Pinnacle Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Pinnacle Dental is my dental office of choice! Dr.Veronika and the team are great!

Experiencia fantástica: Always receive excellent care.

Experiencia fantástica: Eileen is great! Very professional, gentle and compassionate too!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a massive fear of the dentist and needles and Dr Gogiia and her team made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Seriously, they held my hand the entire time and talked to me through the injections as well as the process of my procedure. I’m really grateful to them for the care I received today.

Experiencia fantástica: I was on vacation here in MA and broke a tooth and of course it was the weekend. I called 4 dentists and left messages and only one called me back on Monday. It was Pinnacle. But the experience I got there was unmatched and that got the 5 stars. I wish I could send more customers their way. Thank You for the service. I am no longer stressed about my tooth and can enjoy my vacation.

Experiencia fantástica: The office has calm and quiet vibe which makes you feel very comfortable, the ladies at the front desk was friendly and informative, Dr Gogiia and her assistants (Jill and Alex) are amazing, they are professional and funny, they know how to make you feel at ease, especially if you're nervous about being at the dentist. Eileen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable. She also explained how I am doing and how to go forward with at home care for my teeth. I look forward to my appointments and cleanings, I highly recommend Pinnacle Dental for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional friendly staff♥️

Experiencia fantástica: The best dentist office that I have been to, the environment and everyone that works there are kind & welcoming and there's barely ever a wait once you arrive for your appointment. Nikie has been my dental hygienist for awhile and she's amazing, she does an awesome & thorough job every time I am there for a cleaning! Alongside with Dr. Gogiia, they both listen to any questions or concerns that I may have and are very caring, helping to clear any anxieties. I'm very happy to be going here for my oral health, would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here for years, but recently I broke my crown - Dr Gogiia got me in ASAP and my smile is now restored - From chipped to chipper in record time. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: I usually don't submit reviews, but recently when I needed an old crown replaced, I was fortunate to be seen by Dr. Veronika Gogiia. After replacing that crown, we discussed long needed work on other areas. We discussed, using X-rays, and other diagnostic tools, some other serious issues. I appreciated her patience with me and her professionalism. We have been doing some of the repairs and I am quite impressed with the skill and meticulous efficiency she works with. I would highly recommend Dr. Gogiia to anyone needing dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: They are the best. I've been going here since 1997. Despite the lovely people that have come and gone, the level of professionalism and quality of their service remains top-tier.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional very caring

Experiencia positiva: Fine

Experiencia fantástica: Pinnacle Dental provides great service, has a friendly office, and has a very down to earth staff.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Pinnacle Dental in Braintree have been great. The staff is very friendly and professional. Eileen did my cleaning best cleaning I’ve ever had she was amazing. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Terrific!

Experiencia fantástica: Great service. Friendly professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: I have waited to put my review in because in the past, I’ve had dental work that ended up causing me pain weeks later. I went to see Dr. Rama about three weeks ago and was very pleased with the process. I am extremely scared of the dentist and haven’t gone in over 20 years. Dr. Rama made me feel at ease and I felt no pain. It was a great experience and I look forward to coming back again. I highly recommend pinnacle dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Went for a cleaning today and the lady was great! New Dentist seemed very knowledgeable and informative! I will go back!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful team, wonderful service, everyone was so kind and attentive

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rama Hakim DMD was very sweet and helpful when I needed to receive dental treatment. I would recommend her to anyone. She also helped find the exact care I needed in an emergency situation. Talked me through what I needed.

