I don't warm up easily to medical providers, I have hight expectations, and that is what Rolling Hills Dentistry delivers. The cleanings are painless & thorough. She always follows up to something that I said the cleaning before. Dr.J is personable, and amicable. When I told him that I felt that my teeth shifted the mid center. He didn't look at me like I lost my mind, and indeed he confirmed that the mid line shifted 2 mm. Now I am wearing invisible line to address the issue. Our friend, David Malesky, recommended them. I couln't be happier with their service. They are stress free to deal with, easy to get/change appointments. They are 5 stars on my book.

Dr Winokur guided me through the entire journey with patience and kindness, constantly checking in with me on my comfort level. The final result speaks for itself, looking great (and natural) and feeling strong. And having seen the implants on an xray, I am very confident that they were expertly done and will last. Special shout out to Jessica who was there from the first visit explaining the process and who continued to patiently answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice for several reasons. 1) the dental work I’ve had done (crowns, fillings, routine cleanings) has been flawless 2) the staff is obviously well trained, professional, courteous and super friendly 3) communication between office and patient is consistent and helpful. I’m so glad that Dr. Winokur made the move from NYC to CT!

Experiencia positiva: For someone who is completely petrified of dentists, I had a very positive experience with Dr. J and my hygienist Janice. I neglected my dental care for years and when it was time for my deep cleanings, I wanted to avoid the process. However, I absolutely love how the team at Rolling Hills Dentistry take your fear and anxieties seriously. They validate you, work at your pace, and do the best they can to get you back on the right track. From an appointment perspective, the office does the best they can to work around your schedule and prioritizes your needs of communication. I work in a medical office and found it helpful to receive text messages I could easily respond to, as opposed to phone calls. Now, getting into my 3 star review, I am frustrated by a recent interaction with their billing department. I am well aware that I had an outstanding balance. I was sent an ample amount of text messages reminding me to pay, and the office was incredibly patient, giving me an ETERNITY before alerting me the balance would go into collections. HOWEVER, what I find unethical is the method by which they collected my payment. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday , and told them I would possibly call the office on my payday (today), and pay the balance. Again, she made me aware that if the balance wasn’t paid today, it would go to collections. Guess what? In this economy, everyone’s doing what they can to get by. I looked on my bank account this evening and saw that the office charged me the balance without my permission. Please explain to me when that was a part of the conversation! Needless to say, I’m disappointed with this conduct. Yes, do your job, but please don’t charge my account without my permission or my notice.

My youngest son had a huge problem with a cracked tooth. My ex husband felt strongly that our son should see his dentist. Well, I had other plans. He was definitely going to see my dentist. We got into a rather heated argument about how wonderful each of our providers were only to find out that Dr. Winnokur was in fact the dentist in each case. These are terrific people who always do the right thing. Integrity.

Going in for my first appointment I did not feel judged or looked down on for my conditions. Dr J is super nice and friendly and the practice does excellent work. Their personalized service and professional care with a real attention to detail, sprinkled with some levity by way of the humorous banter the staff and I tend to have, are what make this dentist office a standout and actually an enjoyable experience. One, might I dare say, I even look forward to. Oh and they play the best music. Fridays are my personal favorite. I highly recommend this office for the doctors, the professional services team, and support staff. They are all amazing!

Experiencia negativa: The dentist seemed upset when I told him that I didn't like the shape of my veneer. I arrived at 9 a.m. but didn't leave until noon because they kept switching between me and other patients. They had to redo the veneer a couple of times to match the color of my previous one. Unfortunately, the veneer is not smooth, and its shape doesn't resemble the other one. Now, the dentist lacks the decency to be kind about the situation; he told me that we didn't have any more time today, despite my waiting for three and a half hours. He also mentioned that they don't have any more material to create another veneer, so I have to reschedule to have a new one made. I left the office feeling very frustrated. However, Georgina was excellent as a dental hygienist or assistant.

Experiencia fantástica: They are AMAZING! Got my wisdom teeth taken out back in November, and the procedure went absolutely perfect. Months later, and I’m more than happy with how it went! Went in today for a bonding because I have had grooves on my front teeth for the longest time since childhood, and it was my biggest insecurity. Well once again, they did an amazing job and fixed my teeth to perfection!!

