Experiencia negativa: I called today to try and make an emergency appt for my son, Im guessing my phone was choppy n she couldn't hear me which is my fault understandable, but the receptionist was very rude quick to hang up. I called back gave her the right info she needed she said it would take a little time to see if it was approved, I never got a call back. If you like people who sit at a desk all day answering calls and hang up on you middle conversation and are having a bad day definitely book her.

Experiencia negativa: I had a dentist appointment today, but I arrived 6 minutes late and was told I had to reschedule, and my son didn’t go to school. When I arrive early, I often have to wait 30–45 minutes in the waiting room, but if you’re even a few minutes late, they refuse to see you. That doesn’t seem fair at all. This is the worst practice I’ve experienced—the staff was rude and impolite
We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand how frustrating it can be to have to reschedule, especially when it affects your child’s school day. At All Kids Dental, we do our best to accommodate every patient who arrives late and always check whether there is still enough time for the provider to safely and properly complete the visit.
Because we work by scheduled appointment times, arriving late can unfortunately impact the families scheduled after you. We also understand your concern regarding wait times. If a patient arrives early, there may still be a wait until their reserved appointment time or if a previous visit required additional treatment or attention. Our goal is always to provide each child with the time and care they need while still respecting the schedules of all families throughout the day.
We appreciate your feedback and will also address your concerns regarding the interaction with our team, as we always strive to provide courteous and respectful service to every patient and parent.

Experiencia fantástica: I gave them a few pointers about my son and the dentist used them wisely. The visit went well. My biggest concern is having multiple dentist instead of a primary one. I believe it helps children to develop trust. Also procedures should be explained before performing them.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience here is always top tire, very professional, reliable, and always prepared staff. These dentist love what they do and that's hard to find, that's why I travel 40 mins to come down to All Kids Dental. I have the up most respect for what they do, it's not easy at all and I admire there patience and calmness. Really really appreciate them for picking up the slack from another dentist office, it was a pleasure to have had a great dentist like Mrs. Khan, and here team Rose, Andy, and Ashely, thank you very much it was not an easy day for them but they got it done, As well as their amazing front desk team! Experiencia fantástica: The team at my son’s dental office is absolutely excellent! Today we had an emergency, and they were able to fit him into their schedule right away. Everyone was incredibly kind and patient with my son — he was very nervous, but they made him feel safe and calm. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: The most unprofessional person I’ve ever met in the healthcare violated a HIPAA in front of me wasn’t welcoming took everybody else but me and my child rude and inconsiderate will not be attending this office any longer.
We’re truly sorry to hear that you left feeling this way — that’s never the experience we want for any family.
After carefully reviewing what happened that day, it appears there was a misunderstanding during check-in. Our scheduling coordinator was assisting another patient when you arrived, and when you took a seat in the waiting area, she believed you had already been checked in. She then heard what sounded like “let’s go,” and thought you were choosing to leave. We apologize for the confusion this caused.
We also want to clarify that no HIPAA policies were violated. We take patient privacy extremely seriously, and there was no sharing of another patient’s information with you or your family. If any conversation was overheard, it was not directed toward you and was not a disclosure of protected health information.
We would never want any parent or child to feel overlooked or unwelcome, and we’re genuinely sorry that this situation made you feel that way. We’d be happy to speak with you directly to address any concerns and ensure your family has the best possible experience going forward.

They are very gentle with my 7 year old son and 10 year old daughter. I’ve been coming here since moving to Bridgeport in 2019. Will be relocating soon and will really miss coming here. Experiencia negativa: Este lugar le cancelo las citas de limpieza a mi hijo muchas veces y cuando busque un lugar nuevo ellos no quisieron mandar los rayos X a la nueva clinica apesar que firmamos para que los mandaran. Casi me chocan en el parqueo, es demasiado pequeño y peligroso

This office overbooks and has absolutely no parking space because their parking lot is tiny and they have too many people come in at once. Not to mention when we found a new office for the kids they delayed releasing their X-rays even though we signed a release form and they lady that had us sign told us by Friday morning we should have the X-rays sent to us, come Friday afternoon NOTHING when we called they said by the end of the day and still NOTHING this is very unprofessional of them

Experiencia negativa: They kept rescheduling my child’s dental cleaning three times! ALL LAST MINUTE CANCELATIONS DUE TO THE HYGIENIST LEAVING EARLY OR NOT BEING THERE. It’s absolutely ridiculous because when I’m on a tight schedule and have to accommodate my schedule to bring my children in they kept canceling last minute, and they have the audacity to charge a $50 no show fee. They also overbook patients and have absolutely no parking space. This office only cares about money not their patients. Currently going to find another office for my 6 kids.

Experiencia negativa: All Kids Dental isn't the place you'll ever want to bring your kids. They're very unreliable and unprofessional. They'll have you chase your tail until the end of time. Poor management and a possibility of operating with an expired dental license. Stay away!!

Mom, in the last year your child has 6 missed appointments with our office so we informed you that going forward we are unable to make appointments for your child and we will give you a call if we get an opening the same day to see if you can make it. We are sorry if you do not agree with our policy but again, we do not schedule appointments for patients who have not shown up 6 times.

Experiencia negativa: Julia Bonks does not fully explain procedures to parents. I took my daughter in to have what I thought was a deep cleaning as explained by Bonks, but they day of appointment the hygienist informs me that my child was there to get 6 fillings!! I was unaware of my child having 6 cavities and was told at the prior visit all she needed was another cleaning with “white paint” after asking all of my questions, and giving Bonks the Ok to work on my child, bonks walks out of the room, brings the office manager into the room and tells the manager that she does not want to work on my child. I’m at lost because what is the issue? I asked my questions, I got and understanding, gave bunks the on to work on my child then bonks says she doesn’t want to work on my child and just like that my child was turned away. I feel like bonks discriminated against my child and because I asked questions she didn’t think I need to ask? I will never book an appointment with Julia Bonks again. She picks and chooses her patients and if you’re BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN she DOES NOT WANT TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS, and will TURN YOU AWAY

Experiencia fantástica: Calling this office to schedule an appointment, asking to make a late afternoon appointment and giving my insurance information for the office to tell me it was a medical insurance and there was no dental coverage. Ashley then explained I may have a different insurance with dental coverage, helped me understand what the difference was. She helped me verify the insurance and understand the breakdown which I had no idea at all of.. I think it’s amazing for an office to take their time and explain something that I had no knowledge of! Very grateful

From the front desk with Destiny helping me make the appointment to the hygienist/doctor and the manager Geraldine have been amazing. They are so caring, my child did not even want to leave the office he was so comfortable and I have never seen him that way before in an office setting. I have no words, 5 stars absolutely!!!!!
Experiencia fantástica: We absolutely love All Kid's Dental. They are VERY good with kids. When my son went they made sure to not show any "scary" tools and explained what certain things did. They give the kids sunglasses to wear so the light doesn't bother them as well. It has a cool jungle theme , tablets on the wall in the waiting room to keep kids occupied and a monkeys head hanging out of the ceiling! Absolutely love it!
