Experiencia fantástica: The best experience I've had with dentist. Doctor Gedeon did a phenomenal job. He extracted my 2 wisdom teeth within 5 minutes I didn't feel anything. He explained everything, was very polite and professional! Entire staff was very friendly! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the staff, you feel at ease, like this is the right place to help you with your procedure. The energy is great, which makes for an enjoyable experience! The lead assistant, Camille, front desk ladies Emely, Joy, and assistant Elly and Sierrah are amazing such a great team!. Then doctor Gedeon is so funny, descriptive, and genuinely seems to care about your health. I have a large staff, so customer service is always on my mind, and they are top-notch. Definitely come here for your dental surgical needs!

Experiencia negativa: Before you make an appointment with this oral surgeon look for another … This office does not function efficiently. I made a appt for my daughter 2 weeks ago. The day of appointment they call and tell me it’s $480 with my insurance … The times we are in they must think people pull money out of the blue. They do not do payment plans either. Just make sure they give you all the information the day you make the appointment . Not the day of your appointment. This is a very inconsiderate incompetent office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Gedeon was Quick and Thorough. Waited awhile to be seen, but was well worth the time. I only felt Pressure a couple of times while he was taking a Tooth Out. It was Lodged in very high. No Pain at all. He is definitely one of the best DDS, I had the fortune to meet. I am not sure of the spelling of her name, but do I know how to pronounce it. (Sea air ahh). Her Eyes are the Windows to Peace and Good Will for Her Patients. Her Soul is Kind and Generous. She Loves her Job, and it is Felt by the Person Being Treated. She asks Appropriate Questions and Responds Accordingly. She is Knowledgable, and I will Request her in Attendance, if I need another Procedure Done. She Deserves 10 Stars, a Raise, and a Quarterly Bonus of At Least $1000.00. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia positiva: This was my 1st time going to this place and I couldn’t give 5 stars for some reasons; The only good thing I can say was Dr and assistants were funny friendly , quick and procedure was painless. For the 1st time having extraction on all wisdom teeth that was best experience no pain I was completely out of it, so this I would give 5 stars Complaijts: front desk kept calling me to reschedule my appt coz Dr had emergency i told them I got new job and it’s hard to answer my phone . I told them they can text me or leave voicemail an almost every time I get text saying we tried to reach you we tried to reach you. It’s bad impression new job to be using my phone so when I call them even before lunch or when they come back from lunch no one answers. Their lunch is 1-2pm .so instead cancelled my consultation appt with them a just when straight to schedule the extraction procedure. Coz he only does consultations certain days and I can’t so 1st day meeting dr was surgery day. I already told my new job about consultations appt but having them reschedule it I didn’t want bother my new job again for another day to leave early so I decided to go straight to procedure appt . Then day before my surgery I still haven’t received call from billing dept or whoever to see if sedation was covered I was told They would call me but it’s been how many days and day before nothing till they called me to see if I can move my appointment 11am instead 3pm coz someone cancelled I said I can’t and that’s when I asked if sedation was covered and said yes it is. . Lastly day of my procedure like I said earlier went well the thing I’m complaining about is Dr don’t even check on gauze before discharging me. Usually some dentist check gauze if it’s soaking blood before discharging.also he didn’t go over how procedure went like did he use drill on me, we placed sutures here n there etc. assistant was the one who kinda explained and I had so many questions but assistants answered it for me. But me I like to know what really happened. I’m dental aissistant myself so I knw in some cases they have to use drill or cut etc but it’s my body my mouth and I want to know I have right to knw what they did. He was gone didn’t even check on me after . :I dnt even have post op appt didn’t even mention that usually should have post op appt. So I have mixed reviews about this place def not good impression with front desk constantly calling me and rescheduling my appt and dr not checking on me or explaining to me procedure how it went. It’s like Dr goes to 1 patient to the next to the next boom boom boom. I want total patient care and time not hospital . Only good thing I can is he’s funny made u feel comfortable prior to procedure an after that bye

Experiencia fantástica: I am so impressed with this office, after seeing some of the reviews here I have to write. Whether it's been a referral from my regular dentist or some tooth pain that arose suddenly, the courteous staff has always done their best to provide an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Gedeon is very knowledgeable and has always taken time to answer my questions and explain my tooth situation and options. I did have one extraction at his office and that went very well; the follow-up was conscientious and I was able to see Dr. Gedeon immediately when I was worried about dry socket (Dr. Gedeon assured me that it was healing normally and in fact everything did heal up fine). He is really one of the best providers I have seen and I am mystified by some of the discontent I read here. It is not at all consistent with the experience that I had with Dr. Gedeon and his friendly staff. Edit April, 2026: After a recent visit to Dr. Gedeon I found all of the above still holds.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gedeon and his team went above and beyond when I was there recently for a tooth extraction. I was devastated over losing the tooth and am a big baby when it comes to dental work. Everyone was so amazing, literally cheering me on through the procedure! Dr. Gedeon was as professional, kind, and supportive with his team as he was with me. I have never been so impressed, and only wish that he was a regular dentist, as I cannot seem to find one half as compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Gedeon, and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere for any service he provides. Grateful to have found him!