Experiencia negativa: I used to really enjoy this office. I've been coming here for around a year and a half. I had an appointment this morning. For the first time out of 4 visits to the office, they took my blood pressure. I'm very athletic and in the gym 5 days a week, and I run 2 miles each day. I attached a photo showing myself. I am far from unhealthy or experiencing any high blood pressure problems. Unfortunately, my blood pressure was high, and they refused to CLEAN my teeth. I was not there for any other reason than a cleaning. So if you have high blood pressure, I would suggest finding a new dentist. The last thing you want is to take a day from work and then find out they won't do a simple cleaning on your teeth.

Megan the Hygienist and Dr. Mueller took such good care of me and made sure I felt comfortable through my cleaning and fillings. The front office staff are accommodating, kind, and very helpful. The office is welcoming, clean and comforting and the team of very friendly, professional hygienists make the whole experience stress free. Alongside the great and thorough oral care we receive through regular check ups, we have utilized Rolling Hills other services for teeth straightening and repair with excellent results. Finally they spend time with their patients - answering questions, discussing various alternatives and providing a truly well rounded experience. There is not a better practice in all of Westchester county!

From the moment I walked in the door I felt very comfortable and at ease by the very friendly staff. I saw Dr. Blake Winokur, who was amazing. He made me feel very at ease and comfortable. He explained the entire please process of how we would proceed. He took the time to show me the technology that they use which was so high tech. I had started an implant procedure with another dentist. I was very frustrated with the way it was going. He finished the implant beautifully and quick.. I am so happy that I decided to go to Rolling Hills. The entire experience was great. I would recommend them then to anyone! The entire staff was amazing!

I’ve been seeing a dentist for the last 15+ years and unfortunately, I needed to find a new dentist to take care of my dental needs.Rolling Hills Dental and Dr. Winokur were recommended to me. Finding a new dentist after such a long period Of time with my other dentist was a bit nerve-racking. So I made an appointment to go to Rolling Hills Dental. In one word WOW. The moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable the front desk Staff is amazing. They addressed me by my first name made me feel relaxed. When I then went to see the dentist, I knew I had made the right decision. Dr Winokur put me at ease immediately, he did his exam he went over a plan of treatment, answered every question I had and made sure I was comfortable with everything we discussed. I was then introduced to one of the other dentist there Dr. J who put me at ease with his great outgoing personality. I can’t say anything more positive about this practice. If for any reason you need to find a dentist, do yourself a favor call Rolling Hills Dental, they will treat you wonderfully With their best in class dentistry and you’ll walk out of there with a beautiful smile on your face.

The second you walk in you are greeted by several people who are all radiating with a genuinely welcoming energy, especially DeLacey and Alyssa who I had the pleasure of speaking to a bit more. My hygienist Kara was also very nice and engaging throughout the cleaning. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough, the staff is phenomenal.

Experiencia fantástica: I've never written a review for a dentist before, but this is the best dentist I've ever been to. Great service and cutting edge technology to make things easy, fast and painless. In one visit they did a 3d model of a tooth that needed a crown, used a 3d printer to create a perfect replica, and fitted perfectly and painlessly. They also did an awesome job bonding a front tooth so that it looks both perfect, and natural. Dr. Winokur and his staff are simply the best.

