Experiencia fantástica: So far I love gentle dental. I went there today. I had a late appointment and they called me and let me know there was an earlier one so I could go in earlier. Their prices are better than other places. They do good work as far as I can tell. The only problem is sometimes it's hard to get an appointment because they have so many patients. Which again is an indicator that they're doing a great job or they wouldn't have all these patients. So all in all I recommend gentle dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Way back in the early early 2000s I didn't have the best experiences there, but I'd say in between 2012 and 2015, I've had nothing but good experiences I recently within the last year or year and a 1/2. I finally got over the embarrassment and went in to get my teeth removed and plan on having dentures. I didn't even wanna wait to see if my teeth could be fixed. Because they all looked absolutely terrible. A few of them were busted. I mean, more than a few so I didn't wanna save them. I went there after not being there in so long, I came back in 2025 and it being 2026 now. They treat me with so much respect.They've been so amazing and loving.They've been like a family ever since i've been there like I said way back in the early two thousands I wasn't impressed but now it's been absolutely amazing. I mean, I'm beyond impressed. So far, I have gotten my dentures, but the bottom ones didn't fit correctly, and they were hurting my gums, the impressions sent them off. I went in today they did my mock up, which is just the denture lining with no teeth, they use that as mold and have your denures created you get to pick The color of your teeth, everything. they will work with you. So much until you get exactly what you want. I even have state insurance and got my dentures free. My dentist Roya. Has been amazing. She really shows compassion, love and shows how passionate she is towards job as well as giving us a confident smile thats so infectious its impossible not to smile or smile right back at them. Now dont get me wrong but my bottom denture isnt ready yet but I made that choice which they had no problem with but they just didnt feel like they fit right and we're a little bit sharp as well for me at least so what did they do they made a brand new impression we got the mock up back they were still a tad bit off so they sent them in so I went in today they had to drimal a little bit and they fit amazingly 99.98 percent so theyre mocking'em it up with the teeth see what I think and then make an appointment to get them I'm so excited and love the fact that they listen to you and care what you want which is phenomenal to be heard anyway this place is amazing and I % recommend them

Experiencia negativa: Wasted a year and a half with this dentist office. I came to this dentist for work after a cancer diagnosis i received a life time dose of chemo in just 6 months chemo that is known to destroy your mouth that you have to chew on ice while getting the chemo injection. my cancer spread to my bones and the medicine I would need to do in the future required me to get any work done on my teeth. Every time I was seen I would be shamed about the care of my teeth and everything wrong with them I would have to remind them of my medical history and that my dental heath was not from a lack of care but I never missed an appointment it took the well over a year and a half to do the 4bsides of my mouth with fillings in that time i also lost my front tooth after the last round of fillings I was told need to do xrays again, fine no problem. I do them just to be told I have more filling needed to done 4 more appointments to do my mouth all over again and they won't do anything about my front tooth untill all filling are done but they a not filling all your teeth to get you to just keep coming back and keep charging ive waited so long to have my front tooth fixed that my other tooth as migrated and will now also need to be pulled at that point it will be two years I haven't had front teeth I asked if I could pay cash to have my front teeth started only to be told if I don't use my insurance it's fraud so I have to wait till insurance denies it before they will let me but office wont summit to insurance untill all the fillings are done round and round we go I asked to change doctors they made me wait another month to call me 3 days before to tell me the doctor I was going to meet wants a day off. do not go here they will bleed you dry . And you will leave with you teeth still not fixed

Experiencia positiva: Bed side manners are poor. Only tells you the most expensive option. Like I went in because my tooth was in pain they did there exam told me a rootconal that was more then I make in a year and told me other problems that had nothing to do with my pain. Pascribs pills that do nothing for pain. Luckily my mom yelled at them to find another salution now I get to see an oral surgeon to remove on tooth that is in pain and one that is not even hurting me. So choose your dentist wisely

Experiencia fantástica: I am on my denture journey. They never judged me, just asked matter-of-fact questions. When it came time to pull 5 teeth, they worked with me. The first one was the hardest. Two days later and just type on and ibuprofen are needed to manage the pain. She did a fantastic job! I was so scared of the pain but she assured me they were easy pulls so I wouldn’t need anything more than that. Phenomenal job!