Experiencia negativa: Very nice people. But good attitude doesnt do much for me besides make it a pleasent visit. The day of the consult cost so much and all that happened was the dr introduced himself and rushed out. Then the surgery day he rushed in and afterwards i was obviously not coherent for info. Id appreciate if he took a second to sit down and go over what the following days of recovery would need to be rather than me sit on google and search for info myself n what to expect

Experiencia negativa: Despite previous reviews, I write to warn you. The "Dr." did not even have the courtesy or concern to check on me after the most painful procedure I have ever endured. My screams probably cleared the waiting room. I endured multiple waits between further injections of anesthetics. Heard about a "hot" nerve as I witnessed the "Dr.s" muscles flex and tremble as he tried to extract my tooth as if he were taking pliers to a rusty bolt. As if the entire experience weren't a scene from calm torture, his disappearance afterwards confirmed the abysmal experience. Shame on you Dr. hypocrisy.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gedeon and all the wonderful staff at the office are seriously absolutely amazing. After months of dealing with a tooth issue that involved an ER visit, and being referred to different offices, the first call to CT Dental Implant Center ended with a scheduled appointment just days later. Despite worrying all night, the appointment was quick, completely painless, and genuinely a pleasure. This is the second time I've been to this office, the first time was just as exemplary. Can't recommend enough and will be going back whenever the need arises in the future. Thank you guys!!

Experiencia fantástica: I just had 5 teeth pulled out (3 wisdom, 2 additional that were broken) and have severe anxiety around medical procedures. The tech, Camille (sorry if I misspelled your name girl ) was very kind, reassuring and professional. Wladimir, the surgeon, was the same! They kept me calm while searching for a good vein for the IV sedation, and I never once felt unsafe or frightened in their hands. Once they found a vein, it was lights out, and upon waking, no pain. They were detailed in their instructions for after care and stressed that anything out of the ordinary, call the office. Thank you both for making this experience as painless as possible, and not shaming me for needing the teeth out in the first place. THIS is how you do trauma informed care!

Experiencia negativa: My appointment was originally scheduled for 10:30 AM, and I received several messages confirming that time. On the day of the appointment, while I was waiting, I got a message before 10:30 saying my appointment was actually at 11 AM. I told the front desk, and they said to ignore that message. They called me in a few minutes before 11am, did the x-ray, and then moved me to another room where I waited a long time. A staff member came in and said, “We haven’t forgotten about you—the doctor will be with you shortly.” I replied, “I hope so.” Later, the same person returned and said the doctor was dealing with an emergency and they didn’t know how long it would take. At that point, I decided to leave. I value my time and I have self-respect.

I had two back teeth pulled and a growth under my tongue removed two weeks ago. I’m all healed completely. His skills are amazing. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of what ever you need to have done. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and recommend him highly. His office girls are kind and supportive. Experiencia fantástica: the people i came across were so sweet and welcoming. they’re just REALLY great. wesley the receptionist is so kind and welcoming. Dr.Gedeon is so sweet. He comforted and talked me through the entire procedure. He reassured any nerves that were out of wack. HIS ASSISTANT (FORGIVE ME FOR NOT GETTING HER NAME she was asian)— GOD SENT. she’s an absolute angel. she literally wiped any and every tear drop that fell from my eyes. she’s so considerate. i have huge hair so put on a cap for me to make sure it’s out the way. she’s also a great conversationalist. IM SO GRATEFUL FOR THEM! THEY CREATE SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR THEIR PATIENTS. although i had to go out my way to get there since it’s a lil far from where I live, Im glad i did.

Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. They were so patient . Seriously they are truly the best! I've never felt so supported during a dental visit. Dr. Gedeon himself was amazing – the way he expertly handled my wisdom tooth extraction was fantastic. Afterwards I felt so relieved and the pain was gone..A huge thank you to Camille too as your help was invaluable! And the fact that they even called the next day to check on me? That’s just amazing. I'm so grateful for the kindness and attention I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! If you ever need a tooth extracted forget about going to see a dentist and find your way to Danbury to see Dr.Gedeon. First the gentleman on b the telephone was professional, concerned and accommodating. Then I get there, I could see the white hydrangeas in the windows....beautiful. they are one of my favorites. So, the tone was set. Clean, we'll organize and decorated. Now, the doctor himself was polite and ready. Literally a man with a plan He has protected his craft. Before ai could say, I feel anything he already removed the issue. And it was literally done so quick I was in disbelief. What an experience ! I came in stressed initially but left feeling so happy, calm and sooo much better! Dr. Gedeon has incredible compassion, patience, kindness and amazing skill! I never experienced anything like that before from any Dr. (when it comes to teeth…I’m not the best patient and have very high sensitivity w my gums and teeth) The assistant Grace, was also amazing, kind and supportive and helped me relax and taking my mind off it :) The office staff at the center were also polite and helpful. I had two teeth extracted and although it’s never fun going through a procedure like that, him and his team did a great job keeping me calm(It was my first time doing so with only local anesthesia). Dr. Gedeon moves with a precision and speed I’m not used to at all. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. A+ service

Experiencia fantástica: HUSKY D INSURANCE ADULTS ACCEPTED: Professionally staffed and flawless surgery. I had 9 teeth extracted in an hour (4 wisdom teeth and 5 K9. One of the K9 was a baby impact tooth stuck to the bone). I couldn't open my mouth for the first 2HRS; I was able to get my hands on some painkillers to relieve a bulk of the pain. The first two days, I had a liquid diet with protein shakes, and on the 3rd day, I was eating regular food, mostly using my molars. By the 5th day, I was contacting the Braces doctor to have the rest of my Braces added on. All that to say, the Dr did a phenomenal job. (Disclaimer: I only used two out of the 4-5 medications that are recommended. Painkillers and Antibiotics.) I can highly recommend DT Dental Impact.

Experiencia negativa: Originally, I gave this office 5 stars until I realized they are scam artists. I was going to have my implant surgery, but for personal reasons, I couldn't go through with it. He advertises on his TV that if you cancel, you will be obligated to pay $500 fee for the scan he took. I have no problem with that. However, he tried billing me for over $7,000. My finance company, whom I used to take a loan out for $30,000 ( that's what he charges for just bottom implants ), knocked his price down to $4,440, which is still really unfair. So I had no work done yet, and I'm stuck with a bill of $4,440 for absolutely nothing!! Horrible way to treat your patients. I would highly recommend you stay away from this place.

I do not like going to the dentist and after coming to see Dr. Gideon for my tooth to be removed, I asked if he could be my permanent dentist. I love Dr. Gideon and his team. I came to him with a bad tooth infection that made my face swell up on one side. He treated me and was able to get rid of the infection. Experiencia fantástica: Listen, no one wants to get their teeth removed. However, being referred to this office has been a god send. 1) you walk in the door and they have you covered. Smiling. It runs so smoothly, it’s almost confusing, because where does that happen? 2) you get in the chair and meet the doctor and staff. They are professional, charming, gentle, communicative, and non-judgemental. No condescension. No worries that they’re going to massacre your mouth. Just complete faith that they know what they’re doing. 3) you get your surgery and it is surgery, so, you know, it stinks. But they handle it with care and make sure you are comfortable. 4) you follow up. They know you. They joke with you. They care about you. They’re still smiling at you. The office still functions like a well oiled machine. Everyone seems so kind, you almost want to quit your job and work with them. 5) you’re missing teeth (for now) but you know that you made the right decision by choosing Gedeon and his staff, and that if it happens again, you have a family of professionals that will truly- honestly- selflessly- care. I sing their praises from rooftops and unequivocally recommend them, if god forbid, you need oral surgery.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional staff. Making inappropriate comments about my insurance upon scheduling an urgent appointment. Out of desperation I asked will they accept money out of pocket because I was told I would have to wait 2 months for extraction for a very painful/infected tooth. I just wanted to be seen sooner. The woman at the desk told me if I have money to pay for a procedure then I shouldn’t have insurance and she REFUSED to book my appointment. When my call got transferred to another woman she booked me an appointment right away in two weeks. I’ve never been spoken down to and degraded in a professional setting like how this woman did to me today. At no point in time is someone’s money and how they afford things anyone’s business so to make comments about someone’s finances is bizarre to me. Especially as a new patient just asking a simple question. To make it worse I hear her in the background laughing at me; I’m glad someone else’s pain is amusing. As someone with extreme dental anxiety this is very disappointing and does not make me feel welcome or at ease.
