From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and welcomed. A huge thank you to Anu, Laura, and Dr. Ayoub for making the experience so positive. Dr. Ayoub was amazing—she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or judged. Anu and Laura were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. What really impressed me was that they were able to do everything the same day—from my exam and X-rays to my cleaning and the small dental work I needed. It made the whole process so much easier. I’m actually excited to stay on top of my dental health now, and I’ll definitely be back for my 6-month checkup. If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist like I was, I can’t recommend Oviedo Smiles enough!

I went in just to ask about wisdom tooth removal, but they were able to remove both my teeth same day, and they even took care of 4 cavities and a cleaning. They took care of all of that in just 3 hours while keeping me informed, calm, and even laughing. I was in such good hands with Laura, Kalifa, and Dr. Syed! I can’t thank this office and their amazing team enough!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a big fear of dentists due to prior negative experiences elsewhere but Dr Zaman and Ms Salam at Oviedo Smiles did a great job making me feel comfortable and like they were there to help without judgement. Dr Zaman was funny, personable, but most importantly, he was direct and didn’t shy away from telling me what I needed to know. Ms Salam was patient and understanding and was very accommodating in her approach. I never thought I’d recommend a dentist office, but I highly recommend Oviedo Smiles and their terrific team.

Experiencia fantástica: Maya Ayoub did an implant for me. Easy breezy and it didn’t hurt! It came out great. Redid the work on two of my front teeth that another dental practice messed up. They also came out great. She can do veneers that look natural. She knows how to do it right and she takes pride in her work. Oh, and she has a great sense of humor that is really needed at the dentist!

Experiencia negativa: Okay, I really debated if it was worth making this review but I think it is! Firstly, everyone I talked to was so incredibly kind and nice and friendly. But the kinda have to be for what they are charging. Seriously. I got 2 fillings, a cleaning , and a basic check up. Before insurance it was OVER 7K!!! After my really good insurance it was 1.6K… for again, two fillings (very small fillings at that) a tooth cleaning and what ended up being a free check up. Some of the ways the total got this big: They charged over 1.5k per filling before insurance. I’m not sure why they are so expensive. A general checkup was over $500 before insurance. They charged me an extra $55 per x-ray despite the fact that the only reason they had to do more was because a student was doing it. (They did not warn me I would be charged per one she did / messed up) The tooth cleaning was INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE (yes I did get a higher level one but it still shouldn’t have been over $500 after insurance) They didn’t tell me until they sat me in the cleaning chair that they were just going to go ahead and do all of the work today. When I asked if that meant I had to pay 1.6K Today. They said yes, they don’t accept payment plans and that the total was due at check out. Like what if I couldn’t afford that? They never asked before telling me “well you’re already here”… So anyway, even if it would be nice to get new retainers (cost $400 without insurance (they say they can’t run insurance for it)) or fix my front tooth. Heck no. I hope someone sees this. This doesn’t have to be your family dentist unless you can afford $600 per cavity your kid gets!! While I appreciate how kind everyone was this place will not be getting my business again as these prices are out of control. BALDWIN PARK DENTIST ARE CHEAPER THAN THIS!

I’ve been through several dentist in Seminole county over the past 15 years and highly disappointed with the care I received or lack of elsewhere. Finding this Oviedo Smiles Dentist office is a gem and has been a complete game change. This dynamic team of dentist and their entire office staff were incredibly professional from the exact time of check-in. My initial visit, I was a nervous wreck and I have whitecoat syndrome from the previous dental experiences. Dr. Ayoub made me feel so comfortable as a patient and listened to all my concerns from the time I entered I was a nervous wreck and when I left, I was at complete ease and so happy and ready to come back for a second and third visit. My x-ray technicians were exceptional, friendly, and down to earth they truly treated me like a human being. The dental surgeon Dr. Kevin Kuo and his assistants were exceptional and compassionate. Thank you Gloria your pat on the shoulder put me at ease during my procedure!! All of the assistant who work with Dr. Ayoub were all professionally warm, highly patient and genuinely cared about my comfort and needs. Shout out to Miss Nessa that had the highest patience when I was freaking out about my dental plan that fit my financial needs. I had substantial dental work and they were able to clean my teeth on day one hard to find anywhere. I had two root canals done I walked out completely pain-free. I’m especially pleased with the entire level of care provided by the office. What I was searching for for 20 years Oveido Smiles dentistry did in two days thank you Oveido Smiles. I have been a nurse for over 30 years and exceptional medical help is hard to find!! Write a little statement I’ve been in Nurse for over 30 years, I know firsthand that exceptional medical care is truly hard to find. When you find a team, this wonderful cherish them.

