Experiencia negativa: For months I have been trying to make an appointment to have my 95 year father”s dentures adjusted. Never a call pack after many many attempts. I arrive from CA to take my dad for medical appointment and drive my dad to the office to try to have him seen. The receptionist was not helpful at all, not compassionate or understanding even after I explained the situation, his age and his need. All I got was the standard need an appointment, he has to come at 9:30 am, need to pay for the evaluation, you must have called the wrong number, and no flexibility at all. He is 95, just needs his dentures adjusted. I have to travel 3,000 miles to try to make this happen. Compared to the website about customer service and satisfaction this was anything but. So so disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rashad and her staff are awesome! Very caring, they explain everything up front and make sure you are comfortable. They make sure you are totally taken care of when you walk out the door. Remember it is a process and you are in great hands! Just wanted to add my process is nearing the end and from Denise at the front desk to Ada and Maritia the dental assistants to Doctor Rashad I have received great care. Yes there have been adjustments along the way but every time I have a concern it has been met with kindness and concern for my well being. Thank you all for a caring experience!

I came here with bottom dentures that I couldn't even wear. ..I am now able to eat without any adhesive. I still cannot believe it. No implants either. The staff was great! Experiencia negativa: Called to make an appointment, lady on the phone told me they can add additional teeth to existent flipper and made my appointment. I come to said appointment and the assistant laughs at what I said my problem was instead of TAKING A LOOK or trying to understand the situation. Basically acting like I don’t know what’s going on in my mouth. Dentist comes in and pushed for xray even though I’m pregnant! Gave attitude and said they don’t know who I spoke with on the phone but they won’t do what I need. So why risk my pregnancy to give you an xray if you can’t help me? And clearly I spoke to SOMEONE in that office since my appointment was set. Very rude service, like it was an inconvenience I was there. Barely looked at me when they spoke let alone see my mouth. Not even some kind of apology or misunderstanding. Some kind of weird complex these “professionals” had. Ironic they make you fill out a form to make sure YOU act nice and cordially but they can treat you like garbage. Only nice person was the front desk lady that checked me in. Also the assistant was wearing a ski hat. Not very sanitary looking to me.

As for the price I was quoted $250-$1650 and I payed $2150 which I was not expecting. But if the plate turns out to be better then my other plate I had before I will be very happy.

Blamed me for not setting up an appointment. Was actually in office two month later for a scan for which I also paid and at that time no one knew anything about my dentures. Do not know what happened to my $400 scan. Would not recommend!!!!!

Now her 2 remaining teeth are deteriorating and need to come out. New plate coming! I have to say the care she received from them then and now has been top notch!! I'll always recommend them! Bonus - the dentist is a US Army Veteran!!!! I'll always support my vets!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rashad is a great dentist and easy on the EYES! It’s going to be awhile before my procedure is completed. Six implants already in (April) and there’s one on the top left needing more time to settle in. The dentures they supplied after pulling 11 teeth really don’t fit well enough to eat. They’ve adjusted the top pretty good but the bottom doesn’t fit well even with a lot of glue! So I don’t wear them. I’m still excited for the final product and fit!!! Almost 18000.00 for both!!! Still better than 54000.00 or 44000.00 from two other practices! I had to take a mortgage out again but I believe it will be worth it! The staff is friendly and efficient with their duties.✌️❤️

Experiencia negativa: My husband got his "temporary" dentures In Oct 2024 and has yet to be able to get his "permanent" dentures. They say we have to pay $500 out of pocket. Yet we have financed $5000 and after 6 months he should have gotten fitted for his to fit. We had requested the premium plan which would have covered all of this. Even pointed it out on the sign in the treatment room. Yet they are telling us this $5k we financed doesn't cover anything but the temporary dentures he has in. He cannot even eat! I have called them and they expect him to wait over a year to get his "temporary" dentures fitted for his mouth when his insurance will cover more expenses! Make sure you find out what you are paying for!!!

Told the rep when making the appt. we had dentures that needed a tooth reglued to the plate from another dentist, this is our first time to Affordable dentures, got there at the time, filled out all the paperwork asked about fees, CAUSE THEY ONLY TAKE CASH AND CREDIT, and then WAS told THEY DON'T REPAIR DENTURES FROM OTHER DENTAL FACILITIES. WHY DID YOU MAKE AN APPT IN THE FIRST PLACE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN ASKED FOR A COPY OF THEIR PRIVACY POLICIES WAS TOLD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE LAMINATED COPY TAPED TO THE DESK.

