Experiencia fantástica: They’re always professional fast, friendly and then work with you as far as changing get your schedule for the appointment time there’s no problem so there’s no negative things to say just all positive. The doctor was also gave me some helpful information about some suggestions and so forth. I just recently the other day had my visual line put on, and it wasn’t showed how to put it to use it. I was explaining clearly to me and they helped me to understand how to use the Invisalign to close up the gaps of my teeth that the ophthalmologist took out my teeth when I was having what I had to have my braces put on now that I don’t have those teeth that are Invisalign will correct the gaps in my teeth, which I’m very thankful for they have that those gaps removed by the help of the staff at SmileDesign I went to the Dentist-SmileDesign twice this week. The first time was Monday where I had it Invisalign installed on my teeth and then this on the 17th which is Wednesday. I had Dental the three month dental checkup and they both went well. The staff is very professional and very friendly, not very friendly but professional and they give good advice about how to prevent Paron Dental disease. They always instruct me about after the Dental three months visit to not to eat 30 minutes prior to the visit because I mean after the visit because they put a preventive fluid on the teeth so I’ve been very happy that dental office is newly located so it’s modern. It has like a little movies that you can see about animals on the screen, which I like to see it’s everything is clean everything looks neat, professional and everything looks pretty much modern and new.

Experiencia negativa: They failed to inform me they’re no longer in network and still let me keep a scheduled appointment for two fillings. They knew at the time of my appointment, and had multiple opportunities to tell me. I still had to go to another dentist after to get my bite fixed because they rushed and didn’t attempt to fully even out my bite. I think there’s other places that treat you with more respect than this place. Also constantly cancelled and rescheduled appointments. Would not choose to go here again.

Experiencia negativa: A few months ago, after quite a bit of research, we switched our dentist to Dr. P at Smile Design near our home from Dental Excellence of Trinity where we had been since 2021. We like the dentist and our hygienist there, but the admin staff was a persistent nightmare for 4 years. We have excellent insurance, btw. At that time, I transferred all of our records and filled out the new patient file on-line. I have confirmation of all of that. I knew things were shaky when the new office didn't confirm my appointment for today. I showed up 30 minutes early. Lady at the desk said I had an appointment, but they had no records or my new patient file. The receptionist tried to insinuate I was lying when I told her I have receipts. When I asked her if that was her intent, she said they had "switched systems in November," the most common excuse for administrative incompetence in the world today. I told her to cancel my appointment because it was admin incompetence that had driven us to change dentists in the first place. She tried to argue. I got loud enough to get the dentist's attention when I said, "No. We are done here," turned, and walked out the door. Sadly, this is normal in Pasco County. 66% con artists. 20% incompetence. 10% mediocre. 5% outstanding businesses and people.

Experiencia negativa: I’m really disappointed with my experience at Smile Design Dentistry, especially with the manager, Rene . Her attitude was unprofessional and she didn’t seem interested in helping at all. Instead of trying to solve the issue I was having, she came off rude and dismissive, and it felt like she didn’t care about patients’ concerns. Communication was poor, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. A manager should make people feel supported, not talked down to. I hope the office improves their customer service, because this was not a good experience.

Experiencia negativa: I had a molar extracted and a couple days later it was infected! When I left the office on day of extraction, it was bleeding and I had a gauze in my mouth. The dentist said there was a cavity in my tooth. So when I called to get an antibiotic, I was told that I had to have the dentist see the infection. It seems they just wanted another office payment! The Rx for infection should have been done on the day of extraction!

Tammy and Vicky from the front desk are the best. The techs are wonderful as well, I had to have a few adjustments, I could not ask for a better tech to help me, Renee was very patient and adjusted them where they fit exactly like they should, she is very knowledgeable. My husband is a patient at that office as well, both of us are extremely satisfied and very happy to be a patient there, very highly recommend the office on Little Road in Golden Acres, 5 plus stars!!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in , I felt like I was part of the family at Smile Design. I had a absessed tooth. Was given a script for antibiotics, also took a xray. My optimun insurance took care of the bill for the first day. Even got a follow up call from Carlita , to see how the antibiotics were working.Was seen on January 3, to have it pulled. Dr. Kinjal was awsome in removing the tooth. She even had to stich up the spot it came out of. Had to pay for the gel foam the Doctor put in the spot the tooth came out of. Was very happy to get it taken care of. This will be my Dentist from now on. Very happy to have Dr. Kinjal as my Dentist.