Experiencia negativa: I’m not sure how Oviedo Smiles has so many positive reviews, so perhaps my experience was just an off day. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for me. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff did not come across as very friendly or welcoming. Since many people have anxiety about dental visits, a warmer approach would have been appreciated. During my intake appointment, there were several different people working on me, which made me feel uncomfortable and even more nervous. The dentist was initially friendly, but the male hygienist had poor bedside manner. I understand dental work can be uncomfortable, but the cleaning and examination felt unnecessarily painful. I expressed my concerns and requested that he not work with me again. What disappointed me most was what happened after discussing my treatment plan. When I explained that I was unable to provide the requested down payment at that time, the attitude and demeanor of the staff noticeably changed. I was simply told to call back when I could afford it. They also refused to perform a routine cleaning that would have been covered by my insurance, despite my being there and ready for treatment. As a result, I chose to seek care elsewhere. I have since found a dental office that treats patients with more compassion, works with them financially, and provides a much more comfortable experience. Maybe this was just a one-time experience, but based on my visit, I will not be returning to Oviedo Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: Oviedo smiles gives the best customer service along with the best dentists! I have been with them since March. I am on tv every week and had a situation happen where my filling came out and I needed one asap. Oviedo Smiles was able to take me right away the same day that I called. Eva was the one who set that up and Dr. Mattu was efficient and phenomenal. After that I set up a cleaning/check up where we discovered that I needed 2 crowns and an onlay. Unfortunately, it was a lot of money that i didn’t have even after my dental insurance. I just couldn’t afford it. In August, Eva called me and said that I was selected to get both of my crowns and onlay done for free as they volunteer once a year to give back to their patients on a Saturday in August where they come in on their day off to help people like me who can’t afford certain treatments. I was literally in tears after the phone call. Today I got the two crowns and onlay and even fixed my bonding in the front that had a small stain on it. I couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Mattu did a phenomenal job and I am finally confident to smile showing my teeth again! Between Eva, Ashley, Nakita, and Dr. Mattu along with the rest of the very nice staff, I highly recommend this dentist office. They are honest, make sure you understand everything between price and the work you need done on your teeth, no hidden bills or fees, this is hands down the most organized and efficient dentist office I’ve ever been to. I can’t wait to come back for my next cleaning in November! Thank you all again at Oviedo smiles

I have spoken to two different people on the phone, (unfortunately I don't remember the name of the young lady I spoke with on Wednesday, May 27th but she picked up the phone 5 minutes before they closed and talked to me without any kind of rush). Today I spoke with Hirum. Once again the customer service was on point and I was so very impressed with the attentive manner he spoke with me and helpful advice he gave. My son has two appointments coming up (first with dentist and then with endodontist) so more to come after that :0)

Experiencia fantástica: I have a lifetime fear of going to the dentist. I lived in a small town up north where I think the dentist was also the horse vet and I don’t think Novocain was invented yet! Fast forward to the present day and I am a patient at Oviedo Smiles Dentistry. Dr Ayoub and every employee I have encountered there has been professional and caring. I am so glad I started using this office. I would especially like to single one employee, Henry, the hygienist. He is thorough, conscientious and has a nice sense of humor which helped to calm my nervousness. He had to go above and beyond because I had a tiny something lodged between my two front teeth that I could not remove with dental floss or a toothbrush. Henry worked diligently to dislodge the problem. I am so thankful that he helped me and treated me so kindly. Thank you, Henry!

