Experiencia negativa: Just wanted to share about my experience here. I had a chip break off my tooth and didn't take care of it fast enough, so it got infected and i needed a root canal. I went here and they took me as a patient. The root canal was so freaking painful and horrible, it was one of my back teeth and had 4 roots. This isn't the bad part though. They sealed it up and i went on my way. About 4 years later i moved to North Carolina and i started having intense tooth pain in that area. I went to a dentist and turns out they found a small drill bit broken off and lodged in the root of the same tooth. I was never told they did this and just sealed it off... The new dentist didn't want to take it out because it was too dangerous/expensive so he cleaned around it and sealed it off. The tooth is now stable and everythings fine but it sucks i still have that drill bit in there... I just wish they would have told me what they did...

Experiencia fantástica: I got to see Dr. O in the Wallingford office. I previously would go to the dentist and end up crying before we even start from past trauma and fears. By the time I completed all my procedures I had avoided, I would go into the office laughing and leaving smiling. Dr O and the DA team was genuinely life changing. I did end up crying one more time after I realized how much Dr.O and the team had changed my life. I'm not scared to go to the dentist anymore, I am actually excited to go to the dentist for the first time in my life. Thank you to the Dr. O and Confi dental team

Experiencia negativa: If you wait for six months to have a certain person, do your teeth cleaning with an appointment and they give you somebody else to clean your teeth that not wight. I was not happy in detail if you have a special Mechanic working on your car. And you schedule that Mechanic to work on it if you go into the shop and they give you a different mechanic, you would not be happy neither it takes a long time to find special people. Obviously they don’t care!

Experiencia positiva: I had a various consultation and treatment appt with new Dr Ajay Dhingra. He is great experienced doctor. Love to see his very detailed and meticulous.

Experiencia negativa: Dental emergencies aren't a real thing so you have to wait in pain for days or weeks. My wife showed up on time to her appointment but the dentist was 45+ minutes late then left her waiting to work on others who came in after. Receptionist are always changing and know even less than the ones before. 2+ years going here and we get asked every time oh are you new.

Experiencia negativa: You guys are trying to bill me for $15 randomly and I haven't even been in your location in over 10 years. I left two voicemails and received no follow up calls on this matter. Horrible experience all around.

Experiencia positiva: The doctor and hygienists are nice enough but the front desk staff is horrible! At my first visit I walked in 15 minutes early as instructed only to be told that my appointment was canceled because I did not confirm. They claimed to have left me a message on my phone. When I asked what number they used they said they didn't have a number on file. Not sure where they left the confirmation message. At that point I rescheduled the initial appointment. After my initial cleaning I was given a card and scheduled a 2:00 appointment. I received a confirmation text for a 1:20 appointment with a subsequent text stating if I no showed at 1:20 or canceled late I would owe $100. I showed up at 1:20 and yhe front desk staff couldn't explain why there was a discrepancy. I now do not trust scheduling my appointments and am concerned about making sure I have the time off work given the appointment time can change.

Experiencia negativa: I’m considering never going to confidential again as there are many dentists out thereI Ive Been trying to get the office to return my call back for weeks now leaving multiple voicemail messages on their answering machine during and after hours!!!! Now I have to drive all the way there from Meriden just to make an appointment or at least find out when my last appointment was to see if I’m due for another appointment!!! They smile and blow smoke up your butt when you walk in the office but when you’re trying to get them to return a phone call, it’s like swimming the Atlantic Ocean!! And I’m not the type to even write negative reviews, but in this case its very frustrating that they haven’t returned my call. Beware and good luck!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I witnessed an unpleasant exchange between a client and your front desk... I felt that there was poor communication and a lack of empathy. I would have suggested that since the office had created an incorrect estimate that they stand by it... As a courtesy.... Since the client's decision to go forward with this procedure hinged on the cost you said it would be for him. To change it after the fact by such a significant amount was unfair... I was completely satisfied with my cleaning by Jessica. She did a fine job and I'm happy with her. I was disappointed that the doctor didn't at least introduce himself since i'm a new patient... Not without it being a chargeable event. So i'm not really sure what my experience tells me.

Experiencia negativa: My kids and I have been patients here for years and they’re always great when we go. The constant rescheduling was a pain but we made it work. Today was the last straw. My son had an appt scheduled for Saturday morning which they had texted to confirm on Friday and again Saturday morning. This is normal. They always text to confirm. I get there and to my surprise, they are closed and only maintenance guys were there. We laugh about the situation but I was upset. I drive 30 minutes each way and it’s upsetting that no-one called to let us know they would be closed. Looks like it’s time to find another dentist.

After calling around the entire day to find a dentist with openings who could see both me and my children Confi dental fit us all in within a few weeks scheduled on the same day with consecutive appt times for me and my two daughters. Every interaction throughout the experience was positive. From the front desk receptionists, Lee the Dental hygienist who was patient with my elementary school aged girls, the x-ray tech and the Doctor were all incredibly professional, caring and helpful. I was provided a referral to an orthodontic that accepted my insurance and given clear information with time and consideration to answer any of my questions. Thank you Confi Dental!

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this dentist to anybody. I got billed from 3 years ago saying I have a bill when I did call them. They said, well, that's a rough estimate. We just added to the right estimate. Now I have to pay it. This is not the way you should do business because when I left. They said, I have to pay everything in full and I said, is there anything else they said no I don't know? I would not go here because every time you turn around they have some other thing they're trying to do more work all the time. It's your money, but I wouldn't go here. There's a lot better dentists who are far more friendlier than Confi Dental.

