I felt pressure but no pain, and the whole thing was quicker than expected. The aftercare instructions were simple. Overall, a smooth and relatively stress‑free experience.

Besides that they have contradicted themselves gone back and fourth on whats going on and they just blame everything on your insurance . Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .

Experiencia negativa: Although I believe the service they provided was generally good, I was led to believe it would be fully covered by my insurance. They presented the service in a way that suggested it was the best option for me and implied that coverage was not an issue. Now, I’ve received a bill for several hundred dollars without any prior notice, only to find out that my insurance did not cover it. I am extremely displeased with the lack of transparency and communication regarding the cost.

In addition, I recently chipped a tooth and require a crown. Dr. Gupta worked on it and was caring on making the procedure was painless. She makes sure you are ok during the whole process. Everyone at Curtis Family Dentistry is great at making sure you feel at ease and comfortable when you walk through the door. I went in yesterday for a tooth extraction and I laughed a bit when they told me that the tooth had been pulled out because it was so quick and painless. More importantly, Dr. Gupta sits and talks with me and communicates a "game plan" to take care of the more immediate concerns with my mouth. Other practices have made me feel shame and embarrassment for neglecting my mouth for so long, and made me feel overwhelmed with the issues and costs involved. But not Dr. Gupta. I know I'm in great hands anytime I visit her practice and I trust them completely!

Experiencia negativa: I called for a simple question to be answered. I was told i need to come in for a cleaning first then they can see. She wouldnt accomadate my situation or able to answer a simple question. If she had her way id wait 3 weeks for a cleaning i dont need, my problem would be irreversable and walk out with nothing fixed or told my insuramce doesnt cover what i need. Smh ask the dentist for a simple answer and call back. Dont talk in circles front desk.

They gave me the information to make an educated decision regarding my oral health. I appreciate their patience, professionalism, and genuine concern. I have a follow up for work to be done. The final decision is if they can do it and I remain pain free for procedure . I've already recommended them to a neighbor before I walked out the clinic.

I came across Curtis Family Dental after reading all the wonderful reviews , and here I am writing one my self . It was such a welcoming environment upon arrival , from the wonderful receptionist to the manger . The hygienist took her time in explaining and answering any questions and making sure I was as comfortable as possible ! During my dental cleaning they noticed I had a small cavity between two molars and they immediately setup an appointment to take care of it. Today I just got it done painless and quickly! I also had my cleaning done with Keilah and she was amazing and charismatic as well. I felt no judgement from her, which was so important to me. The dentist is a true fear of mine, however, I truly felt that Dr. Gupta and her team had my best interests in mind. I felt no pain during my root canal and I felt so supported. But the hygienist that she has today does not fit. She is argumentative, pushy and her cleanings are very painful. If you make a recommendation, thank you but don't try to make me do it. If we are late, the office knows it and for you to be rushing my daughter the way you were is offensive. We could have rescheduled. She cannot touch my mouth anymore.

That goodness quickly dissipated as I was written a useless Rx for pain relief, pharmacy wouldn’t fill it because the dose prescribed does not exist. No response to text or phone calls so they clearly didn’t care about me. While I appreciate they took me in as an emergency patient (though I never saw anyone else in the waiting room), I would not go back there by choice.
