I met Dr. Ganti who did my dental exam and he immediately helped to adjust my crowns to a better bite, he is terrific!

Experiencia negativa: This place is all about the money. The hygienist was distant not pleasant and just tried to push services on me that I didn’t need. I felt like I was going to get an oil change and the mechanic was trying to upsell me in everything. I won’t be going back.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to Wolfe Dental and it was a great experience. I walked in to a very welcoming waiting area where I was greeted by the very friendly staff. After completing a short preliminary form I was taken into the exam room where everything was explained to me in great detail. The doctor was also very thorough in his explanation of what the plans were for my care.

Experiencia negativa: Obviously, as a patient, no one wants to write a bad review. However, I am concerned about the high turnover of dentists at this location. I was recently there and I was told that I needed two crowns and multiple crowns on my lower teeth for no reason! I always feel pressured when I am there to follow a treatment plan that I disagree with ! A few years ago they recommended that I have a dental crown without a root canal. I did not want this, but it was recommended! A few years later, the tooth became infected! When I actually found an endodontist that would treat me ( in Phillipsburg, NJ ), he literally drilled a hole through my crown to perform a root canal. It was the worst pain that I have ever felt in my life ! I still have pain in that tooth to this day ! I ended up having to pay for two crowns and a root canal ! I was completely against it from beginning, but yet they kept recommending this process! Also, I don't like feeling pressured to write a positive review from an establishment that doesn't listen to their patients ! I feel extremely awkward going here because they don't seem to be very professional when they speak to people. I seriously don't like being disrespected because someone doesn't like my appearance, the color or my teeth, crowns, or skin color. All of which are the usual topic of discussion. I don't understand why my physical appearance is the topic of discussion at this place ! I'm way too old for this ! I'm definitely not perfect, as most people aren't !

My dentist at Wolfe-- Dr. Suhasini Mandiga -- is a highly educated and warm professional with a flexible and down-to-earth manner. I found her extremely reassuring for major restorative dental work, but also versatile enough that she's able to deal with smaller issues, too. I can't imagine being more pleased. I also found the staff superb and super sensitive.

I feel like I have trauma from prior dental visits to other providers... hygienists who were way too aggressive, dentists who spent more time scolding me about my teeth than they did educating me on what I could do to improve my oral health.... I'll be honest, I was nervous trying out a new dentist again. You never know what you'll get! Wolfe Dental is a breath of fresh air. Irene is a 10/10 hygienist. She was kind, thoughtful, intentional, and educational. She walked me through everything she was doing and why, and even helped me understand how she and the practice will help my kids as they become regular patients, too. She put my mind at ease the moment I sat in the chair. Dr. Mindy is an absolute star. She was so kind and considerate, both to me and my daughter, and helped me feel very well taken care of. She was also really practical about next steps for me and my future visits. She helped me understand exactly why she was recommending what she was, and I feel really good about why I need to come back (which is NOT my experience with other providers in other practices). Experiencia negativa: Worst place to get dental work done. If you can find another dentist go there and skip this place immediately. They are drill happy if you have any cavity or anything they will over drill your tooth and then not properly cure the filling so it falls out in a few weeks or the next month. I’ve had over 5 fillings done and they all fell out. Then when I was recommended to their endodontist for a root canal he forcefully put on something on my tooth and broke it. Then charged me $500 out of pocket. Not to mention they drained both of my insurance benefits. Never ever again please seriously consider going here

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a 0 I would have. . BEWARE!!! Once Dr. Wolfe abruptly retired I had my son in for a routine cleaning. There were a bunch of new people and I was told there is a "covering" dentist until the new guy who bought the practice relocated from Arizona. A new hygienist started his cleaning and started telling us how he had bleeding (I did not say anything at this point). The doctor came in - not at the end as is normal but while she was just starting and said he needs a deep cleaning and scaling. I told him he was crazy- this kid has pink gums- never a cavity and had no bleeding (I did not tell them but I had worked on the dental industry for 15 years). He walked out and then came back in and said I will support what my hygienist said and he is going to get a deep cleaning today. I was so taken back and said absolutely not, you are not telling us what you are doing and refusing to do the simple cleaning we were scheduled for today and we walked out. Fast forward several months after we found a new dentist we LOVE. When it was my turn for a cleaning, the hygienist was chatting with me about this experience and had mentioned she had been looking to pick up an extra day of work and had interviewed with them. They hired her on the spot. She reported they were recently bought out by a corporate company and the regional manager started talking to her about how they approach care, saying they up sell services to patients recommending deep cleanings to all of their patients. She asked what if they do not needs one and they told her don't worry, we will teach you what to say. Needless to say, this person never started working for them. Sharing because not everyone has dental background to protect themselves and their family from this fraud and abuse, and I would hate to see anyone deceived by this nonsense. Such a shame. The old staff there was always so wonderful and I feel badly that they now have to deal with this corporate buy out and mishandling of their patients.

Experiencia positiva: This dentist is ok. It is hard to find an actual good dentist. The assistants that actually do all of the work are nice but when I needed cavities filled the ground all the way down to the nerve which hurt. My mouth hurt for days after. This is about a year after I got these fillings in and they are just even worse. Unfortunately. I kept going back asked them questions and even was referred out for some work and the endo I went to actually broke my tooth and charged me $500. For some reason they kept wanting to drill and have me keep coming back and I was told by another dentist that you didn’t need all of that work done. A lot of the times dentists will try to get you to pay for work especially that doesn’t need to be done to drain your insurance. Some of it did need to be done but I wasn’t really satisfied with this dentist. They also charged me for missing an appointment they never called to remind me for. Which is another thing. I’d say in a pinch if you absolutely needed a place get it done here but honestly if you have time and want correct work done I’d go elsewhere. Thanks and have a Blessed day

Experiencia negativa: Dear Wolfe Dentist Spa Team, I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent visit to your office. I came in for a simple teeth cleaning while I was out of town for work, but unfortunately, my experience was far from professional or comfortable. The hygienist who performed my oral exam was not only rough, but also struck the inside of my mouth multiple times. When I politely asked her to be more careful, she responded dismissively and made me feel as though I wasn’t being taken seriously. Her demeanor came across as rude and unprofessional. To add to the discomfort, I felt that there was an attempt to shame or upsell me based on my insurance rather than focusing on the basic care I came in for — which was just a routine cleaning. I understand that every office has its own policies and procedures, but patient care and respect should never be compromised. I’m very disappointed with this experience and will be sure to return to my regular dentist as soon as I’m back home.

Marilyn made me feel heard, she educated me, and respected my decision to talk to my OB before I agreed to any X-rays. I will definitely be scheduling all future appointments with Wolfe Dental Spa!
