He personally texted me throughout the weekend to make sure I have an appointment. Normally i don't see that happen as office staff does that and not doctors. Its always good to go with a team of Doctors as my current Dentist is out on a month long vacation and she does not have a backup. This practice has Dr. Hadadd as well who pleasantly greeted me when i walked in. I am now planning to join this practice. Dr. Afshar did an amazing job and fixed the dental issue. I was assuming the worst, but not only was he able to do this entire process in two appointments, he also worked with me on scheduling to make sure I could max out my insurance coverage to make this expense more affordable. Also, his technique for injecting Novocaine is pain-free. Not to mention his awesome staff and hygienists! Five stars all around.

Dr. Haddad isn't condescending when discussing your options for dental work, is a magician when administering Novacaine (never felt that initial pinch). I've actually dozed off as he was working on my implant. I told him if there was a way to keep my mouth open while he worked, I'd happily take a snooze. His assistants are top-notch, making Dr. Haddad's work go smoothly. His hygienists are thorough, gentle, friendly, and professional. I wish he was my dentist when I was growing up. Maybe then, my dental health would've been much better.

My daughter, wife and I have just had our first cleaning since the beginning of the Coronavirus. We were asked to complete a health questionnaire prior to our appointments or complete on a IPad on arrival. My daughter and I completed ours in advance and my wife did on the day of her appointment on the IPad. Our hygienist met at the door, took our temperature and provided hand sanitizer. We were both masked and the office was immaculate. While no practice can offer any guarantees, my family and I continue to have the greatest confidence in the processes implemented to protect both his clients and staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed a routine dental cleaning and checkup, on 8/14/23. I have a new hygienist, Brianna, which is now my second visit with her since my original hygienist, Amy, has left the practice. Brianna is very good, polite and cordial. She has a very friendly demeaner and is fun to communicate with during breaks in the process. My experience during this visit and every visit I've encountered with this practice for the past 28 years has been nothing short of excellent. The entire staff is top shelf. Everyone in the office is professional, nice and pleasant. We've all known each other for many years and it's a real family atmosphere. Dr. Haddad has an awesome practice and he's a great family guy. We always enjoy catching up between visits and he is always positive and caring. If you're seeking a first-class Dental Practice with a staff that is caring and friendly, Advance Dental Arts is the place to be. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: 8/14/23. Okay it's now over 2 years that I've been going to Advanced Dental and been seeing Dr. Haddad. Alot has happened in the last 2 years and we're about 99.9% done. It's been a trying process to say the least, nothing to do with Dr.Haddad or his amazing staff. It was just a lot of work and having to send stuff back to the lab so that we could get the perfect, look, feel and fit and we're finally there. I'm amazed and couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr.Haddad and your entire staff for always being patient with me, always being there for me and never ever disappointing me. And basically just welcoming me and Myles to the family. Now it's his turn, lol. But I'm not worried for one second cause I know he'll be in amazing hands. Just remember who your favorite is! Update: 5/19/22- I have been now seeing Dr. Haddad for over a year now. You could say that I've become a permanent fixture here and I'm not complaining. Dr. Haddad and his staff are just as amazing today if not more than I had originally thought when I first met them. I have had some pretty extensive work done in the past year. He continues to go over and beyond for me and has never let me down. They make you feel like your part of the family. I look forward to every office visit. Original review: I have a feeling that this will be one of many 5 star reviews that I will be giving Advanced Dental Arts. First let me start with the first person I spoke to when I called, her name is Cathy and she is an angel. I have been going through a lot and when it comes to anything that has to do with dentistry, it’s been quite a traumatic experience for me. From my very first experience with speaking to Cathy, she took the time to listen and to be honest, I might be one of those people that have the tendency to be a little long winded when I talk. But she listened to me with patience and assured me that I was making the right choice by contacting them and I have to be honest I was skeptical because of all the poor experiences I’ve had with dentists in the past. Let’s fast forward to the day of my consultation. I felt like a VIP from the second the young lady greeted me at the door (I feel horrible that I can’t remember her name) she was an angel as well, she took my temperature, had me sanitize my hands and then escorted me to the exam room. She was very attentive and was patient with me as I explained why I was there. Now let’s talk about Dr. Haddad, this man is a God sent, from the very second he walked in the room I had this overwhelming, calming feeling that everything was going to be okay. I can’t explain it, it’s just a feeling that I felt. I just knew I was in the right place and knew that this man that I’ve never meet before was about to change my life forever for the the better. The way he listened to me and made me feel and how he was so thorough when explaining things to me in a way in which it was easy for me to understand. It was such a relief. I have some pretty major dental work that I have to have done and it’s going to be quite the process. But because of Dr. Haddad and his staff, I just know that I will be in good hands and that I will be taking care of. For the first time in my life I am actually looking forward to me next appointment at the end of the week and getting this process started.
