I was referred by a coworker to them because I had a Dental Emergency, I called them and Ms. Laura help me right away to get me in and see the Dentist. The process of filling paperwork was stress free and super easy. I arrived at the Dentist Office and everyone was very attentive, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The contrast has been remarkable. The team at OVD helped me realize that many of the concerns my previous dentist raised were unfounded, which was such a relief. I really appreciate their approach, they don't push unnecessary treatments or lead with diagnoses. Instead, they listen to what I want to address and follow my lead, which builds so much trust. The front desk staff deserve special recognition. They are exceptionally easy to work with, relatable, and flexible. Their approach adds a level of transparency to the practice that makes you feel like you're in good hands. I got to meet Dr. Chilton and that interaction was great. However, I later witnessed an interaction he had with the woman working at the front desk that rubbed me the wrong way. She was in the middle of kindly helping me clarify some details about my treatment plan when this exchange happened, and it made the situation a bit uncomfortable for me as a patient. Despite this moment, the overall care and atmosphere at OVD have been positive, and I appreciate the respectful, patient-centered approach to dentistry.

Dr Chilton is kind, honest, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. He was honest and straightforward about the issues I needed to address, but never shamed or embarrassed me. He was all about going at my speed with care and financial considerations. He treats his team like family and it shows. Every staff member has been kind and patient- so friendly and welcoming. Experiencia negativa: I did not have such a great experience here. They have a really heavy push for things like botox even just cosmetically which is interesting. They scheduled me for a couple of fillings and gosh they hurt me so much they wouldn’t stop catching my lips between my teeth and their hands even after mentioning it several times. They just weren’t very considerate of how I was feeling in multiple ways. I decided I probably wouldn’t go back but then they messed up my billing very badly and I had to have a bunch of back and forth on it. They did fix it and it all worked out ok, just a lot of hassle.

I showed up to Dr. Chilton’s office with mismatched central incisors (two front teeth), and after multiple dentists and two 40+ year old root canals, thinking it just is what it is. Experiencia positiva: Monday, January 20th, I finally made it in for my semi-annual teeth cleaning! (I say this because the last two appointments over the past two weeks the office was short on personnel for the hygiene cleaning and I wasn’t texted until after I left my home, I live approximately 30 miles away). Everything went well for the teeth cleaning and Dr. Sun made an adjustment on my back molar (crown) to alleviate the slight pressure pain I was experiencing. Hopefully this will solve the symptoms I had! I only wish the they would have made a slight adjustment in my billing as a kind gesture for cancelling the last two appointments!

Went in as a new patient and was worried I was going to be judged for not going to the dentist in so long and that I had a lot of work that needed to get done. It that has thinner and thicker parts which can stretch to thinner. Stretch to thinner to remove from between teeth and thicker to be sure and clean out larger gum line areas!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of recently meeting Dr. Chilton. I went to ask his professional opinion of recent work I’d had done by a dentist who unfortunately I wasn’t familiar with . I was experiencing discomfort and major concerns regarding the way the bridge work was done and it was not being addressed by the previous dentist in a caring or professional manner. My mother in law highly recommended Dr Paul Chilton to me. His receptionist was so sympathetic and got me in to see him right away. From the moment I walked into the office and was warmly greeted, to meeting one on one with Dr Chilton while he listened to my concerns, then he and his really nice, very gentle assistant did an extensive exam and assured me they would take care of me from here on, I felt in such good hands.