Experiencia positiva: My dental visits are satisfactory & pleasant. Wait times have typically been short, about 5-10 minutes w/in check in time. The treatments I've received have been painless. On a previous visit, one tooth was worked on & it was a bit high. I addressed it the following visit as it was annoying but not overly painful & it was ground down a bit to my satisfaction & comfort. Scheduling future appointments is easy & flexible. My only gripe is time between visits can be long, like cleaning half the teeth one visit then the other half the following visit? Wish they could all be cleaned at once but i understand that it's the system being under Medicaid & not the provider itself. So far a happy camper with gentle dental.

A painless experience and great work. I received over 20 fillings and he and his assistant were amazing. Now as a 32 year old I get to keep my teeth and feel incredibly blessed. She constantly checked on me during the procedure to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I hate having to get shots in my mouth, but I didn't even feel them with her! The front desk staff were really nice as well, and they were able to get me back in 2 months which is actually pretty quickly! So pleased with my experience!!!

Experiencia negativa: THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I have never been a person with any dental anxiety. I went in to have my wisdom tooth extracted, the dentist was so cold and rushing the appointment barely discussed anything with me and treated me like a piece of broken machinery. I started to have extreme anxiety and was shaking and even crying. The dentist couldn't care less. Did not attempt to calm me or even talk to me besides asking me if I wanted to remove the other two wisdom teeth as I stood there horrified trembling and crying. I have never been treated with such cold disregard. I would rather dig a hole to the other side of the world than to return to this office!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely despise GD in Grants Pass, and have been left with a serious dislike all around for going to the dentist. This paticular GD office in Medford is AMAZING! Seriously, the staff are so incredibly nice. They took the time to explain everything without any kind of impatience or attitude. They didn't make me feel judged in any way regarding the sad state of my teeth (a big issue I had with Grants Pass office). They asked me specifically about any issues I had with the previous office, and they took the time to break things down so that I at least understood the process, regardless of the outcome. The Dentist was very honest about my expectations, giving me the ability to form a more positive outlook for the future procedures. They were able to do this well within a timely manner, again, never making me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience to them. It's a shame that this reassuring harmony they have created in Medford can't be carried over to other offices. I know I'm not alone in my dislike for the GP office, and all the negativity 100% directly impacted my dental health. If you or family member has any hesitancy going to the Dentist, take them here. They're in good hands.

This place is professional, yet very casual and comfortable. I felt well taken care of and left educated. They listened to me, and answered all my questions with patience and care. Even the front desk staff displayed genuine happiness when they were able to set up an earlier appt for me due to a cancellation. Worth the year long wait.

Experiencia fantástica: The Dentist office at smile keeper's. Did an excellent job. They got me in the same day that I called. The staff was very nice and friendly. The dental assistant and dentist explained to me exactly what they were going to do and that they would be able to extract a broken tooth, a molar. That is causing me an extremely large amount of pain. Just have to get the infection down some. Before they administer the anesthetic. Because otherwise it won't do it's job and numb the affected area with the infection being so wide spread. To be able to extract the bad tooth for me. Said it would probably be about a week. After taking the antibiotics. I'm very pleased with them and am looking forward to getting this broken tooth removed. Just as soon as possible. They've done an outstanding job and I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Experiencia positiva: I've been coming here since 2020, I wished they didn't book months out for a treatment like a filling that has fallen out and by the time you get in, too late to save it. Or anything that is in immediate care, I feel like it has to do with insurance and how many patients they see. I have major anxiety, feel fear of going in due to silent judgment so because growing up, never had the best dental care and obviously I'm paying the price in my dental health. I don't have the time to call in hoping for a cancelation while i work 6 days a week just to keep money flowing. So when i have appointment i work around it, and go back fo work right after a treatment. Please really work on scheduling patients with dire need on immediate care. While the staff is great.. the scheduling is poor.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently had a tooth removal, the dentist gave me extra numbing drug in my jaw lidocaine i think it's called took longer to numb me than the removal quick, painless and I was a bit numb for 12 hours! Highly reccomend if you want a nice painless professionally done tooth removal! They also text me a week before and the day before my appointments!

