Starting from my first appointment Dr Box and her staff explained to me A to Z what to expect. Then I saw Lisa who talked about the money part of my quest. It was long and semi confusing. Between the visits and phone conversations she bent over backwards to help me understand the money questions. The day I had my procedure the entire staff gets a A+. Its an easy place to rave about, even when I call the office Anna is polite, professional and just plain nice. I do admit it was expensive but at the end of the day I feel the whole package was worth it. Although I didnt name all the names involved I just want to say everybody in that office is awesome

The entire staff is wonderful! There was no pressure whatsoever! While it may be pricey it was definitely worth it, plus I probably spent close to that on ENT visits over the last few years as well as prescriptions that didn’t help! Took me 2 yrs with the help of a very wonderful lady Danielle who helped me tremendously to get the financing through retirement. Unfortunately she is no longer at that location for personal reasons. I just left for a hygiene cleaning and checked, cleaned and inspected the teeth. 8 yrs later. They are like new. Everyone is so caring and friendly.

Had a appointment 2 months later for my final impressions and they canceled that appointment because not enough doctors were available and Rescheduled it a month later. They Canceled that appointment for same reason and rescheduled me a month later, canceled that appointment stating same reason. This has happened for 4 months in a row. I've wasted 4 days off of work to make these appointments that they canceled. I'm very frustrated and disappointed in this company. I want to get more work done but it will definitely not be by them. I'm honestly worried that they are not gonna give me what I payed for at this point and it was a lot of money. Don't waste your time or money with this company.I

Experiencia negativa: Let’s see where to start with my entire process with clear choice! Beyond the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. First they non stop rush and hound you for payments that’s their main priority not there customers. I paid $25,000 for half treatment. I had to take out a loan for the first half of the process in which they knew it would be some time for the second half for the finals. Without any mention the temporary teeth would literally break ever 7-14 days and cost me $300 for each repair I had my teeth fixed over 20 times so just imagine the cost just for repairs! All I would get is calls for the finals to get done they even tried to offer me $10,000 less to do them still a lot of money and they wouldn’t offer not one option such as in house financing or payment nothing I just had to stay with teeth that break non stop. Instead of dealing with this nightmare for 3 years I decided to look elsewhere to get my finals. I found an amazing dentist in Brazil to do the exact same finals for $2600 not $20,000 more which would be a total of $50,000 with clear choice. The very best part of all this is the new dentist found so many errors that were made 3 post that were put in the screws were broken inside which kept making the teeth break which was never even looked at by clear choice so again I had to get anesthesia and have 3 post replaced then one post was set so so deep in my gums that caused so much pain when having any work done for my new teeth. When I contacted clear choice about getting my records because I was going else where they were not pleased about it at all. So with traveled to Brazil for 2 weeks, having new teeth made and all expenses still cost me 10,000 less then clear choices price just for my finals. If anything my next task will be to contact the main department for clear choice because my dentist who made my finals detailed every single issue that he found to show them all the errors made with just the first half of my teeth. If anything legal action will be needed if clear choice doesn’t want to make this right because just in breaks I paid thousands of dollars for repairs. If I knew this nightmare would have been like this I would have never started with clear choice for dental work. $50,000 for implants is a crazy price plus all the repair fees I paid. And the if you want to call her finance person (Maria) just called each and every month to hound me to do the finals and to explain to her not everyone has money like that she clearly didn’t want to hear any part of it. The only offer made was if you do the finals we won’t charge you for your last repair gee thanks that does so much! Clearly stay really clear from this company unless you want to get ripped off and treated like a number. Worst decision I ever made choosing them to do my implants. If this review can save someone else from going through the nightmare I went through then I hope it helps!! Please look at each and every option before you make your final choice for dental work! If I could I would do a -5 star review but doesn’t give that option!!!! Good luck people!

It's very apparent that they are very passionate about their work and it shows. They also did an amazing job from getting my healing teeth to now; permanent teeth which look great and are strong because of the time and materials put into making the implants. Experiencia fantástica: I had accidentally chipped a front tooth of my upper full plate implant a few days ago. Clear Choice Woburn able to give me an appointment very quickly. The in-house technicians were able to repair it while I waited, for which I was grateful. Dzenana, the specialist working with me was efficient, professional, and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Still have a few issues: Phonetics problems with “f”, “e” and “s”. Difficulty closing lips, implants seem to take up too much room. Food often gets stuck between the soft palate and the implants. Bite and chew are fine and the implants look great.

They totally solved with their solution a serious case of mine with peridontal disease and absorption conditions. My periodontist said no way could they do so . Boy was he wrong. Just had a 4 year checkup and cleaning (1 hour) and not one sign of the disease that was previously treated unsuccessfully( over 30k spent to that periodontist) over a period of 30 years with lots of painful visits and cleanings to that periodontist. I wish their technology and expertise in treatment process existed 30 years ago!!!

I had broken a canine a dentist snidely said "guess it's good Everybody's wearing masks you can't be seen" No. I'm not joking. A couple out of several moments to petrify me of dentists. Going to Clear Choice was SOOO much different. I was safe and valued, not shamed and scarred. The work they did SUPERIOR and unfinished until I said. After my surgery, the DR. called me a few times to ensure I was OK; when I lost my car keys they called Uber and never gave it a second thought! Their knowledge, kindness and experience is above and beyond anything I've ever known. Like winning a billion dollar lottery delivered in a basket of fuzzy puppies! They have truly changed my life. I smile again, something I forgot how to do. Oh, and I can't forget to mention Charlie Paul, my service dog, loves all of them so much as they do him. It's been a couple of months since I've had my new upper dentures and it starts a new chapter in my life. I can go back to eating in a restaurant with food that I can choose. No more embarrassing moments, no more tears, no more pain. I chose to go to the Woburn, MA location for my appointments and I'm so glad I did. I can't tell you about other locations, but I can tell you about the caring and compassion my team offered me there. Everyone was so professional when discussing medical information with me, but I was even more impressed by how they interacted with each other. The team, including both doctors, the medical assistants, office staff, and especially the technician who makes the dentures, were all so friendly and warm and caring.
