I have been a patient of MCM for over 55 years and I am very happy with the modernization and improvements in the facility and latest in communications. Nice job! I highly recommend Dr Boatey and MCM.

Experiencia negativa: "Quote" was off by 45% because the office either quoted the wrong code or didn't correctly understand the code they used. When I asked them to contact my insurance and see what the issue was, they wouldnt and told me I could. When I did,the insurance told me that ONLY the office can appeal- there's nothing I can do. I have to imagine appealing is a common enough thing that they know this is the practice. But it wasn't offered when i originally asked the office for help. Once I told the office insurance informed me the office had to do the appeal they finially did. I am still waiting to hear how that goes but I just wouldnt trust them again to quote me a procedure so I won't be going back.