Experiencia fantástica: Techs are always thorough. Nike is great!! Staff is very knowledgeable, check in is quick and pleasant. Dr Veronika Gogiia, DMD is very accommodating, Highly reccommended✔️

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff! Super friendly and professional service.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, friendly and effective dental practice. I’ve been coming here several years now and will continue to do so even though I now live an hour away

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was incredible. Front desk extremely welcoming, Nikkie did my cleaning I believe was her name(best cleaning I’ve ever had), Ms. Gogiia was honest and thorough. I used to absolutely hate the dentist; and now I look forward to it!! Thankyou!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Im new to MA and hadn’t established a dentist until now. Last night my molar chipped pretty bad and I gave Pinnacle Dental a call this morning. They got me in on the same day as a new patient and truly made me feel like valued patient. Everyone was incredibly nice, from the receptionists to the doctor herself. I saw Dr. Hakim and not only was she kind but she explained everything to me so well, even going as far as showing me pictures during my procedure so I knew exactly what was going on. I’m so sorry I forget her name but the dental hygienist and Dr. Hakims assistant were equally as kind and informative, giving tips and tricks on better ways to floss, recommendations for toothbrushes, and even just small talk about life. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Dental and a huge thank you to everyone there.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr rama hakim was amazing they walk you through everything all very new very updated equipment and everyone was very kind you can tell just by chatting in the waiting room that a lot of the customers love them. Highly recommend dr hakim

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a cleaning and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I recommend Dr. Rama Hakim. She's super friendly and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a good visit.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 experience. I will forever recommend Pinnacle Dental. Dr. Rama Hakim was amazing. I came in with facial swelling from a tooth issue that had been causing me a lot of pain, and she immediately evaluated it and clearly explained all my treatment options. I’m beyond grateful I found this office through Zocdoc. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. I’ve officially found my new dental office

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a new dentist after moving out of state and I found Pinnacle through ZocDoc. They are such a warm, welcoming office with employees who really care about their patients, starting at the front desk with check in. The dentist, hygienist, and dental assistant were all kind and answered any questions I had. I didn’t have a cleaning booked in to my time slot, but they were able to fit me in immediately. I would highly recommend Pinnacle!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service

Experiencia fantástica: Very good, thanks

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service, very professional and personable staff.

Experiencia fantástica: “Excellent dentist office! The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. My appointments are quick, smooth, and thorough every time. Highly recommend!” l

Experiencia fantástica: Dental hygienist, Nike, was professional, efficient and thorough. She made sure that my teeth and gums were fully cleaned painlessly in a timely manner, and she gave me a thorough check-up to ensure my teeth were in good shape.

Experiencia fantástica: Favorable; receptionist, dental assistant and dentist were all courteous and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional attention to my cracked crown. Patient and complete staff. Concerned and reassuring dentist

Experiencia fantástica: I had my routine cleaning today by Nikki(sp?) she did an awesome thorough cleaning! Very professional and friendly as always! Dr Veronika explained everything to me and I highly recommend this office

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Vero is great! Very nice staff!

Experiencia fantástica: So far my experiences at Pinnacle Dental have been great! I get super anxious when I know I have to go see a dentist. The staff here is amazing. I have been there twice so far and each visit they have made me feel more and more comfortable and a little less anxious. Dr. Gogiia is very knowledgeable and informative. She lets me know ahead of time what will be happening before the appointment as well as during to help keep my anxiety down. Her team is very professional and comforting. The office is very clean. I don’t usually recommend many places, but if anyone is looking for a new dentist or just a dentist in general, I highly recommend Pinnacle Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Pinnacle Dental went very well. I would definitely recommend them. Very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist was friendly, courteous, and very professional

Experiencia fantástica: Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating from the front desk to dentist! I’m still a little anxious going to the dentist, but I was immediately put at ease and got the care I needed. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Veronika is super professional and knowledgeable!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Pinnacle for a cleaning. My hygienist took the time to accommodate m peculiarities like using water warm water to rinse or that I will often need to close my mouth during the cleaning process. She was caring and thoughtful and professional during the process. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been receiving dental care from Pinnacle over five years. Although my original dentist left the practice, Dr. V was a seamless replacement who continued to provide kind, quality service. All of the staff who have assisted me have been a caring, professional community.