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing, but I have been very pleased with Oviedo Smiles Dentistry. Dr. Ayoub and her hygienist, Laura have done an excellent job taking care of my teeth for several years. Laura is very gentle and thorough while cleaning my teeth. I recently have had to have an implant due to a failed root canal. I was very nervous about the process. Dr. Ayoub explained the process in great detail and eased my nerves. The truth is the worst part of it was the extraction. That was really awful. I am not gonna lie about that. However, the phase of getting the implant put in and then waiting until I got my crown put on 3 months later was easy. It just takes patience. Dr. Ayoub did a beautiful job and I’m very happy with the end result.

Conner was so gentle with X-rays because of my injured jaw. Henry was also gentle and careful cleaning my teeth. Experiencia fantástica: Having your teeth, deep cleaned, and scaled is not a pleasant experience. But I had a dental hygienist named Diana, who was absolutely brilliant at it! Her touch was firm and deft, but not overly aggressive. She talked through out the entire cleaning about what she was going to do next and what to expect. I had several deep pockets beneath my gums she needed to attend to, and although it times it was uncomfortable it was never painful. I found Dr. Ayoub’s staff to be highly competent and knowledgeable. Chris, the X-ray /lab tech was seriously talented in his role. I would recommend you check Oviedo Smiles dentistry. Right here in our own backyard!

I had a “worst case scenario” issue and still walked out of there feeling better and more confident. If you’re nervous about going, don’t be! They are an amazing group. Obviously dental work is not cheap, but they have so many options for payment and payment plans. They also are very upfront about costs and will work with your individual budget. Can not say enough great things about this place!

Experiencia negativa: I keep giving this office chances because, as many know, changing doctors can be a pain. But, several times now they have acted like they do me a favor for my being a client. First time was when the office first opened and the 'girls' would not help me with the App. And now, I called and pushed back my time to specifically make the appointment. When I arrive they day they have no record of that call, and now I have to wait. The problem is the attitude. This front desk girl states, "You probably spoke to the service. Even during working hours, they will take our calls if we are busy." So, I'm thinking, "This is not my issue; it is your service problem and should apologize." But, nothing from them. Sooooo rude. Another a McDonald's-franchise- like operation for dentistry! Uggghhh...

Experiencia negativa: I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Ayoub and left feeling misled and taken advantage of as a senior. When we discussed a payment plan, I was told one thing, but when it came time to finalize it, it was different, which significantly increased the total cost and was financially devastating for me. I was also told during my assessment that I had bone loss and needed a crown. Trusting her professional opinion, I agreed to proceed. However, after doing my own research and seeking more information, I learned that what I actually had was gum recession, not bone loss. Gum recession can be treated or improved without a crown. It feels like my tooth was unnecessarily damaged to justify placing a crown, and that my lack of dental knowledge was taken advantage of. I now believe the recommendation was not truly necessary and was presented in a way that rushed and forced me into an expensive procedure I didn’t fully understand at the time. I WOULD STRONGLY encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to major dental work or payment plans here. OR JUST GO TO A TRUSTED DENTIST NOT HERE

I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist because of Dr. Maya Ayoub. She really does care about her patients and gives you multiple options for how to get your teeth fixed. They explain everything about your teeth throroughly. This office doesn't hide anything and is very good with their payment options. They are willing to work with you. Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience with Dr. Ayoub. Dr. Ayoub and her staff are incredibly kind and professional, and she truly knows her craft. My husband and I both needed extensive dental work, and as someone who is not a fan of the dentist, I was nervous. From the start, Dr. Ayoub made sure I was comfortable and walked me through every step. After years of missing teeth and fear of implants, I finally moved forward and had two implants placed (both in under 15 minutes). She explained everything clearly, the healing process was smooth, and now I can smile with confidence again. My husband also had an implant and had a great experience as well. Thank you to Dr. Ayoub and her entire staff for your kindness, expertise, and genuine commitment to making sure we were truly taken care of.

