They walked me through every step of every process and let me know I could stop at any time. I was more at ease with any dentist than I have been ever! They explained their sedation process should I need it in the future and their xray and screening process was quick and painless. They included me in every conversation and never made me feel like I was a failure. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend to everyone.

The hygienist and Doctor took time to clearly explain the condition of my teeth and used 3D Imaging to show me in detail. This technology, along through explanation, gave me a clear understanding and put everything into perspective.

Experiencia negativa: I had two crowns done at this dental office. The first crown came off less than 30 days after it was placed and had to be re-cemented. The second crown lasted only a year and a half before it came off, which is disappointing considering I paid over $950 for each crown. I take very good care of my teeth. I’m careful with what I eat, I brush and floss regularly, and I’ve had other crowns last over 20 years without issues. So I was surprised and frustrated that both crowns from this office failed in such a short time. When I called about the second crown, the office staff was polite and told me they would re-cement it at no charge—but I would still have to pay an $85 exam fee. That doesn’t seem right, considering the crown didn’t last very long and I’ve taken good care of it. While the front desk was friendly, the quality of the dental work and how the situation was handled left me disappointed. I can't confidently recommend this office based on my experience.

He and his team were able to save the tooth with a zirconium crown that same day due to advanced technology. They make their own crowns with the latest 3-D printer system, so it was ready in less than an hour and fit perfectly. I was amazed at how quick and painless the process was compared to even a few years ago. No temporary crown, no guesswork... just a perfect permanent solution in one visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Started having mild discomfort around a lost, 50-year-old filling and a broken tooth. As a brand new patient (my former dentist retired), I contacted a staff member in late afternoon and related my situation. She was very helpful in steps to take to manage my discomfort while waiting to be seen. They got me in the very next day, took complete x-rays (truth be told, I hadn't been to my dentist in over 10 years!), and had the problem tooth (a big molar up top) out in no time. No pain, no discomfort at all. Amazing how far we've come. Dr. Ross and his entire staff (I met and interacted with six different individuals) were all fantastic! No one seemed rushed, stressed, or put out by my being shoehorned into their afternoon . . . The entire process, including filling out a health history questionnaire, to x-rays, to anesthesia (local for me), tooth extraction, aftercare instructions, scheduling the follow-up was handled calmly and efficiently. In and out in two hours. Highest recommendation. Taking care of one's teeth can be serious business, but Dr. Ross and his team made something that could've been stressful into something I don't hesitate to describe as informative and delightful. Here's something you don't hear often about "going to the dentist": I'm actually looking forward to going back!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible management and Doctor decisions for dental care. They lie to you and never honest about the care needed . All they care is about your insurance money and your money. Ask your questions before doing a procedure.

Shadia went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help with our appointments. In fact, the entire staff did. Angelina, Marissa, Lisa, BOTH dentists, Rachel and two other employees that my son had that I just did not get their names. You can tell it’s a fun, loving work environment where they value their patients. Very relational and NOT transactional. WE WILL BE BACK.

They got to the button of my issue and quickly referred me to an oral surgeon they knew would see me right away. All that tells me is they care. The “get it done” mentality really resonated in me.

I’ve been to a few dentist on the Monterey Peninsula, and have not been impressed or taken care of. I want to start off by saying that the receptionist that made my appointment was so sweet and pleasant. When I came in the office was very inviting all the staff were very personable. I was seen within minutes of checking in and had a very pleasant experience with the dentist and the tech. I came back a week later to get some work done and the dentist was super hyper aware of my comfort level and I just have to say that these are the best results that I’ve had so far with fillings. Come to find out they were charging me more and adding on procedures that weren't necessary with not great results. Ross Family Dental was different from the moment I walked in. Kind and friendly staff, comfortable waiting area with a warm fire in their fireplace and the most efficient service. The best part is they didn't push unnecessary procedures on me and they were less expensive then the "cheap" place. I highly recommend 10 out of 10