I guess I'd called at just right time and have discovered that their procedure for managing a waitlist is above par over ANYONE in this valley. The check/in was seamless, no it was a flawless. I stepped up to the counter with 3 mins to spare and the very friendly (cutie) young man offered to text me a link with check-in paperwork (he offered actual paper too) and I sat down to fill it out. I didn't' even have enough time as they promptly came to get me. . She got me settled, took a full mouth of X-rays, then the Dentist came in as if on a breeze. She was so friendly and down to earth I left with a smile - and I have a broken tooth tooth, a missing tooth. AND one that to be pulled. Check out was fast with another impressive, organized young man (cute too! How lucky?!) who actually said those magic words (again!) "We have an opening on Wednesday" Wait for it.... as in 2!days from now!!! Not of 2026 (currently 2025). Two days later, today, I had my cleaning. I put in my earbuds, was given these super , super dark green black shades for the light, and half an hour later my teeth and I left with a new lease on life. The hygenist was effiicent, capable, very calm mild mannered, and so friendly with a warm smile that was infectious.... Bear in mind: I hadn't been to a dentist in this valley for several years and age has given me some trepidation, mistrust, and frankly general unease of any dentist (if I could even actually get in to one within 12 months of calling) I've been to around here so they had their work cut out for them with me. They passed with more than the proverbial flying colors, they gained a new patient and, frankly a FAN. Who'd a thought? A fan...of the dentist. Yes, I'll say it: I LOVE YHE DENTIST NOW! And I actually look forward to going back. Which is good, because it's to get that tooth pulled. Thank you, Smile Keepers. I almost forgot to mention: the passerby in scrubs who needed to talk to the front line lady was even helpful and friendly: usually, in this case, said person will stand there awkwardly but she didn't. She was friendly too and got me checked in while the receptionist finished what she was doing. Again, fast, direct and friendly and she was not even a person scheduled to see me. So thank you to her too. Red scrubs, green manicure , thanks for getting me checked in on a good note. These things matter in a medical office, people. Kindness, friendliness, confidence, skillful, and warmth. It's hard enough to be at the dentist but to be there feeling slighted, angry, or worse- not even noticed at all makes for a bad day for anyone. You guys deserve 10 stars. Every single person does (I hope you pay them a lot because they deserve it.!)

Experiencia fantástica: They are so thorough, and always make sure I like my dentures, and make sure they look and function great, I am always pleased with the service I get. Sometimes it takes a while to get in but always worth the wait.

Experiencia fantástica: My brother has been a long time patient of Smile Keepers and they have always taken excellent care of him. He now has dementia and can be difficult during dental procedures. He recently had a crown installed and it was a long, and for him scary, procedure. Dr. Jung and his assistant were so patient and caring and got my brother through it. Thank you to both. I can't recommend Smile Keepers enough!

Experiencia negativa: Friendly staff but forget getting anything accomplished at this office……they schedule you out 4 to 5 months at a time even if it’s serious and they tell you to call in every day to see if someone has cancelled! Very poor business model! I wont be back and I do not recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: my visit with dr. roya has changed my perspective on dentistry. after years of abandoning my oral health out of fear and anxiety, i walked away confidently after a filling, happy i had such a wonderful experience. she really went above and beyond to listen to my needs, made me feel comfortable in all of my hesitation and assured me with her loving nature and humor. other dentists have treated me as an inconvenience. the receptionist is always as sweet as can be rather over the phone or in person, the dental assistant was also great. her and dr. roya really compliment one another as co workers. my entire visit was only 40 minutes! my last few appointments have had little to no wait time, which is always a plus. the whole office really goes above & beyond!