Experiencia positiva: The x ray technician was great. The hygienist was accommodating with my concerns. Also took her time cleaning. The doctor or dentist was tough to understand. Heavy accent. Thats all i kept hearing..extraction. She spent at most 30 secs looking at my teeth. Being a new patient I would of liked her to thoroughly look over my mouth. Recommended me to get implant. Of course spend money.. No take home package. Toothbrush, floss nothing. My teeth surprisingly dont look any brighter after cleaning. Gums hurt afterwards didn't before. Have to go see oral surgeon but the list given either doesn't take my insurance or are far from where I live. Need surgery on my mouth and have to drive 45mins or better.. To me a dentist visit is the worst kind of visit. Never ever liked going to a dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Well,I'm very sorry to have to make the discussion to go to another Dental office and I will explain, United Health care has been very very good to me. They send a nurse out to see me and also send me money to help with groceries being that I am senior citizen who degenerative condition and I was deemed disabled by Government I appreciate and I am blessed to have them behind me. I was quite shocked to have Maried at your front desk tell me that United health care does not pay in full for a deep cleaning although they say they do they don't. I am quite surprised because no one in the medical field has ever tried to get 275.oo$ out of me knowing that I am on Government and State insurance without even checking my coverage. Instead of doing what you should have done (check my insurance) you demonized my insurer United Healthcare. I felt like I was being pressured to give up money that I do not have and I was facing bleeding Gums (severely) And I was in much pain to the point that I could not eat. Because I am senior citizen who has been told misinformation in the past I nolonger have trust and I became concerned with the asking for that kind of money even when I told the young lady that I know that it will be covered. Therfore I am not interested in returning because I feel like I can not trust your facility,Thank you, Joe Dee.

Experiencia negativa: I had to find another dentist after losing all confidence in the doctors here. i think they must have come under new ownership as it seems like the doctors all changed from when i originally started going here. It was painfully obvious i was being viewed as a source of income for the practice and NOT a patient. Doctor gave me maybe 30 seconds of her time when i had an issue and made an appointment about said issue. claimed i needed a filling and walked off to the next source of income. i found a new practice and they were actually shocked they were trying to give me a filling for my issue. new practice resolved it then and there and the doctor did ALL THE WORK. find a dentist focused on care. Even cancelling my care was annoying. they kept calling me to schedule my "overdue cleaning" even though they explicitly said they removed me from their list.

Experiencia fantástica: It was great! The dental hygienist and the front desk staff were super friendly. The dental hygienist often checked on me during deep cleaning, asking if I was in pain and needed more medication or if I needed any breaks. She answered all the questions I had during and after the procedure. I was informed of steps to take at home, which was nice, simple, and easy to manage. The quiet music in the background also helped a lot.

Experiencia negativa: Went for my tooth cleaning and my dental hygienist is no longer there. It’s in my file that she is the only one I’ll go to. So that was 2 hours wasted. My experience with one dentist removing a tooth resulted in a black & blue on my jaw and required antibiotics for the subsequent infection.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible. I being waiting for over two weeks with pain they told me to drink Tylenol and today they were supposed to remove them. All they did is a clean up said the dentist not available until July and to keep drinking Tylenol

Experiencia fantástica: My surgeon was pleasant and presicse and fast. Had two teeth removed, novacaine wore off and had little to no pain.

Experiencia negativa: My son who is 21 had his wisdom teeth taken out a couple months ago and had an absess because of it he went back by himself to get it drained. The dentist knicked an artery draining it my son was chocking on his blood bleeding excessively as she was screaming for help. She apparently got it stitched and under control then tells my son sorry they are understaffed. When I went to ask what had happened because they just let him leave by himself after that she lied to me and said she never said anything about hitting an artery and when I asked If she gave him stitched she said no. Well I took him to the hospital and they confirmed he had stitches and that she did hit an artery. Definitely taking my kids to somewhere else from now on. It used to be good but ever since switching ownership and new dentist all the time do not recommend.

This means a lot to me seeing as how a lot of sicknesses and diseases are started in the mouth. You need someone to care about their work, be patient, know how to speak to you and take their time to Express their concerns openly with you should there be any. I've been making repeated appointments for myself and family members. She's a Hidden Gem but an asset to the Dentistry! Satisfied Patient

Experiencia negativa: Visit was ok but I have instructed the office on several visits and over the phone that my child is a transboy, to not use name Liliana, regardless what is on paper and to use pronouns he/him and refer to him as Lee. Even after I reminded the desk clerk again, she made a point to ask him when I already clarified it. Even after the information was shared to them, even by my child both clerk and the lady who did the cleaning still referred to him as her. As a medical office, your office should do better and pay attention.

Bri and Cindy are star receptionists, I spoke with Bri who was extremely thoughtful and compassionate. She ensured I understood all of my treatment plans and made them happen. I’ve never felt so at ease speaking to a receptionist. Everyone in this office is phenomenal, very kind and professional. Many healthcare settings tend to be gloomy when you walk in the door, but this office is anything but that. I highly recommend coming here for dental needs!

Experiencia negativa: This place is absolutely horrible, let's start with the fact that i went in for my appointment to get an xray done because i needed to have 1 tooth extracted from previous issues with my tooth and I sat there for 4 and a half hours. Thankfully I did NOT let them pull my tooth because they were going to extract the WRONG TOOTH!!! They did not ask me if I was allergic to any specific kind of novocaine which caused me to have a huge allergic reaction in the office causing me to vomit and get sick in their office. They didn't want the other clients to see so they immediately escorted me out of the building and told me to call back so I can reschedule. I went back to this business several times during business hours and majority of the time the staff comes into work late and they leave in the middle of the day. At my first appointment I witnessed an elderly lady run into their office frantically crying because of the work they did on her mouth and then refusing to help her because she was 4 minutes late. The care that I received from this dentist was horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS PLACE! If you do I would absolutely recommend getting a look by a second dentist before going through with any procedures. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