Experiencia negativa: I thought I found a great dentist and office. I have dental anxiety and I have even worse dental anxiety now thank U. They were so great in the morning of my consultation that i didnt feel anxious at all. Then my anxiety kicked in after I left but I did return to have 2teeth pulled. I shouldn't have returned. The afternoon reception staff was rude vs the morning reception and the dental assistant and surgeon and another woman who during my surgery walked in and started talking about their children while pulling my teeth. I even tried talking too while teeth were being pulled. I will say I felt no pain during the extraction and the oral surgeon is very capable but I will not return here. I felt this dentist would have been a good 1 too but as soon as I'm made to feel like a drug addict bc I don't want the pain that will come soon as the novacaine wears off bc it's not the 1st, or even 2nd time I've had an extraction. I know the worst is the first 48hours and then it starts to hurt less and heal. I should not be made to feel like a drug addict searching for drugs bc I want 6 to 8 pain pills to take the first day or 2 after having any teeth pulled. like I'm wrong for not wanting this pain. So bummed with this whole thing bc this was just the beginning for me and I now haveto find a new 1 for the next step but I have 6months I hope IF I don't have an emergency. Experiencia fantástica: For many years I was so afraid and anxious about the dentist, I had a place I went to since I was a child and eventually wanted to stop going because they were so rough, rude, and obviously had no passion for their work. I thought all dentists were like that. I got new insurance through my job and I decided to get a new dentist closer to my job and home. I found Rolling Hills and was still very anxious because I never had good experiences with dentistry. I was helped by Eloise first and Dr. Janeoski. They were kind and attentive. I came for my second appointment today and was helped by Debbi. She was absolutely amazing, she was so kind and slow and gentle and obviously loved her job. Anytime I felt pain she would slow down and switch methods. She did such a great job I swear I was falling asleep. I loved her so much and she made all my anxiety go away. I have found my permanent dentist home. I am looking forward to my next appointment and will only wanna be helped by her!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a broken tooth and went in as a last minute emergency. I was so happy they took me in on short notice. The work that was done to my mouth was outstanding! Dr Colby found other issues that I was not aware of and I was grateful that she took the time to patiently go over everything with me. Denise who does the billing was right on the money with the end costs There were no surprises or hidden costs which I appreciated. The staff there is wonderful. Jessica and Clara always a welcoming smile with such enthusiasm for what they do. If you are looking to have implants done or just a routine check up then this is definitely the place to go. Look no further!

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: had a bad experience here. My insurance covers standard X-rays and bite wings (when done with standard X-rays) every 3 years. The folks at Rolling Hills decided to take a different type of X-ray for my kids (panoramic), and now they want me to pay tor the panoramic X-rays and the bite wings, which would have been covered had they done the right kind of X-rays. It’s a shame that they didn’t do a better job of figuring out what is and isn’t covered by my insurance before treating my kids. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but they need to write off their mistakes or else lose business. We won’t be returning to Rolling Hills because of this. Original review: I was very afraid of scaling, but Alicia made it a comfortable and pain-free experience. She was also extremely thorough in telling me how to care for my teeth and gums after the procedure. I cannot say enough good things about Alicia and Rolling Hills Dentistry! Highly recommend this practice in general and Alicia in particular.

Experiencia fantástica: After trying a few dentists in the Danbury, CT area, I can finally rest following a cavity repair with a crown replacement by Dr. Blake Winokur. When my long term (25 years) dentist suddenly retired a few years ago, I've had a couple of disappointing dentist appointments looking for a replacement until a friend referred Dr. Winokur to me. Today I saw him and had a cavity under an existing crown taken care of AND a new crown in what I can honestly say was the most enjoyable dental experience of my life! (Yes, there is such a thing!!!) From the friendly reception staff to the dental assistant to Dr. Winokur himself, I experienced the most professional and efficient staff ever. Just 2 hours after checking in, I had a new crown, done PAINLESSLY and effortlessly by Dr. Winokur. No more 2 - 3 visit crowns that started with a painful novacaine injection followed with a mouthful of that awful putty they use to make an impression, to a temporary filling that the lab takes 3 weeks to make a crown that doesn't fit..... Ughhhh! Dr. Winokur is the most professional and proficient dentist I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The best of it is that I can finally say I've found a dentist for life in Dr. Winokur.

In all my life I have never felt to confidant in the care I receive, so comfortable with the staff, and I mean immediately when I walk through the door. I have always had anxiety with doctors and dentists but it’s like impossible with them because they put you at ease and do what is needed to calm any nerves with their gentle care and understanding. Experiencia fantástica: Rolling Hills Dentistry is by far the best dental office I've ever been too. The entire staff are so welcoming and friendly and provide professional service that you expect to find from a place of business. The Providers are not only patient but they care about the quality of their work and your comfortability during your service. When I first stepped into the office, I needed so much dental work and was so ashamed at how bad I neglected my teeth and didn't think I had much time left with whatever many teeth I had remaining but Dr Winokur turned things around and created a plan where he was able to not only save my teeth but improved my smile with some cosmetic surgery which gave me the confidence that I didn't have when I first entered the office. I've never felt so compelled to write a review before but I am so happy that I found this office and honored to share my experience
