Experiencia fantástica: Started going to Crystal Canyon when I lived in Wilder. Have moved to Star but it's worth the commute because once you find a Dentist that you are comfortable with and does such a great job you don't want to change. It's not just Dr. Freeman, the whole staff is the best.

A nice bonus if you are afraid of the pain of the shots, they do an incredible job! I barely feel them if at all. That used to be a BIG issue for me!

Experiencia fantástica: I had heard from a couple coworkers about this wonderful Dentist and staff. Of course I looked them up and checked their Google reviews. I was impressed after looking for a good dentist for almost 9 years. I filled out the patient forms online and hesitated for 2 weeks. I told myself on Friday I would call on Monday and get a first appointment to check them out myself. Well. Friday night happened and one of my crowns came loose. I called on Monday morning right after a cancelation happened. The staff was so welcoming to get me in and made me feel relaxed. The Dr could tell I’ve already put alot of time & money into my teeth and understood my concerns. We worked together to make a plan and correct my current issue. He listened which is rare. I made another appointment and hope to continue building on this patient / Dr relationship.

I am seriously glad I continued to go for all my dental work. The office gal is awesome. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They do great work and all their attitudes are great. Very friendly and the place is clean.

It doesn't matter who I get for my cleaning that day, they're all super cheerful and friendly. I really never stress or dread dental appointments here. Love them and highly recommend. Experiencia negativa: Called on 01/28 to come in for a cleaning, exam, xrays because my girlfriend goes here and recommended them highly only to be told it's going to be almost 2 months to be seen because I'm new! No offer to be put on a wait list incase something opens up NOTHING! I explained that I was going to need dental work done, deep clean, broken tooth etc. I have great insurance but all I got was " have a good day bye " I guess when business is booming turning potential long time customers away is easy ☹️

Growing up going to the dentist was not a priority, later in my adult life it became the priority. I have gone to many dentist and by far Dr. Freeman and his entire office are amazing! My son had some extreme dental issues and he followed us to the orthodontist to make sure that we were taken care of. I hate dentist and hate getting dental work done because of childhood painful experiences but Dr Freeman does something no other dentist does... He gives you a pretty good heads up even if there's a chance of any pain. Plus he's got a great sense of humor. Also their staff are amazing. Never thought I'd recommend it a dentist to anybody but I'm 56 years old and in all the years of going to dentist offices this one is by far and away the best.

After much research, I chose Crystal Canyon Family Dental and went to my first appointment today. I was a little nervous, since it was my first visit, but right away I felt very calm and like I had known the staff forever. Everyone there is so welcoming and the hygienist performed the most thorough and gentle treatment I have ever had. Also, like other people have said, Dr. Freeman hums along to the music that is playing and that makes you feel even more comfortable. This is a fantastic place and I highly recommend their services!!

Experiencia positiva: I was with this dentist for two years they dropped me as a patient without saying a word when they stopped taking Idaho smiles. The work I had done previously was good but painful although they used silver filling on a root canal on one of my front teeth without giving me another option so make sure to check that if they are working on your front visible teeth.
