Experiencia fantástica: Lindsay Michael Dentistry makes a significant example of what dentistry should look like in Topeka, KS. The staff is hospitable from the second you walk in the facility. The staff is happy, energetic and fun to be around. They run a tight ship as far as punctuality is concerned. The staff works hard to accommodate changes in schedules and dentistry needs. I bought and was fitted with Invisalign braces and I am very happy with the results thus far. The techs that do the teeth cleaning are always professional and responsive to questions. The facility is clean and neat including new furniture in the waiting room. You really couldn’t ask for a better experience as a patient. Highly recommend Dr. Lindsay Michael and her whole staff!

A first for me. Also, the examining of my gums and the cleaning of my teeth with pressured water and the very minor scrapping of my teeth was without pain. When I showed up, the receptionist said I didn't have an appointment...that it was tomorrow, same time. I called to confirm and I couldn't be found in the computer, but she said there was an opening, so I took it. Very confounding...and inconvenient!

She's very up-to-date on what is the best approach to unexpected events when working on whatever happens, ie another cavity. She will look into the insurance policy on what is covered and what comes out of the patients pocket expenses. This has allowed me to know as much as possible if or when this happens. Experiencia negativa: Dr. Lindsay Michael’s patient relations is the worst that I have seen with patients that have severe Anxiety/ PTSD issues surrounding doctors and needles. During a recent visit my daughter was having an anxiety attack duento her PTSD to the point she was visibly crying and upset due to her inability to get shots/ needles. The Dentist told her that she had six year olds that act better than her and she threw her tools down in frustration exacerbating her fear and PTSD of Doctors and Dentists. The worst display of a Dentist associated with Frank Johnson DDS. We encourage all patients who have Severe Anxiety and PTSD to steer clear of this Dentistry as your Anxiety/ PTSD will be increased.