She explains everything so clearly you feel empowered, not just treated. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. She's isn't just a dentist, she's the best in the business. If you can get an appointment with her, take it! Your teeth will thank you!!

He flipped between English and Spanish like it was nothing, explained everything clearly, and just made the whole thing feel easy and fun. Definitely going back to him! Highly recommend this guy!

Experiencia fantástica: It had been at least 5 years since my last dental visit and I was nervous to say the least. I chose Oviedo Smiles after a coworker had a fantastic experience. The entire experience for me was great. They did detail X-rays, a saliva analysis, gum evaluation, cleaning, and two fillings all in the same visit. I was expecting to have to return for any needed fillings but was pleasantly surprised that it was all taken care of in the same day. The hygienists, dentist, assistants, and ladies at the front desk were all kind and provided a great experience. I definitely recommend Oviedo Smiles!

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down, the best Dentist we have ever gone to. I went there about a year ago, they did wonders to fix my teeth, the process was smooth and painless. Any surgery will always be somewhat discomforting but they did the best job by far. They take their patients seriously and in a timely manner. You are always taken care of here. They took my wife in recently as an emergency and same thing, they took care of her asap. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had broken my front tooth, looking like Jim Carey from Dumb & Dumber. I was expecting to hear “Sorry, we’re booked for weeks!” That wasn't the case at all. The office looks sharp. Spotless, modern, no smells and zero waiting-room chaos. Every single employee looked like they stepped out of a magazine. Crisp attire, clean hands/nails, no pet hair on their clothes and well groomed. You can tell they take pride in how they present themselves, and that carries over into everything they do. Professional without being stuffy, friendly without being fake. This is a lost art in most of today's society. Dr. Maya Ayoub is fantastic. Highly skilled and zero ego. Great bedside manner as she explains what they’re doing, why it matters, and never talks down to you. Her assistants, whose names I unfortunately forget, were also perfectly professional and affable. Really great staff. My hygienist, Henry Perez Gonzales, did an amazing job on my neglted teeth of well over 10 years. I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job. They made my crown in house. The color match and fit is more than I expected. Really great work. They got me numb, fixed the teeth, and I was out the door with zero pain and a follow-up plan that makes sense. Top-tier equipment & great use of current tech. If you want a dental office that treats great, looks the part, and gets the job done right Dr. Maya Ayoub and her staff at Oviedo Smiles is it. I’m not going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

The staff at the front desk were so helpful and sweet while the dentists and dental assistants were very thoughtful and explained everything very clearly and in terms I could understand. They were also very gentle with my procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! This is now my forever dentist! 10/10 experience! Experiencia fantástica: As someone who is terrified of Dentists with a large amount of anxiety in these unpredictable situations; I was very pleased with the service here. My situation was no less than an emergency as the amount of pain I was in was unbearable. Nakita quickly scheduled me the very next day with comprehensive exams explaining fully what every issue was down to detail and provided me with tbe nessecary tools and info to pay everything off effectively. Dr. Mattu and Laura's knowledge, patience and expertise was nothing less than impressive. What has always been a terrible experience that kept me far away from dentist for many years shifted quickly into one of confidence and comfort. Even my wife has choosen to return to the dentist here due to my experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

I went in a few months later for my teeth since he has such a great experience and I was very impressed by the professionalism and patience dr.mattu had. I had 3 fillings and it was done same day and very well done. Laura was amazing she was super sweet and patient. Can’t recommend it enough the team is fantastic!! Nakita with insurance services was also very sweet and explained my payment options and insurance very well.
