They were wonderful to get me in so quickly due to cancellations. I had a thorough examination and cleaning and I am so pleased with Dr. Naeger. She explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable with my treatment plan. I am grateful I have found my new dentist. Also recommended to my daughter, who is now a new patient! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Long story short, I knew I was going to be going in to get some news I didn’t want to hear on the state of my teeth. I’ve had an avoidance from dentists for a long time due to traumatic experiences as a kid and teen. When I say everyone I met on my first visit was SO kind, I genuinely mean so. I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I didn’t feel judgement. I didn’t feel like just another patient. Everyone explained everything in an authentic, kind manner and answered any questions I had with respect. I was shocked as I’ve never experienced that. I was reassured multiple times that I wasn’t alone, as when having dental issues and not wanting to go to the dentist, you can have a certain mental state. A huge thanks to Shunga Family Dental.Will highly recommend to anyone.

Explanations of services rendered and the plan for the future were totally understandable. Their concern and treatment methods were of the utmost professional standards.

Experiencia positiva: The regular dental hygienist wasn’t there and a nice lady was substituting but she had a bad tremor in her hand (which she explained to me) but it was very uncomfortable in my mouth. Im not sure my cleaning was as effective with her using just one hand at times and with her using the hand with the tremor holding the mirror.

Experiencia negativa: Place notified us within 40 minutes of closing and said if we don’t pay a bill by the end of today, it will be sent to collections, never got said bill. They have our address but not sure why we didn't receive it. The whole situation does not sit well with me at all. I would recommend anywhere but here.

She and her staff are very responsive as recently I had a dental emergency on a weekend and I was in the office Monday morning. If you have any concerns about dental anxiety I encourage you to go there they make sure you are comfortable and pain free.
