With regard to patient care, the Doctors and the staff have a very personable manner to them. I never feel as if I'm just another patient being shuffled through the routine. I always feel like I'm getting a customized treatment and am the only one they're attending to. They also are direct and transparent with the costs, which helps when I'm deciding on what procedure I should decide on for my dental care. Parking is also easy and right in front of the office. I can't think of anything more to ask for in a dentist.

I had to get my tooth checked because I had a lot of pain on the bottom left side that was radiating to my neck and ear. They set me up with an appointment right away, gave me a check up, and helped me get in contact with someone to help remove my wisdom tooth. Everyone is always so friendly here! It's very clean and looks so pretty. I love how they explain everything so clearly and give you really great advice. I've been coming here for a year this month and I love it! Experiencia negativa: 1) When I first came they had wanted to fix 8 of my small cavities, they never told me that cavities can be reversed or monitered, never told me about xylitol which is amazing for teeth. Once you drill teeth and fill it, there are always small imperfections which can lead to more cavities. I have a cavity prone mouth, and they basically set me up to be a continual customer. 2) There is always some new dentist, usually a newbie. I've been in the chair flailing myself on multiple occasions because my lip has been caught with their tools pinching me, water sprayed all over my face, pressing on my lip against my teeth way too hard. There's gonna be a camera looking at you from above monitering the dentist. I felt like i was a guinea pig for new dentists paying full price 3) They charge you based off of what they think you can afford. Me and my mom had went here before and they would quote us different amounts for the same procedure, we would tell them then they would change the price to the lower The lady that would do the checkups was really good and seemed passionate about teeth health, so that's the only plus.

Thankfully no serious pain or swelling the next day, so I wasn't too embarrassed to meet my co-workers. I would say 10/10, already made an appointment for follow ups.

Well I had the consultation the other day and all I can say is that I am beyond blown away by their staff and Dr. John! Everyone welcomed me with genuine smiles and treated me as if I was a longtime best friend or close family member! Brenda was Amazing and took my X-rays and was so gentle and friendly and accommodated all of my needs. Julie in the front office was so Awesome and was so patient with me and answered all of my questions (I had a lot!). I then met Dr. John and I was so impressed how he listened to all of my dental questions that I had for him (I had a very long list!). He really blew me away because I can honestly say that he is the first dentist that I have met that actually listened patiently to all of my questions and then addressed every one of them. He took all the time I needed which even my current dentist won't even give me the time of day! So thank you Brenda, Julie and Dr. John so much! Unfortunately, I did have some issues at the beginning with the office letting me know if my insurance approved my cleaning. I am not sure why it took months to let me know, but since then the office staff have kept me posted on all the details. They have been very professional, and have taken the time to discuss the fees. Also, Karina has been an Angel! She was very patient with me, listened intently to my concerns and took her time discussing them with me while trying her best to deep clean my teeth. Since it has been a long time I have been to the dentist, the process was not fun, but Karina helped me through it. So thankful for her! Also, I love that I can text the office any questions! I have a lot of things going on and finally have ins. I went in for an ache, and had an extraction. They did a full exam of all the things going on, gave me a game plan on the most urgent and to get things taken care of in small increments, due to budgeting and my anxiety about being in the chair. For me the bedside manner has to be top notch, because I am a wreck every time I have to get in the chair. This office is STELLER!!!! The Staff is AMAZING!!!! Dr. Shakibi is probably the best dentist that I have ever been to she is willing to take the time to answer every question and explain everything.
