Experiencia positiva: They are a pretty good dental establishment. I dont see the dentist very often by the hygenist is good. They try to pair u up with same one. I do have some special needs but they do take care of those. Id give it 5 stars but dont see dentist often but no other complaints.

I must have cancelled my appointment 3 times before I build up my nerves to go in to the office. ** Dr. MA and her assistant Alice were amazing . They made me feel relaxed, let me know exactly what was happening next and did the job. * I had my molar extracted and didn't feel a thing. She also the same day did a temporary crown on the bottom tooth. ** I highly recommend these 2 ladies to do any dental work for you. I already have a friend and family member ready to sign up with this dentist. My hygienist, Shannon is amazing!!

Experiencia negativa: Went here for a checkup and was told definitively that I would need a root canal and had it scheduled with gentle dental within 2 weeks. I instead went to an endodontist who immediately said I was no where close to needing a root canal and advised me to not return to that dentist and find a new one to have a simple cavity filling. If other dentists and specialist are telling patients to avoid this dentist that is a major problem. I would've lost my tooth if I trusted this dentist and didn’t seek a second opinion. So please always seek a second opinion and be careful going here. Also when i told the receptionist that I had scheduled my root canal with a endodontist she had told me to cancel that appointment and stay with them instead.

Experiencia fantástica: Every time I come to Gentle Dental in Stoughton I am so impressed with the quality of customer service the entire staff provides to all their customers. The front desk receptionist accommodate my concerns when I run a little late due to the enormous street work being done in the area. The hygienist Rashyd always takes the time for a personal conversation that makes me feel he cares for me as a human being. It’s funny to say this, but they make my dentist visits very pleasant and leave a lasting impression on me for the rest of the day. Thanks to all of you and wishing you Happy and Healthy Holidays!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I haven't been to Gentle Dental in a few years! But the Doctor and Hygienist were Excellent. Because I have Childhood Trauma with the dentist...... The whole staff was extremely friendly and very Professional! Which I like and respect, not like other companies and businesses. As always, they did a great job scheduling and performing my fillings on Sept 18th. Once again, extremely friendly staff and courteous and respectful! And always no pressure to have extra work done, you can do it @ you're scheduled time and liking. Because of past Trauma with dental work that kept me away from the dentist, and Pricing I think it's the best dental office around! Yours truly, Reggie White

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first time at Gentle Dental, and I was impressed with the whole staff. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. It was a nice, warm reception for me. It was very nice of the doctor to be able to get an appointment for a cleaning on my first visit. The gentleman who did my cleaning was phenomenal. He was so friendly, talkative and very helpful. I felt relaxed the whole time during the cleaning. Also, the wait time was excellent. I was taken right at my 4:40 PM appointment and out at 5:15PM. It was amazing!! Overall, that is why I left Alright Dental to come here. I guess I made the right move and the best choice. Shout out to all the Gentle Dental staff. You are all marvelous and awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in to have a tooth pulled. The process was fairly quick, I was not overcharged, the staff there was accommodating and the procedure waa done professionally and without any issues. I'd absolutely go back there.

Experiencia negativa: Had a traumatic experience here at the hands of a very condescending, unprofessional Dr. Susan Ma. She repeatedly hurt me throughout the procedure, even after informing her that I have temporomandibular joint dysfunction. I was told that I should "stop complaining" about the extreme pain she was causing me. If a medical professional is incapable of providing compassionate care, they should not be qualified to practice.

Experiencia fantástica: If you need a dentist stop what you’re doing and come here. Firstly, I had an appointment at 5:00 and I was seen a lil before that. I did a bunch of exams and the doctor did not overwhelm me and asked me what I Wanted to start with first. Then, I booked a cleaning appointment and it was too far out however the receptionist notified me of a cancelation so I was able to be seen way earlier than what I anticipated. The staff here are great! Best dentist I’ve been too.

Experiencia negativa: Let me start with the pros. The staff here is great. The receptionists and assistants do a great job of making you feel comfortable. The office does a good job of communicating about your appointments via text. Maybe a little too much but that’s fine since it keeps the appointment in the forefront of my mind. The con is the doctors. I’ve been here twice in two weeks and Dr. Ma saw me for a total of about 10 minutes. I got an estimate for my work and I nearly had a heart attack. It really feels like a money grab. They made me wait and wait and wait. I’ve been here for almost two hours and was seen for about 10 minutes. I just left without notifying anyone cause it made no sense as to why I’m here this long with little interactions with the doctors. Very poor and disappointing. If you need some minor work or regular visit, from reading previous reviews this might be a good place. But for major work, I have to go look for some place else. They did a poor job of explaining things and showed me an estimate which floored me. If I pay for that, I won’t have any food to chew.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Ma and her assistant are great! Always courteous, friendly and very professional. 5 stars for Dr. Ma! Wait time is little disappointing. Appointment was scheduled for 1:00 o’clock and I didn’t get taken in until 1:30. On the weekend I have no problem waiting this long but on a weekday when I have to take time off of work it becomes very inconvenient. Billing is another bit of a letdown. Claims and pre-authorizations submitted to insurance don’t get properly processed due to incomplete information and had to be resubmitted. I kept receiving a bill over and over again that was incorrect and was covered by insurance. Several attempts to resolve this with front desk staff were to no avail until Kathy looked into it for me. Otherwise dental work is great!

Experiencia fantástica: Every appointment I am greeted kindly, checked in, and helped with any questions I have then walked through anything needed on my behalf whether it be signing paperwork, updating insurance, etc. The Doctors are helpful in answering any questions or concerns I may have. They are professional and show care in how they perform the work they’re doing on your teeth/gums. Also making sure you know what next steps to take or what aftercare is needed once finished.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve attended this location since high school and originally utilized it solely as an orthodontist, but once my braces were off I stayed for annual cleanings. I usually came with a parent in HS, but now that I’m an adult I attend appointments solo. When the transition happened I wasn’t afraid or intimidated at all because the people here are so nice! Dr. Shannon is my favorite and the most kindest and sweetest human being I have ever met! Somehow we manage to engage in full blown conversations with her fingers and tools in my mouth! This is by far the best location and I’m glad I’m a patient here!
