The wanted $650 bucs to remake them. 2 little pieces of plastic on a mold. 30 cents worth of plastic. RIPP OFFS. Done with them

Experiencia negativa: The Dentist and her assistant was lovely....Unfortunately, the bill I was originally quoted was one amount. On the day of service, I was asked to pay a different amount that had never been discussed. Now the amount has changed yet again. Something seems off with their bookkeeping. Anyone else? It doesn't make sense to not communicate this stuff to the patient.

I cannot say anything but superlatives about Monticciolo Family & Sedation Dentistry. Another visit for a cleaning and I experienced the best cleaning experience ever. If I remember correctly his name was Umberto. He was the most friendly, personable, professional, caring and most thorough hygenist I ever had clean my teeth. It was a pleasure visiting Monticciolo Family & Sedation Dentistry.

She is very particular and detailed and I do feel that she really does care about my dental health. She is honest and fair and would tell me what type of service I need . Zero pain and the dental hygienist (Robert) did an awesome job! Everything was explained very well and the overall experience was great!

I have anxiety and also deal with hypothyroidism, POTS, and Hashimoto’s, so going to the dentist can be really overwhelming for me. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly accommodating, patient, and kind. They explained every step, checked in on me often, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It honestly felt like they understood what I needed without me having to keep asking. I’ve never had a dental visit feel this easy. Experiencia fantástica: I was greeted at the door and then I was ushered to the back by my dental hygienist for my cleaning. He was extremely welcoming, kind and compassionate. He took his time, was meticulous very thorough. My appointment was at 8 AM and I left the building at approximately 9 AM. The dentist examined my teeth Let me know what needed to be done. The dentist was very compassionate, and she was very knowledgeable. In addition, I was given a care package that included a toothbrush Dental floss and toothpaste, the dental hygienist walked me to the front, and the receptionist gave me a detailed sheet with all the pricing for additional dentistry needed on my teeth. The facility is clean, immaculate and inviting.

I have now switched to their Hudson location and have felt welcomed my last 2 visits. The staff is very personable. My hygienist was very thorough on my cleaning, provided good suggestions for easier flossing care.

Robert made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job. I was very satisfied. The office staff was also very efficient. The receptionist treated me with respect and concern and got me signed in and also took my payment. She was very sweet. If you need dental work, I would recommend this office.

I had crazy anxiety took their time and made me feel comfortable as I'm sweating bullets. I cant explain it but they didn't rush and were so nice. Im big on customer service and they checked every box for me. Got me in and out with a smile on my face. Two thumbs up!! Absolutely recommend.

She was very calming and caring through my whole treatment- thank you! I also met Dr. Forche, the new dentist, who is young, beautiful, and super sweet. She did a thorough exam and had a great personality. Most importantly, I was greeted by Annette as I entered the building, she was very friendly and had a positive attitude. My dental assistant Maliah (I hope i spelled it right) was amazing. She's the type that would make you smile on a bad day. Her presence ignites the room with peace and joy. Experiencia negativa: Office is clean, staff is friendly. However communication is key when building trust with your clients. I was under the assumption that I was going in for a cleaning, as I had asked for a cleaning to be done at my last visit but there wasn’t an available opening. We had talked about the future cleaning at this appointment and it was not made clear to me the extent. Today I arrive and once seated in the chair find out this is a much more in depth cleaning, requiring cleaning underneath the gums. I am a very anxious person, however the dentist has never bothered me. i do have medical ptsd from events in the past. This cleaning was something i never would have had done without some sort of sedation had I been aware this was not a regular cleaning when I booked.Even with a numbing agent, my entire body was shaking, covered in chills, and sweating from the pain. I would also like to add that if someone is in your chair, moaning in pain and actively crying while you scrape under their gum line, maybe that isn’t the best time to repeatedly remind them that this is because they don’t floss properly. maybe hold off on that until after the procedure?I left crying and shaking. I have never been scared of the dentist and actually didn’t understand others fears but after today I am terrified for the next visit, which i have now booked WITH sedation.

Due to multiple health issues my family and I have dealt with over the past year I had to postpone several appointments to complete the process of getting dentures. Dr. Sergio Baron, Elena and all the staff have been fantastic and were very careful to ensure my fears were alleviated and I felt minimal pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient for years. Recently I went into the Hudson FL office without a appointment. I explained my problem with one of my back teeth. They got me in to see the doctor within 2 hours. I really appreciated it because the doctor ended up extracting the fractured tooth. It was infected and had formed a cyst. They gave me meds and after 24 hours I'm feeling so much better. Thank you!!!

He tried to manhandle the appt by INSISTING that HE would tell me what was "wrong", and NOT let me have ANY input ! At that point I got off the dental chair & left as quickly as I could. Experiencia fantástica: I had to have a tooth extracted as it was infection and I was in a lot of pain. The office got me in the next day and I am very happy with my dentist. He is very nice and good at what he does. I will return to the office and recommend the office to others.

Experiencia fantástica: The process of getting impressions for my final dentures took almost 3 hours, but got my upper dentures relined and had 2 X-rays. Time did drag but now I am in my final stages. I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now, and I received my Final dentures today with a few adjustments. The dentures feel great and Ms. Kelley did a fabulous job and I want to give the rest of the staff kudo's as well! Very professionally done by all members.

Experiencia negativa: This place is awful I been there a few times and the lady that sees you before the doctor was ruff and rude. I went there today and to do x-rays she was pressing the camera into my gum I tasted blood after words. And they keep pressuring me for a cleaning and $150 is was to much when you live paycheck to paycheck and that’s with insurance. IM NRVER GOING BACK EVER.

I understand they are busy but not too busy to take my money two months before procedure. Just want a call back. My time is important too and I am also busy. Hope to hear from them very soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Just a follow up from my previous post. When I got called that my permanent crowns came in I went in to get them fitted Dr Zarou said they weren’t perfect so he sent them back. After a week came back in and he took his time to make sure they were in fact perfect. On another visit a week later a crown that was separate from this job came loose I called and got me in 45 minutes from my call. I had Dr Zarou and his assistant Chelsea for all these procedures.Chelsea was always with me making me feel comfortable and answered all my questions Dr even called day after to ensure everything went well and I was happy. This place is truly amazing. I could actually go back just to hang out. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

They gave me antibiotics, which didn't help, then they said they had to redo it and they had the audacity to charge me over $400 for a procedure that they screwed up stay clear of these people they pretend to be friendly, but they're really dishonest.