Experiencia positiva: I had a cleaning done in December I guess the practice is under new ownership and the new dentist wanted to do a cavity she could do it there and then but first they checked my insurance coverage “to avoid any surprises “ I was told i would owe 50 dollars They added in xrays as well. Well my insurance was maxed and i was billed for everything. I called the office the office manager did not help and did not return my calls . I have paid the bill and will not return mostly as the dentist did not have a gentle touch heavy handed !!

Experiencia fantástica: Not a patient but called to get a quote for an out of pocket temporary crown cementing. I’m visiting from out of state and my insurance doesn’t cover it u less I’m in my home state. Gabriela was super helpful in giving me a quote and guiding me through my situation. Ultimately I wasn’t able to get to them (no car, pouring rain and phone on 2%), but if I still lived in the South Shore I’d consider them to be my dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Good visit to the dentist

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, very personable staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist, staff is courteous and professional, very friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Helen is an excellent hygienist. She treated me carefully when cleaning my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Ladies at the front desk are awesome! Hygienist Eileen is awesome, too! Dr. V. Is great!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great! Fully recommend. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: A great job. She educated me on issues of my oral care routine nobody else ever mentioned.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is ALWAYS friendly and greets all patients with a smile. The expertise is off the charts and the information given from each session is AWESOME!!! Thank you Pinnacle Dental!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Nicki is great !

Experiencia negativa: Terrible dental hygienist. Front desk was pleasent and willing to try to fix the situation but damage is done. Was stabbed in the top lip by the cleaning tool No apology, my hair ripped out from poor placement of radiation shield, some how I was to blame for both of these incidents. Dental hygienist (didn’t catch her name) was extremely unprofessional. Placed blame on me after telling her my reason for the visit was trauma to my tooth. Obviously there will be sensitivity. I have had plenty of cleanings some discomfort is normal . This was beyond that. I am new to the area and needed a new dentist office. This is not the place with staff who argue, degrade and refuse to take ownership for their mistakes.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an afternoon appointment on Monday and was brought in immediately. Dr. Gogiia, or Dr. V as she was called by her assistant, walked me through the entire procedure I was having and it went as well as a crown procedure can go. I look forward to going back in 2 weeks to get my permanent crown.

Experiencia fantástica: Nikki did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth on 4/9/25. She’s definitely one of best dental hygienists I’ve had clean my teeth. Period! I also had a nice conversation including sound dental advice from the doctor who hails from the republic of Georgia. God willing, I’ll be back.

Experiencia fantástica: They are a really great facility. The dentist (goes by Dr.Vero) really helps you understand what you need done and when she is doing the actual dental work she makes sure you are very comfortable and can get you in super quickly

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office is wonderful ! From the receptionist to the check out person. The Dr is very particular and absolutely steadfast on his performance as a dentist. Quick, accurate steady hand highly professional. I was recommended from my previous dentist that had retired! Fabulous care and concern!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service by Dentist on short notice.

Experiencia negativa: Somehow lost my hygienist and Doc and waited an extra 4 months for my cleaning. Then got a lecture to do better flossing. (I floss everyday). But they did try to sell me a crown. Not my best experience but life goes on…

Experiencia fantástica: They were busy but I did not have to wait long for my scheduled appointment. My hygienist, Nikie, was terrific. She was very gentile and good. I would certainly recommend Pinnacle Dental to anyone who is need of a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a friendly and professional environment. Excellent and courteous staff!

Experiencia fantástica: It was great I'd recommend it

Experiencia fantástica: Good job. Efficient and started on time. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: Great practice, I was able to schedule a long overdue cleaning appointment and had a very good experience. Highly recommend Niki!

