Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient here for well over a decade and I won't go anywhere else. Today especially, everyone treated me with such respect & kindness I actually cried about it after I left because I was so moved by how important literally everyone working there made me feel. They feel like best friends or even family and I am so thankful for all of them and all the care & kindness they have always shown me, especially on a day I really needed some extra kindness & uplifting. It was recommended to me, I’m glad I listened & made the (short) drive into Tukwila. Everyone here loves their job. From front desk to hygienists to doctors, to everyone in between, they’re all happy to be there. And they’re all great at their job. I had to have an extraction done which I was nervous about and they did an amazing job at both reassuring me and keeping me comfortable. Shout out to Sarah the hygienist who not only does a detailed job but also loves to swap toddler stories, makes the cleaning pleasant having someone who enjoys their job & a good gab about family life.

Experiencia fantástica: Benca Dentistry is really in a category set apart from your average dentist. My situation requires special composite added to the teeth to prop my bite open, for breathing purposes. I have a genetic condition called EDS. Laura Benca has not only been very willing to listen to my suggestions, but cleverly worked out a great way of doing it. All the staff are professional, on the ball, and very friendly. My young daughter had to have work done with an injection, and they handled it so well. It could have been traumatic but instead she felt prepared, comfortable and safe.

Dr. Gee is very personable as well as thorough and if he sees a problem, explains the options and plan well. Excellent work as well. The dental hygiene staff are also attentive, skilled and help educate needs to improve dental health. If there is a concern, they also teach you how to fix it or try a new technique Can’t say enough great things about this clinic. Very happy with the service I receive there!

An absolute character! had me laughing the whole time. She did a great job for what she had to work with. A lot of staining from tea. The happiest dentistry that I’ve ever had. I rotated them for years, for various reasons. Another plus I like is they can be a little over-the- top with reminders for your appointments. She then explained the process for my visit; teeth cleaning, applying floride. Once that was completed Dr. Pat Benca came in for follow up examination. Found no issues and said to schedule my next appointment for 6 months away. I was so glad to see Dr. Pat as she is retired and only comes in part time. She has attended to my teeth for many years and I miss seeing her. ☺️

They were regularly checking on me, making sure, I feel comfortable, no pain, always communicating with me. Also, that's nice that they have everything in one place. I was able to get crowns during one visit, without need to visit office multiple times. I'm an anxious patient, but I fully forgot about it being there. Experiencia fantástica: This is the second time I've had my teeth cleaned here. The first was when I still had braces, and the second was after I had them removed. Hannah has been my dental hygienist both times, and she’s been wonderful. I really appreciate how gentle she was, especially during the second cleaning when I had braces removed. I was worried it would be painful since i just got retainers, but she made sure to clean my teeth thoroughly without causing any unnecessary pain. Throughout the entire process, I felt comfortable and at ease—Hannah was both kind and accommodating. She also took the time to educate me about proper dental care, which I found really helpful. Kudos to Hannah for making each visit a great experience!

They don't make you feel bad about the state of your teeth, they just help you get back to healthy. I had been avoiding the dentist for a while and as such I had a lot of things that needed fixing. They put together a treatment plan and we all celebrated when I was done. Ever since then I have been coming regularly and my dental health is the best it's ever been. Experiencia negativa: My experience here was awful. I didn’t feel heard. I had such a great attitude going into my appointment and explaining that I had C-PTSD. I was there for a simple cleaning. After an hour in the chair, I finally got up and left while they were trying to do some sort of 3D imaging. I told them i didn’t want that. I left very upset. No one ever reached out to me, aside from the auto generated message about leaving a positive Google review. I’ll never go back.
