Experiencia negativa: I went here a few months ago and the cleaning was very rough. Have never experienced such a rough cleaning. I told the person cleaning that it was hurting and she responded negatively. There was so much pressure put on my teeth I was uncomfortable the whole time, and I was upset that the doctor cleaning did not listen to me. Would not go back.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so grateful for this all-girl dental team! They make me feel so comfortable and cared for, and my fillings were quick and painless. They were so kind and helpful with explaining dental hygiene, and you can truly tell they love what they do. Such a sweet, supportive team, I couldn’t recommend them enough! Every woman that is in this dental office whether it’s the caring receptionist ladies or the sweet gentle dental assistants, they make coming to the dentist less scary and stressful! And I want to thank Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Riano for taking the extra mile to make sure my teeth were perfect and to my liking! This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to in my opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Riano and the entire staff at Mint32. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while due to lack of insurance and needed several procedures done, including what could have been a tricky extraction. Thankfully for me, Dr. Riano is so competent at her craft, so I'm healing superbly. She and her staff always check in with me to see how I'm doing, and really prioritize patient comfort. It's a relief to not dread going to the dentist anymore :)

Experiencia fantástica: The appointment making was painless. Nancy was very helpful in arranging my visit. Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time visiting, and I had a wonderful experience! All of the staff were friendly, and Dr. Riano was very professional and nice. She went over all the exams and pictures thoroughly and was even able to spot a couple trouble areas that I can work on to prevent a likely cavity from forming. I’ve never had a dentist who was able to tell me anything like that well ahead of time, so that was very helpful for me. I got the sense that she knew exactly what she was doing, and unlike my past dentist experiences, I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me on anything I didn’t need. I had a really great and comfortable experience and really recommend this place!

She took extra time and patience explaining my options & etc. This office is NOT one of those dental's office looking to make money and over charge you. Dentist Leidy, gave me a consultation and even took x-rays without cost. As a senior, I really appreciate their knowledge and their help in this office ,excellent bedside manners, helpful and the kindness staffs. They are the Best !!!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed some “urgent” cosmetic dental work done on a Friday morning before travel. I had cracked my front tooth (pictures). Mint32 was amazing. First of all, they respected my time. Did not book me stacked with 2 or 3 other patients, only to make me wait for extended periods while they hopped between patients with assistants, etc. No. I was seen immediately, assessed immediately, and the entire process from start to finish was completed in under an hour! Dr. Riano was clear, gentle, skilled, and straightforward about cost and expectations. The cost with insurance was extremely reasonable. Would recommend her 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: Good customer service, easy to make appointments and no issues with my dental work. Feels like they genuinely care.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in today and i had the most amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and the dentist was super nice as well!!

Experiencia fantástica: Had my teeth cleaned very professionally, thoroughly, and for a good cleaning quickly. A cleaning is never fun or completely painless, but I can say, with all frankness, today’s cleaning was as comfortable as it gets. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to this dentist because they were close, but I stayed because they are so caring and attentive! They listen to me and care enough to break down the process to me. My dental journey hasn't been an easy one but they make me know I'm on the right track to a healthy smile for the first time I feel good in Dr. Riano's care, along with her staff who always greet me kindly every time I go in. Thank you everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a Family Dentist for 25 years. When I moved to Florida, I started looking for another Dental Home. Due to Mint32 Dental’s Reviews, I decided to give them a try. So happy I did! From start to finish, these people did a fantastic job. It started with Kristin. When I called and told her that I needed a Crown and that I had chipped my Tooth, she operated in a way that made me feel like I was important. She was moving other appointments around to accommodate me. She was very friendly, easy to understand and enthusiastic. She got me in the same day. Now I’m the Dental Chair, Dr. Leidy, explained all the details and made me feel very comfortable. I was there for 3 hours. Her Assistant, Stephanie, made me feel at ease and was attentive to anything that I might need. She took X-rays and performed her duties in a timely and professional manner. Everyone was very personal and caring. I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to be able to chew on BOTH sides of my mouth over the holidays!! Thank you, Leidy, Stephanie and Kristin. I highly recommend these wonderful humans to anyone looking for a Place to Call Home♥️

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never been a fan of the dentist I’ve always had issues with dentist. Never had a trip that wasn’t painful until now. I had a deep cleaning and 5 fillings done the same day and I legit fell asleep during my fillings. The place was clean and had music and made you very comfortable. I am glad that I chose them as my dentist recommend to anyone who wants a really good dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome and professional dentist office. The dentist was able to figure out my issue which was not what I had thought in the first place. I was having extreme pain under my crown and she figured out it had nothing to do with the crown and that because I had Invisalign I needed tweaking on one of my teeth which was coming down too hard and causing pain. Within minutes I was feeling 100% better. I can't say enough about how great she was how reasonable she was. I would have spent much more money to get out of that pain! Highly recommend!

From Kristen making sure they had all my information to Eric who helped me understand all the options I had available to me to Sahar who did the scan of my teeth and I am looking forward to meeting Dr. Riano when I go for my appointment They made sure I knew everything that would happen and made me feel as comfortable as possible as I have had issues with my teeth all of my life and have a high fear of dental procedures. They have set the date and I am on my way to finally having my smile back as well as my health. I thank you so much for making me feel at ease during this process and look forward to when I can actually smile and feel good about my appearance again.
