Experiencia negativa: ​"I cannot recommend this Endodontics office. I had two root canal procedures here that did not resolve the issue. After the first, I had a new crown installed, but an abscess developed shortly after. Dr. Kaveh performed a second surgery, which required destroying my new $2,000 crown. ​Two months later, another abscess developed in the same spot. My regular dentist advised against a third attempt at this office. Because the tooth was so compromised by the repeated procedures, it had to be removed ($800). I am now facing approximately $8,000 for an implant and a new crown. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with major work here."

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional, I called for an appointment, got the appointment set, due to some personal scheduling complications I realized that Icould not make it, so i called ahead of my appointment (5hrs)to reschedule for the following week and they are threatening me with a cancellation fee! This is illegal! I have not even heard of such penalty for a patient who could not make it to an appointment! Very disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: No one ever wants to hear - “you’re going to need a root canal”. But if you must get it done - this is the place you want to go. Dr Kam double checked all the information my dentist passed on; took his own X-rays; as well as a CT scan. Once he had all the information he needed he immediately proceeded with a completely painless root canal. Dr. Kam took additional X-rays during and after the procedure to ensure things looked as he wanted them too. Antibiotics were also prescribed to prevent complications. Thank you for the best possible experience under the worst of circumstances. Highly recommended facility and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a root canal after my dentist removed a filling and realized it was too close to the root. It was #30 way in the back of my mouth. I called that morning after I left my family dentist. The receptionist at Glendale Endosontics had me in their office by that same afternoon. Staff was uber professional, and answered all my questions. Not having dental insurance, staff and doctor worked with me so I was able to pay in cash at a very reasonable and competitive price. Surgeon and staff made me feel calm and secure when I got in the chair. The process was totally painless and gentle. The root canal was extremely successful. 2 weeks later and no pain, infection, or setbacks. I was in the chair and out within 1 hour. I will continue to use Glendale Endodontics as long as they are in business. I lived 5 months with pain when drinking or eating hot or cold food or liquids. I wish I would have went to the dentist sooner. Now I’m as good as gold.

Experiencia fantástica: While I’d never describe a root canal as something I look forward to, I’ve seen Dr. Morim through the years. and believe the care I receive is the best available. The doctor and her staff inform me of options and costs, and once I’ve agreed to all elements of the procedure, I’m confident that it will be done as carefully, comfortably, and successfully as possibly. I grew up in a dental household, and am, fortunately, accustomed to excellent dentistry, and Dr. Morim definitely continues in that tradition.

Experiencia fantástica: Was referred here for a cracked tooth. They were able to schedule an appointment promptly and took me in right on time. Felt they did the proper due diligence, X-rays and MRI. The dentist came promptly, took a look himself, and quickly determined the proper treatment which was a root canal and he explained it entirely so I felt confident I knew why it was needed, what to expect going in, and subsequent treatment steps. He then was able to do the procedure right away at that time so I didn’t have to come back. He communicated to me real time during it so I felt comfortable and informed. Highly recommend!

He provided me a written, detailed treatment plan that showed all of my costs. He also described the treatment , and answered my questions. He is friendly and professional. I will definitely go back to him for my endodontic needs. Furthermore, I will recommend him to my friends and family.

The office is also nice and clean. The Dr. was very kind, compassionate and skilled - she showed me on the xray the work she had done vs previous work done on my other teeth and her work was more detailed. Highly recommended!!

Experiencia positiva: Painless, efficient. HOWEVER. unlike any good dental type provider they have no emergency number. No emergency response. Big lump in cheek and swelling after procedure. On the weekend. Left text. Left voicemail. No acknowledgement or response. Calling Monday. Will I get a response? They do good work but they don’t care about their patients.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Kam Sadegein did an excellent job on my root canal! I had no pain following the procedure - also I was very grateful that he took care of me without any delays that day. I had an unsettling reaction to the local anesthetic used - it’s never happened before on any dental procedure I’ve ever had. My heart rate suddenly zoomed and I found out later that epinephrine is commonly used. It may have been that I was inherently sensitive to it and didn’t know it or that more was needed for my particular procedure but I wish I had been given a heads up about it beforehand, that would be my only criticism.

I honestly don’t have anything negative to say say about this place. I was referred to Dr. Bandary’s practice by my doctor. I originally wasn’t able to be seen immediately but I was in severe pain and expressed that so they made it work! They were able to squeeze me in last minute(I’m sssumimg due to a cancelation). I booked everything over the phone with Shelby, a consultation with a same day treatment. Shelby was so sweet and helpful and made everything easy. She and a technician helped day of and they were simply amazing. It’s great to have nice support staff, they truly make a difference! Dr. Bandary was also nice as well as knowledgeable and confident in his practice and methods. I can really appreciate that. This was my first time needing a root canal so he ensured I knew exactly what to expect and explained the procedure thoroughly. The procedure took some time given what needed to be done but nothing ridiculous. Considering the seriousness of the situation I didn’t care how long they took! I felt 100% better when we were finished. I’m very uneasy in a dental office and Dr. Bandary made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain during the procedure. Very gentle hands , absolutely no surprises and often checked on how I was feeling during the whole procedure. It was nice to be taken care of by a professional and compassionate team! I definitely recommend scheduling a consultation with them, you won’t regret it! ALSO!! I would like to add that the office was 10/10, very nice and clean. The equipment looks top of the line as well. To be fair I am no expert in endodontic equipment but from the looks of it he has invested in his office and I can respect that! If I weren’t in so much pain upon arrival I would have taken photos but take my word for it, it was nice!

Experiencia positiva: Overall, everything went well and I’m happy with the service so far, very minimal pain the next day. The dentist was really nice too. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star rating is how payment was handled. I was sitting in the exam chair ready to begin the procedure when the assistant came over and wanted payment before starting. I obviously looked confused, it’s not normal to pay until after a service is provided. I was paying out of pocket so that move had me thinking they were either unsure I could pay for it and/or didn’t trust me for some reason. Felt a bit awkward, mostly embarrassing as my regular dentist doesn’t do that. That was the only thing that bothered me, everything else was good.

DDS was honest that another tooth with issues would need to be handled by an oral surgeon rather than a root canal attempt that would fail. Dr David is gentle, caring, understanding, kind and explains, in detail, what you need and how it's going to be done. I didn't even feel the prick of the needle when the Novocaine was injected. I wish Dr David was also a regular dentist as I'd definitely be his patient. The staff is nice and extremely helpful. You'll be happy you choose Dr David for your root canal. I highly recommend!
