Weeks later i call to reschedule because of a valid medical concern and the receptionist says that this will be the last time they allow me to reschedule as if i was being a major burden. Rude and a mismanaged organization. What a joke

Experiencia fantástica: I have had to go there a few times. Everyone is so nice. Reception, nurses and doctors are all great. Everything was explained. I am petrified of the dentist. But I can honestly say. I have always felt completely comfortable when I have had a procedure done there. I know so many people have fear when it comes to a dentist. But this office does everything possible to make sure you are as comfortable as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: I got my severely broken wisdom tooth extracted by Dr.Pace and went to work next day, no issues! I think I had less pain and discomfort than from a tooth filling. I appreciate their minimal intervention. The doctors took 1 tooth X-ray rather than entire jaw some other dentists require, and did minimal local anesthesia. I give a 5-star review based on the tooth extraction (surgery) itself which was perfect. However, there was a minor issue with billing. My suggestion is not to pay upfront before the procedure, since you may not eventually need what you pay for.

Nobody likes getting your teeth pulled in your mouth being poked and probed and being yanked at but if it’s gonna be done, this is the place to have it done. Staff is awesome. Dr pace is exceptionally awesome and friendly. they all make you feel comfortable so if you ever need to get teeth work done this is the place to do it.

Experiencia negativa: Staff here is still horrible. Every month there's someone new working there which tells a lot. Not sure anyone there knows what Hippa is. Doctors know how to do their job but that where it ends. Billing is a nightmare. Avoid this place if you can.

Experiencia fantástica: An amnormailty was found at a random dental X-ray. After other possibles were ruled out (dead tooth root etc from other Drs), the problem and protocol was still unknown until I consulted with Dr Pace. He has unbelievable bedside manner, studied the X-ray, put it on his monitor, and explained the possibilities once he went into the affected area at a later surgery from his initial analysis looking at the X-ray.. I arrived today and was taken in immediately. The facility is beautiful, clean, and has all of the newest technology. I was put under and the staff were great, explaining all of the process. Dr Pace explained his results to me as well as my family member who was picking me up. Dr Pace followed up with a phone call tonight to check in and see if I had and issues or other questions. For a health issue, this was a great experience thanks to Dr Pace, who you can tell how he speaks he is extremely knowledgable in the field. Thanks to Dr Pace and his team.

The staff were friendly, professional, and explain all the important after surgery care I need to do. The surgery did not take long and was painless for the most part. But office staff especially Janis Reid the billing coordinator the worst person ever … Before making the appointment checked to confirm my insurance afterward she stated I am responsible for payment and she doesn’t want to submit to insurance… which I feel not acceptable Lots of paperwork and hassle for patients when it was supposed to be her job and what she gets paid for… I’ll not go to that office again and I don’t even recommend this office to anyone.. correct bills is important and she is useless doesn’t even want to perform her job

Experiencia fantástica: I have been operated on 4 times by Dr Pace, twice at the Cambridge and Burlington offices. At ALL times I have been treated with great respect and professionalism by the staff and by Dr Pace. In addition, i have had conversations with "Janice" who is the VA coordinator and she too has been always pleasant and professional, and so helpful. I have and will recommend this practice and from my experience, recommend DrPace without reservations. I am a medically trained and now retired person so cleanliness and professionalism is of utmost importance to me and this practice clicks on the boxes in that regard as well.s Going to the dentist or oral surgery is not usually a pleasant experience but these folks make it the most pleasant they can. They provide heated blankets, and just so respectful of my needs. I did receive a call from Dr Pace early evening after each procedure and reassurance that if there is any problem to feel at ease to call with any problems no matter how innocent the question/problem may be. This is definitely a premier practice in the Boston and suburbs area and grateful I was referred to this particular practice.

Experiencia fantástica: My son is 19 years old and he got 4 wisdom teeth removed. We were so nervous. The moment you walked in everyone was so nice and polite. Dr.Vanisky and his staff are warm, kind and professional. A really good experience, with no pressure to do anything. My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed and even if he was under anesthesia when he woke up he didn’t feel anything. He slept through the night and this is day 2 and he's as normal as he was before the removal and no pain. Dr.Vanisky did an excellent job.He goes above and beyond for his patients. He has an excellent staff from the front desk to the medical assistants they were all wonderful people. Also, the after care package that they give there patients, the Big Vanilla Ice Cream, ice pack and chapstick to start your healing process was amazing.Its not only about removing your teeth but the care after removing them they go above and beyond to make sure you have a smooth transition back home to heal. I feel confident that my son got and is getting the best possible dental care at Burlington Oral and Facial center. I highly recommend Dr. Vanisky and his staff. Thank you

The tech gave me a warm blanket so I wouldn't be cold. My VA rep is the very best ever , and truly a hot ticket and funny. These people are truly the best .

Experiencia fantástica: Our daughter is terrified of any dental procedure that isn’t a cleaning, so we were worried when we found out she needed to have two baby teeth extracted. We knew she would need more than just basic anesthesia and starting looking for oral surgeons in the area. We are beyond thrilled to have found Burlington Oral and Facial Surgery and Dr Vanisky. He knew we wanted to wait a bit before telling our daughter about the procedure, so he called us before our consultation and answered all my questions so we wouldn’t have to do it in front of our daughter. The day of the procedure was perfect - we were nervous, but Dr Vanisky and his team made us so comfortable and put us at ease. The procedure was quick and my daughter is doing great. Dr Vanisky even called later in the day to check on her. I can’t recommend Burlington Oral and Facial Surgery enough!

I was a bit nervous beforehand due to a previous failed extraction attempt at my general on Monday this week, but Dr. Pace and his team were amazing. They got me in very quickly, were incredibly reassuring, informative, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I was sedated for the procedure, and woke up feeling surprisingly comfortable. The entire team was kind, professional, and attentive, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

Experiencia negativa: I bought my very anxious daughter in today to get teeth extracted. The team she had performing her surgery clearly had no patience at all. The surgeon comes in and forces my child down on to the chair, holds her down and proceeds to put the gas mask on her. Now scared, my kid is reaching out for me for help, and I’m now crying. The doctor says to me “ Don’t worry, she won’t remember a thing”. News flash: She remembers the whole damn thing! And so do I! We are both traumatized from this event! So thank you for this extremely horrible experience!!!!! Find staff that can handle people that get anxious in these situations!!