Experiencia negativa: My cleaning and general overview with the dentist was fine. However, I left very disappointed for the first time ever after learning that I had an outstanding bill from December of 2023 of over $4,500.00 that I just was informed about. It looks like this should have been resubmitted to my providers and I am going to reach out to my insurance providers Friday of this week. This business customer service has caused me to consider pausing my association with Pinnacle Dental after so many long and trusted years.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is so nice! Everyone there has a smile on their face! Been going for about 4 years now and won't go anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: My initial positive experience with Pinnacle Dental Aesthetics was my call to set up my first cleaning appointment, since I was looking for a new dentist. What a kind and caring receptionist who took her time to find me an appointment, that was actually the next day! I arrived to meet a different receptionist, who was just as nice, and then the hygienist, also very professional, gentle, and carried on great conversation! After the cleaning, I met the dentist, Dr. Zonghetti, who will discuss a dental plan with me. I was very pleased with the ambiance, cleanliness, and sensitivity of those I met.

Experiencia fantástica: I've always had good services at this office with all employees. My concern is that I am not seeing the same people at visits. I don't know if the hygienists are Temps or new employees and there is a lot of turnover.

Experiencia fantástica: Rasin is a pleasure to have as a dental hygenist. Dr. Zongeti is right on my dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: Kelly is a great hygienist. She's been taking good care of me for over ten years.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love Helen and her soft touch while cleaning my teeth. She’s a jewel!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love my hygienist there! She’s amazing! Every time I go there the service is great, seamless, and it doesn’t feel like a drag going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: After my dentist of 40 years retired, I have been seeing Dr. Hadi Haidar and the transition has been great! Dr. Hadi is on top of all the latest dental practices and has a kind and gentle chair side manner. I’m grateful for his expertise!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent attention to detail and service. highly recommendable

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dentist Ive been to. Helen is so comforting and informative and the Dr is equally as great!! Makes me look forward to my next visit

Experiencia fantástica: I had my 6 month cleaning with Helen today. She was extremely thorough, and pleasant . Very comforting, and lots of newer technology. Met Dr. Haidar for quick review, and he was also quite pleasant, and asked about any questions or concerns. Quite pleased!

Experiencia fantástica: I've had a very good experience each time I've come in for a cleaning and any other procedures. Everyone is professional and the new resident dentist Dr Haidar is also professional and pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: caring and professional

Experiencia negativa: Dental hygienist was new. She performed a procedure on my husband that had been done previously with a numbing agent but did not use one and it was very uncomfortable. This place has a high turnover in staff. Billing does not seem to know what they are doing. They send us multiple bills that we have already paid and then make us prove that we paid by requiring copies of our credit card statements. I do not recommend Pinnacle Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place and friendly staff

Experiencia fantástica: My recent visit to Pinnacle Dental was notably a pleasant one. From the receptionist Linda, to the dental hygienist Helen, to the dentist Dr Haidar, all were extremely welcoming and informative. I don't think I"ve ever had my teeth and gums so thoroughly examined and cleaned! Ron DIBiase

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional services. Dr. Zhongetti is a professional who cares about his patients. Great place. I would recommend 100%.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellant choice for your choppers

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Zongetti is great. He is a wonderful , knowledgeable and caring dentist!!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr Z

Experiencia fantástica: Great friendly competent practice

Experiencia fantástica: Great oral health care provided by great people

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist, Rasson, is the BEST! I actually look forward to going to the dentist’s office.

Experiencia fantástica: Sabrina and Linda are Great!

Experiencia fantástica: Have been a long time patient here. Always a great experience even with tough procedures. Sabrina is an excellent hygienist. Very pleasant and informative. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Very thorough cleaning done in a timely ,professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Great company and staff !! Would highly recommend !

Experiencia fantástica: Rossan is the best! Love getting teeth cleaned! I actually look forward to my cleanings and wouldn’t mind more during the year. They do a thorough examination

Experiencia fantástica: Rasson is so personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I love that he educates me about my teeth. Great experience. I’ve been coming to pinnacle dental for over a decade. Dr. Clark Ingoldsby is also great. Good experience today with Dr.Zonghetti as well.
