The entire team is exceptionally kind, patient, and professional. They use modern equipment, the digital scanner is a game-changer. Their approach is “save the natural tooth at all costs”, which is a hallmark of conservative dentistry. I genuinely look forward to my next appointment (which is something I never thought I’d say about a dentist ).

Experiencia fantástica: Omg... I luv Dr. Campbell so much. Had an emergency visit today... Was experiencing uneven bites therefore causing numbing and sensitivity around gum areas. Because Dr Campbell was so skilled, she knew the solution was to grind down the over reaching part of crown due the negligence or not-so-skilled of another dentist that I visited in another country. After the visit, my bites feel so even or balanced. And only after a few hours, the sensitivity around gums subside. Basically she is a savior, not just one time, but also many many times before. Can't say enough 'thanks' to Dr. Campbell. She is really good and knowledgeable in general dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: They don't tell you in advance that there are things that can prevent them from doing a dental procedure, like blood pressure. I've never in my life had my blood pressure checked at the dentist before having any work done, so that visit was a complete waste of my time.

Experiencia negativa: I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to Adams Family Dental for a follow-up in July 2024 due to a surgery that was done about 3 years ago. The day I went in, the dentist (the owner) asked if I had done the regular oral cleanings because she did not see any previous records. I told her, "Yes, I did it in March 2024 at another dental office, and I have my second appointment in December 2024." She informed me that she would still help me do some cleaning in the surgery area but it was definitely not a full cleaning. It turned out that she took advantage of the situation and my insurance and later submitted a claim for a full cleaning to my insurance when she only “cleaned” for less than 2 minutes. This lead to my insurance not covering my appointment in December. This whole thing does not make any sense. I have NEVER done a cleaning at Adams Family Dental before. My appointment was for a follow-up only. I did my cleaning in March at another place, which means I wouldn’t have my next cleaning until after September to fulfill the 6-month requirement. The owner pushed the service on me just so they could get paid for something they didn't even do. I reached out to them trying to reason with them and solve the issue. However, the Dentist (the owner) was extremely rude and threatened me by saying they could send me the bill directly instead and told me to never go back to them again. They are extremely money greedy. They will do whatever it takes to get that money from your insurance. I am going to make sure that my family, friends, and their families never go there. DO NOT go to them for any dental service or you will regret it for the rest of your life.

Many other dentists refused to see me but adams family not only was willing to care for me after 3 years bed ridden and no dental care but even researched my condition. I’m so grateful for this wonderful and caring practice. Ty so much.

She guided our family to the practice, where we had the opportunity to meet Dr. Chiu and Dr. Hoang, who thoroughly explained the procedures and shared their expertise before my parents commenced the implant process. Since my parents are not fluent in English, Hanh provided essential interpretation services. The presence of Vietnamese staff has made my parents feel comfortable attending appointments themselves without the stress of a language barrier. Additionally, Dr. Chiu and Dr. Hoang exhibit a commendable level of professionalism, ensuring my parents are at ease and addressing all our inquiries comprehensively. We are extremely pleased with the services rendered here, and I have recommended this office to other Vietnamese friends. We are particularly grateful to Hanh for informing us about the implant benefits that many are unaware of.

Was informed at the desk that despite being covered by insurance, they refuse to move forward with the cleaning unless I pay $72 separate for an "exam" that I was never informed about. Being unprepared I couldn't afford at the moment, so I left without being seen. Staff made no effort at all to communicate with me prior to my arrival. Great job losing a patient today refusing a cleaning for a T2 diabetic whose health relies on you. Unfortunately off to look for a new dentist. Shame on you.

Experiencia negativa: I have never had a good experience with Adams Family Dental. I have come there for a few years now and at one appointment a while back the dentist messed something up? and had to redo a filling after I was already sitting in the chair for almost an hour and a half despite being told the appointment would be 45 minutes, an hour max. I ended up having to come back to get my filling fixed. The office staff are very impersonable and I always felt uncomfortable at my appointments. The parking is always a disaster here, so where I thought its not a big deal which dentist I see, as It's only 2x a year, Im honestly grateful I'm being forced to go to a new dental office now. I am writing this review after Adams Family Dental refused to allow me to book with them because I wanted to reschedule an appointment that I had 3 weeks away, due to that being the 3rd time I have rescheduled it. They actually allowed me to reschedule, gave me an attitude on the phone, hung up and then called me back to tell me I would not be able to come in. I was not even offered to keep my previous appointment. I have always been respectful of their policy and have rescheduled in more than enough time, and if this was written in the policy I would have followed that as well. But where as I am away at college, things with transportation do come up and this is why I kept on top of my appointment date to reschedule as soon as I knew I wouldn't be able to make it. Basically, this office is not for people who may have a hectic schedule where things could come up and they seem to have more than enough business to turn away whichever patients they see fit.

Even for teeth cleaning, charge for 380.00, way more then other dental offices, after insurance still need to pay 65.00. If they let us know ahead of the time, I won’t go there. I had a good experience with my doctor and stuff but my brother didn’t. His doctor was 50 minutes late because they replaced my brother with another patient?? To explain more about why I rated it a 1 star is also because my mom had to stand up for my brother and plus, he had another appointment at a different place. When my mom was arguing with them one of the people at the counter (I forgot what it’s called) said, “You’re a patient, you should be patient.” At the moment I knew she did not just say that and I’m too young to do anything, so I had to just stand there.