Experiencia negativa: I definitely would not go back. First of all their website says same day dentures. I get there and no it's not same day. And the people weren't rude but they weren't nice either. I went for one thing which was dentures. The sign says free x-ray and consult but I had to pay for mine. Then they tried telling me what I need done with my other teeth etc. That's not what I was there for. I was there for one thing and one thing only. I did get my dentures the next day and they're okay. But for the price had I known I would have went to Aspen dental they're cheaper.

I had to pay cash!! was that a surprise? yes it was!! cuz on their website they say they work with their patients and all medical insurance! False advertisement? You better believe!? Experiencia negativa: Incredible that they don't abide by what other Affordable dentures charge. We were told by both other PA locations, there is no charge for X-ray or evaluation, for even people who were there before, got their dentures there, when having to replace 1 of the 2 dentures that were broken. Were charged substantially more at Bethlehem location, and between both charges spent $100.00 more at this location, than the 2 other Pa locations that were not all that much further away for us. We had heard when they are all under the same name but independently owned, the charges for dentures etc were across the board the same. The dentist has a horrible tone with clients, more like a bark of orders. Evaluation was less than 3-5 minutes. Barks at you if God forbid you have a question, no matter what it is the answer is a resounding no. We were asked to fax the paperwork to a place that was going to see if they could help us with any of the charges. "NO" was barked with that same so unfriendly tone... "We don't have a fax"! A business that doesn't have a fax? Interesting. All I had when it's insisted you pay in full before you are ever seen, was a little widget of a receipt , for my credit card charge that DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE NAME OF THEIR BUSINESS ON IT! . When we asked where is that paper we were given 3.5 years ago when the complete denture package was spelled out and xray/ eval. with the credit card receipt attached to what was received and paid for before. In that same NASTY TONE the dentist replied ,"You'll get that in the end!" In the end? We were just told it had to be payed in full before they even looked at the patient, why not print a comprehensible receipt then, especially when there is only a generic receipt given, for an almost $1000. charge? That doesn't specify it's from Affordable Dentures and Implants? The technicians who did pretty much any of the work, were very cordial and polite. I imagine they have to make up for the excessive rudeness of the dentist. She is one negative and nasty person. I wonder that her co owner has any idea how rude she is to anyone for no reason? We would never recommend this gal to anyone. If we would have known she was the same dentist as the first time , 3.5 years ago, we would have never gone to this location. We hadn't known there were any other locations because you put your zip code in, and they only mention the one that's closest. It was only after going there again and having to comeback another day to pick up-since they are only open 4 days a week. I believe all the other locations have more days and hours they're open. Anyway, we would rather drive an additional 15-30 minutes, since this one is no hop skip or jump from where we live. Especially with such an incredibly rude person darting from the reception desk to the back, jumping to be the one to answer, when you have just asked the other person who was waiting on you a question. All she wants to do is be combative, when you haven't asked anything out of the ordinary! GO ELSEWHERE- SHE RUINS AN EXPERIENCE WHAT EVER YOU HAVE WALKED IN THE DOOR FOR OR IN OUR CASE MADE AN APPOINTMENT. She is interested in nothing but the transfer of money!

Experiencia negativa: Repair dentures- my lower denture plate broke about three months ago and again they broke on Friday. I realize I have economy plus Dentures but opted to repair them and pay that price. There was no receptionist in when I went in for the appointment and the person that helped me rushed me in and out, and when I came back and ask about a warranty or if I could continue to use the dental tablets she didn’t have the time of day for me. She was very rude. Was on the phone with a personal call and rushing me in and out told me that these dentures only last a year which is untrue. I had no problems with my upper plate thus far after 3 years. I think the quality of the work is good, but the service is awful

Experiencia negativa: The front staff were very nice. My problem was with the dentist. She talked to me like I was some kind of moron . Very condensing and in my opinion was rude. I will not be returning after the consult. When you go to the dentist you want compassion and I don't believe I got that.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about this place. I went there and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and staff. They explained everything that I would need to do to be able to get my new dentures in detail. I went in and had my teeth done within a week and I only needed to have a couple of adjustments done which is completely normal. I haven't had one problem with them since the day I got them and I can finally eat whatever I want without any pain and the nest part is that I no longer need to use glue. One other thing is I know many people have issues with their bottom dentures but mine fit me so perfectly they are snug and the suction is great

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Affordable Dentures in Bethlehem. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The Dr and techs were extremely considerate of the health issues I have that affect my mouth. I can't even express how grateful I am for that. They didn't try to upsell, just told me the pros and cons and we settled on a lower cost set than I had originally chosen.
