The same is true for Rachael, my hygienist, and the office staff, Belinda and Kaylee. They always go out of their way to fit you in to the schedule and WILL call the moment a spot opens up due to a cancellation. They give you options, listen to your preferences, and never pressure you into unnecessary diagnostics or treatments. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.

And when the Doctor came in again. Very professional and very friendly. I didn't see not one sour face in the building everyone spoke and seemed to enjoy their job and was very friendly, laughing and joking. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I’m looking forward to my follow up appointment. Also Kaylee, was very helpful with working around my work schedule to find me an appointment. We originally planned for February, but she told me there was a wait list for January 20, so Lord behold, an opening became available and she called to confirm the time.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Perry for the past several years, even after we moved to the Tampa Bay area. Remembering the pleasant experience I had earlier with Dr. Perry and his staff, I inquired about a possible check-up during our most recent trip to Mobile. The receptionist, Belinda, was able to work me in when an opening became available due to a cancellation. Dr. Perry’s hygienist Rachel took care of the cleaning process. She remembered and greeted me with a friendly smile, and then worked very gently but efficiently on my teeth. She discovered a small cavity in one of my teeth, and Dr. Perry decided to fix it immediately. He judged that this process would not require anesthesia. Within a few minutes in another treatment room – also sparkling clean and bright - Dr. Perry and his assistant Angela, started to repair the damage. I expected some pain and discomfort, but I felt neither. Soon, the new filling hardened, the tooth was polished, and I was allowed to leave happily with newly repaired and freshly cleaned teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Perry and his staff. They are very friendly and efficient, and use advanced technology and the best materials available. Dr. Perry is a real artist in his profession.

Experiencia negativa: I am a veteran with dental benefits and was sent to this dentist by referral. A tech called me to the back and started asking me a lot of questions about my veteran status. I am 100%, this seem to be all she wanted to talk about. How long I had it, what my benefits were. I didn’t think much of it until she kept going on and on about it. Then she proceeds to go into my mouth and start cleaning my teeth without telling me that she was cleaning my teeth. I asked her what is she doing? She told me that the VA sent a referral for me to have my teeth clean. I told her that cannot be true because the doctor just stated that I needed to have a bridge and some cavities refilled and also I have some type of hole. She proceeds to tell me that no that’s not true hands me a mirror and said show me where the hole is. I told her I should be seeing the dentist so that he can look at what kind of problems I have first before you start digging into my mouth without telling me what you’re doing. After going back-and-forth with her finally the dentist came in looked into my mouth told me he couldn’t see no hole. Tell me he couldn’t see the cavities I’m like did you read the referral? Do you need x-rays from the VA? Then they read referral to me which stated the bridge and cavities. Clearly she had lied to me. I have been going to dentist offices since I was a child with major dental work being done, due to some trauma. and I have never had a dentist or hygienist just start digging into my mouth and not tell me what they’re doing. I get the feeling that they actually did not want me to be there and I’m sorry to say that I think it’s because I am black. After noticing the staff that was present had the same energy, I politely grab my things and left with a smile. It was a very weird dental visit and I would say to anyone that is black or brown to pay attention very closely. Be careful when going to this dentist office. I wanted to add that as a Gulf War Veteran the staff made me feel like I didn’t deserve to have my veteran status, which felt very strange and intitled. I am new to Mobile,AL and this is the only business that made me feel like I was back in the 70’s. So I will not judge the rest of Mobile, AL as having the same unprofessional low vibrational energy . I pray that they may see the light and be kinder to ALL PEOPLE
