone looking.

I felt absolutely nothing happening, they were understanding about my needs for more anesthesia&sedation. I was taken back to the treatment room and did not wait long for the hygienist to arrive. She was gentle and thorough. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Leininger was attentive and was not rushed with me at all. The facility is very clean and calming. There are tv’s and headphones available to help distract if one wishes while receiving treatment. I was very happy with my experience here and would happily recommend them without reservation.

The 2 stars are because of the toddler that has been running around the back screaming and waiting area and even into the parking lot! for the last half hour. He is calling one of the ladies at the desk mommy so I’m under the impression that he’s an employees child. It’s very annoying

Experiencia fantástica: Earlier this month on a Tuesday night I was eating a salad with croutons and a Costco pizza when I noticed that a crown on one of my molars broke off. It was later that night when I called my Dentist and told them what happened. The next morning I woke up to my dentist calling me to come in that morning. Long story short, I was seen and left with a new crown. Amen and thanks to a great dentist and all the great staff he has. If you don’t have one or need a new dentist make Ridgecrest Family Dental your new dentist.