Experiencia negativa: My personal experience with Dr Le was traumatic, I went there to have 2 teeth polled, thee days later I started have unbearably pain, nothing was making the pain go away, exactly a week after the extraction I went back to find out why the pain was getting worse, well Dr Le blamed my decision to not have the bone craft done in place , what my decision was base on the money I don’t have the money to the bone option , so I choose the gel option, very unprofessional, told me to tuff it up my pain go home and take more pain meds. I am going to another dentist for 2 opinion and I just hope no one else go through these experience with him. Very unpleasant experience. Never ever again I will go back there.

However, if I was to leave the message on Sunday, you’ll get the message on Monday so it doesn’t make any sense. Wish you the best in Business. Due to this I would NEVER go back! It was absolutely an absolute nightmare that literally put me into an anxiety attack. The doctor was rude and it felt like an assault on my mouth!!!!!

They got me in the first available day the dentist was available. They were friendly and professional. The doctor is by far the best dentist I have been to in my entire life. He was skilled and still had a friendly demeanor. He was so good I didn't even know he had done three extractions. I only know the root canal was done because of the drill. Would definitely recommend Dr. Le to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: 9/14 update: don’t be impressed by the comment of the company following up either. A phone call to “customer service” me into going to their other dentist - which I refused. Nothing else was done to rectify the issue. Save yourself the trouble! - - - - - - - Beware: so many of these reviews are OLD. Everything about my three visits to this location was awful. First of all, the doctor mocked my physical pain during the visits. Saying “oh you can uncurl your toes now” and “if you took care of your teeth we wouldn’t be here”. Statements that by themselves maybe don’t sound awful. But the condescending tone while I’m literally trying to not jump off the chair. He has zero cares about how gentle (or not) he is being and how the patient feels. At multiple points I was gagged and he mocked me then too. Second, the price page they give you is a joke. None of the prices matched. The office manager said “your price is over $500 but it’ll actually be less than that when I change the coding for insurance”. When I returned for the second visit, the amount was over six hundred. Between the second and the third visit, I received an insurance paper claiming they should have only charged $544. When I asked about this the third visit, I was cut off from finishing my statement with the office woman saying “you’re getting a credit of $49”. Like that changed the fact that I was overcharged or acknowledged the fact that something is clearly wrong with the way you do your charging. It was never fully explained to me what happened or why. Just a pacified here’s a refund. And there’s still money unaccounted for between the charge and the refund. At this point, I don’t care enough to figure it out with them. Lastly, there was ZERO patient education. I have never experienced dental issues before this visit to the extent I’m at now. Never had a crown. Never had a doctor say that I need as much work as I do. I didn’t know what to expect between appointments or if I needed to salt water rinse, etc. I had no idea the procedure included grinding my tooth down or would have to be numbed. The doctor didn’t take any time to explain anything. When I returned for my permanent crown, after WEEKS of intense pain, they said “oh, you could have called”. Oh could I? Because I just assumed this was normal since you said nothing else. Everyone I asked in my personal life said pain was to be expected. Would have been wonderful for the doctor to advise the patient of these things. I left the office not even knowing what material my crown would be made of. You might be fine for a normal cleaning or routine cavity fill. But I wouldn’t go to this office for anything serious ever again. After this experience, I’m done with smile design in general. There’s a reason why these doctors aren’t in private practice and instead work for chain companies.

Lady claims she told me . i swear to GOD SHE DIDNT. She told me my Insurance paid half or a little more . Not true they pay 90% I pay 10 % . Did half my mouth charged over 180 . At at $180 10 % is 18 dollars . DON'T GO HERE THEY ARE CROOKS AND ARE VERY SHADY !

Experiencia negativa: I came in because I had really awful tooth pains, they did no x-ray or inspection, looked in my mouth for half a second and told me they can't help, since I needed a wisdom tooth removed. I got a referral to a place that doesn't even answer the call. Turns out I needed a root canal in my other tooth. They charged me $29 for them to do literally nothing. Don't go here, they don't care and left me in awful pain for longer than needed.

Experiencia negativa: If i could give no stars i would.Dont go to these people they lie just to get you in there so they can charge an office visit.I called and asked if they could fix broken dentures they said yes.I went in wasted my time filling out paper work.I get in to see the dentist and was told they don't fix dentures that arent theirs.should have said this on the phone. Now am out 29.00 dollars for nothing.They did offere to make me a bottom plate for 1013.00.What a joke can go to Aspen dental and get them for 451.00
