Lastly it doesn't hurt that EVERY staff member is gorgeous inside and out!!

During the pandemic, our dental office would not use insurance but required cash money ahead of time to see my Dtr during an emergency. Dr. Harris took care of us immediately to do over a job our previous dentist claimed that was already done.

Experiencia fantástica: I met Dr Amro for the first time after my appointment with Donna which by the way is always positive. She takes great care of my teeth and advises me on how to better care for my oral health. I had a chip on one of my teeth and was taken care of right away. Not only did Dr Amro fix the chip but went above and beyond to eliminate the stain and to help with my mouth guard which was giving me issues. I wore the mouth guard for the first night after he helped me and it never fell out. Thank you to both Donna and Dr Amro.

I have been billed several times and had to fix myself with insurance. Also shouldn't be listening to personal conversions between receptions as you sit in the waiting area. Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr Seline (forgive me if I’m spelling it wrong). I went in to simply get some attachments removed that were placed from an orthodontist at a different practice (he moved ). What I admired and truly appreciated was the time she took to explain to me my options if I wanted to continue the regiment with a provider in their location and I said yes. Although she recommended keeping the attachments on until the new consultation (if the new provider wanted to just pick up where the other left off it would be easier and frugal), I ultimately decided to remove them because I’ve had the invisaligners for almost 2 years and I just wanted my mouth/teeth to feel normal again. Plus my teeth aren’t terrible, they advanced enough lol. Anyway, she respected my decision and promptly removed them and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, just informed and respected. I’ve been coming here for years, so as usual I’m please :)

My last visit was an emotional one knowing all the work I need done on my teeth but the Dentist and all her assistants assure me it will be ok. Experiencia negativa: I called the practice to cancel / reschedule my appointment and they said they aren’t able to reschedule or let me be seen at the practice ever again. I never received a confirmation call prior to my appointment. This practice is not accommodating at all to new patients . I had to cancel 2 hours before my appointment due to a family emergency. They refused to make an exception because it was policy. I have never come across this issue with a dental practice. I’m appalled .

To be honest, there was a time I wanted to find another practice as we had to see someone new all the time; until Donna became my only Hygienist for the last five year. I have been so happy and get a lot of work done there & been significantly satisfied every time. I have been referring people there without hesitations cause I know they will receive an upscale service. From the receptionist (Kerry), to a great support person (Doreen, who was very helpful while they were short yesterday), to the Doctors, I am comfortable & happy to continue being a patient there.

Experiencia fantástica: Melanie was my dental hygienist for my recent visit. I don’t think anyone could ever find someone as knowledgeable or as professional as her. She was very comforting with an excellent “chair side” manner, and was excellent in explaining what she was seeing in the X-rays and from physical observation. She was able to answer any questions that I had and give me well thought out and clear advice on how to care for and improve my oral hygiene going forward. She’s one of those very rare people who could make someone look forward to their next dentist appointment. I would also like to say that although I did not interact much with the rest of the staff, everyone that I did speak with was very welcoming. It’s a very professional and friendly office. I can’t recommend them enough.

And for the majority of it its been a great place but recently I had an issue with transparency of details and wrong/bad information to the point I was concerned I would be able to get my yearly clean and preventative care. Because of this I'm pulling me and my family from this practice and will be in search of a new one. While this was my experience take for what it's worth one person, one experience. It could have just been a fluke but it's not a situation I'm ok with personally. You may have a different experience yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: Was met at door by Donna “Queenie”. She did her thing and I remarked how she must feel empowered working for Dr. Harris as her scope of practice seems to have expanded. Dr .Brown (? name) was fast and efficient. A good experience. The practice has really stepped up it’s game after a couple of negative experiences due to Dr. Harris, my usual practitioner, being concerned that things were put right.

Experiencia positiva: The dentist is very good however because of COVID there’s no more waiting room . Not everyone has cars and can sit /stand outside in the parking lot and wait . I just hope they can at least have two people in the waiting room especially if they have to wait outside. Weather can be unpredictable here .
