Idaho Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics - Star

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Idaho Kids Dentistry! Waylon thought Peter Parker checked his teeth today for no cavities!

Experiencia fantástica: We are new to the area but were able to make an appointment for the next day for an emergency extraction. The entire staff were wonderful and made the whole experience amazing. The facilities were clean and beautiful. The waiting area for the kids was great and I loved that they had a raffle going on as well. We look forward to going back for the kids cleanings.

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first of what will now be many visits. We were very impressed by the staff as well as the environment.

Experiencia fantástica: We found this practice when my son had an accident on the playground. He fell while going up the steps of a slide and hit his mouth. There were concerns that his teeth may have been damaged due to the impact. In a panic, I called while I was on my way to get him from school and they told me to come straight there. My son was pretty nervous and I was pretty frazzled. The staff here put both of us at ease. They were all so caring and thoughtful. Took X-rays, checked everything out, and let us know what the outcome would be. While I contacted them for an emergency situation, we will definitely be using them moving forward as our dedicated children’s dentist. Thank you all again for helping us so quickly, and for doing it with so much compassion!

Experiencia fantástica: Ladies in the front office are the best very friendly and know me by my name. Process have been good these couple of years.

Experiencia fantástica: So kid friendly. We get there early to play the miniature arcade game. My son is autistic so the dentist can be very challenging. They make it fun and friendly and I will not be going to any other.

Experiencia negativa: Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at the store location! I called them last Friday left a message figured they were busy and that they would call me back never did I get a call back then I waited all day Monday to give them a day and now it's Tuesday and I have called about five times one at 11:30 one at 2:40 one, 250 and at 3:00 and now at 4:15 and 417 and still no response .....only voicemail but they're supposed to be open till 5:00 what the heck? This is horrible!!! This is my one day off to get calls done and they don't answer all day long? Ridiculous.... plus I called last week! Why would you have such horrible answering service when you have multiple locations???

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Idaho Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics in Star are incredible. The office is meticulous and so cute inside. Always a 5 star experience for our family and we’d never go anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: They are amazing! Super sweet to everyone that comes in and always has a smile on their face.

Experiencia fantástica: It takes us a long Drive to get to any of their locations and so we always tend to get there early. They always seem to get us in almost right away even when we’re early they are so great to work with highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We love this office! Staff is so patient and kind (especially when this mom is stressed or running late). Experiencia fantástica: I love this office! They’re so patient and accommodating with my ASD kiddo and all his sensitivities. He struggles so much with going but they make it as smooth as possible and really listen to both my and his concerns and questions. Just a great bunch of professionals who really care about both dental health and establishing trust with their patients. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my 2 year old here for her first dentist appointment ever. She didn’t wanna let the hygienist or dentist brush her teeth & they were both so patient til she finally let them. Made sure all my questions were answered. The waiting room was awesome, lots of toys/ activities for kids to do while waiting. So glad I found this place

Experiencia fantástica: Although the travel isn't ideal, being able to get 5 kids in an out on the same day is a blessing. Thank you IKDO

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is incredibly friendly. We just moved to the area and I booked online for an initial consult during my lunch break. Amy immediately called to get all my insurance info and get my daughter’s appointment squared away for the very next day. Dr. Jake Rogers was super friendly and did a great job. The dental hygienist was super sweet and knowledgeable. And the whole office ran like a well-oiled machine. Thorough, but had us in and out in no time. Best dental office we have been to!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place were from out of town and my daughter has a pretty bad toothache they were able to see us next day and get her checked out!! Super nice staff and they made it easy and fun thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: July 10, 2025 Edit: My children have been coming here for two years now. Every single time we show up we get greeted by everyone AND the hygienist and Doc are always so kind and understanding. I highly recommend coming here for your child(ren). Definitely not like how it was when we were kids. Plus it’s beautiful inside. Very welcoming for children. Did I forget to mention a little play area for the kids to play while waiting. Even though waiting doesn’t really take long but just switch n come to these guys! Well worth it! The original review: First of all, I would like to say everyone who works here is absolutely amazing! So respectful and it feels like we have been friends or part of the family for a long time. Secondly, specifically Leanne, was so kind and gentle to my anxious child, Sky. She could see that Sky was worried to be there so she went out of her way to be respectful and very vocal about what was going on for each step (just a simple cleaning). Thank you so much Leanne for being so kind to her! Also, the dentist answered some questions we have been trying to figure out for years! Every other dentist sort of just ignored our concerns and never really touched on the subject of what we were trying to figure out. Receptionist, you’re amazing. Thank you so much for welcoming us every time we step in for their appointments! Skyla, Maezie, & Jakeb says thank you! So, if you’re reading this and want to know if this is a good place for your kiddos, I highly recommend it! ♥️

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody's very professional and very nice. This is the only dental clinic that does not make my 8 yr old apprehensive.
