Experiencia fantástica: I had such a phenomenal experience with my autistic twins! Their appointments were seperate due to my preference but they could have accommodated them both at the same time. It was their first dentist appointment ever, so I was naturally stressing over how they'd do in a new environment, with new people, and a new invasive experience. The front desk staff were great at answering questions I had on their intake forms and the waiting room was great for both boys to wait in. The initial cleaning was a no pressure experience and the dentist worked with me to do a knee to knee approach to look in their mouths. There was was crying/screaming from my kiddos over the new experience, but the staff reassured me it was completely normal. There are times where I'm at appointments with my high needs kids where I feel tremendous amounts of anxiety/stress and bits of shame, but every staff person here was very understanding, validating, and encouraging. I could not recommend this place enough!

Dr. Robinson was amazing and so was Crystal in addressing my children's oral health needs. My children are looking forward to their next visit. I'm really pleased with their care.

They really know how to get on a child’s level and make them feel comfortable. Speaking to her in the kindest and softest voices, always smiling & just all around positive. They’ve helped my daughter gain bravery and confidence whenever she comes to medical settings. You have an amazing team here and I would give you 10 stars if I could! Everyone welcomed my son with open arms as he needed to be seen asap for a tooth extraction for a infected baby tooth that we've had issues with with other dentists I called them up because I had a referral and they got him in THAT day. They made room in their already busy schedule to get him in so he could feel better as soon as possible. Their bed side manner was amazing and made my son feel very comfortable... They were swift into action and he had no idea what really happened as it happened fast and smooth. Thank you timber kids. You guys are amazing

Experiencia fantástica: This afternoon around 4:10pm I thought my son was having a true dental emergency. Our usual Dentist was closed and when I called asking for direction and help they were INCREDIBLE!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. We were in their office within 20 min of the emergency phone call. They were comforting, reassuring, helpful, wonderful to my other 2 kids as well. They got us in immediately, took it very seriously (despite the false alarm). I just couldn’t believe the genuine care and We ARENT EVEN THEIR PATIENTS. Our normal clinic is closing soon and now I’m certain where we will go!! THANK-YOU.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall great experience. I have an autistic kiddo and they handled her with so much care, which is more than I could’ve asked for. They were thorough in their explanations and made sure we understood every step. If there was a change in plan, we knew about it. The date scheduling is a bit funky, especially for anyone needing to take the date off from work, but my biggest main concern was the way my child would be handled. The staff is so friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. I’m not a morning person, but they made me smile after traveling from Klamath. My kiddo was fully back to her normal self two days later. The Medford location is amazing. ❤️‍

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience that my kiddo has had at the dentist. They're quick , thorough, efficient , and good with kids. We've tried other dentists in the valley but this has been by far the best kids dentist we've found. They even have a kids play fort thing in the waiting room and kids movies always on the TV. While you wait they also offer keurig coffee and water .

Experiencia fantástica: My two year old daughter had a cavity that needed to be taken care of. The team was super supportive and helpful. The Dr went in very quickly and distracted her. She didn’t even cry or flinch! The appointment lasted maybe 5 minutes and we were out! I was so relieved

Experiencia positiva: Overall, I had to give them three stars. The wait for an appointment was over a month which for a kid in pain was a long time to wait. And then the way they schedule their oral surgeries. They set it for one time and then I guess they call you the night before and change it so I had conflicting appointments the night before which was hard to deal with within 24 hours. However, I will say the actual surgery went very fast, which was good. My daughter had minimal pain. It’s her third day and she is able to eat semi solid foods, and the staff was also very friendly in person, but a bit rushy after I was waiting for my daughter to wake up from anesthesia. they kept walking by the room, looking to see if she was awake yet and then when I called my sister who think I’ll only lived a few minutes away to come help me get her out of there. The lady was continuously asking me where she was and it was literally a two minute drive for her. But other than that, they really were very friendly and accommodating. It’s just the other things that is why I gave them three stars.

He was seen within 30 mins of his accident. They handled the situation with so much care and concern and thoroughly checked him and briefed me on what to look for after I brought him home. They made a scary situation calm for both me and my child.

Experiencia negativa: Our daughter was diagnosed with cavities at her visit today. The dentist attributed them to sugars in breastmilk and advised stopping nursing at night. This conversation was relayed to me secondhand, as it was discussed with my fiancé rather than directly with both parents. Given our daughter’s history of reflux, early tooth eruption, tongue tie, and nighttime mouth breathing, I would have appreciated a more comprehensive and collaborative discussion about all potential contributing factors. Cavities are multifactorial, and individualized care matters. We left feeling that the conversation lacked nuance and direct communication. I also want to clarify that we normally see Dr. Call and have had positive, supportive experiences with him. At this visit we saw Dr. Robinson, who made the comment that breastfeeding at this point is “only for comfort” and suggested it was contributing to decay.

In walks Dr Call and he jumped right in with her! I love that EVERYONE at Timber Kids treats the kids as the patient... what I mean is they talk to the kids to get the info first, then talk to the parent. They make going to the dentist enjoyable and as trauma- free as possible! Thank you so much for treating my kids like family! It takes the edge off the anxiety... for all of us!

Experiencia negativa: Everyone is very kind and makes the kiddos feel at ease— it’s a wonderful place— but be warned- it is ridiculously expensive (if you need to pay out of pocket). More than twice as much as two other dental offices I have taken my children to. Not sure why a three minute toothbrush and floss should be $100, and a fluoride varnish $65. Add on the $85 for the doctor taking a two minute look and you’re in for $250 per kid! I’m not sticking around to see how much they charge for x rays…

We were able to get an infected tooth removed on the same day it was diagnosed. No reason for us to ever go anywhere else. Bonus: there's a treehouse for play in the lobby. What a great place for kids to feel calm and cared for.

I met with Timber Kids about our options and we decided to take his visit super slowly to see what he could tolerate. He was so comfortable that we were able to address several of the issues and there were 0 tears. My son afterwards said he never felt one pinch and that was his favorite dentist ever. In the car he even said he couldn’t wait to go back. I am feeling SO relieved and happy that we got referred to Timber Kids

Experiencia negativa: Dealt with the front desk named Hope. Had a terrible experience. We had work done earlier in the week and my daughter was complaining about pain so we called this morning to get an emergency visit. We were told to be there at 9:30 this was at 9:21 we had an issue and didn’t arrive until 9:36. I was told they have a 5 min late policy and wouldn’t see her now. I got all Karen and told Hope this was ridiculous but was met with eye rolling. Her manager did come out to try and calm the situation but I was already done. Experiencia fantástica: Beyond expectations of a dentist visit! My 11yr old son doesn't do a lil'bit "decent" just at the mention of a dental exam. It has been a "process" just leading up to any past appointments at other providers in the past. TKD was no different ahead of the actual time slot. Working through emotions and fears and even practicing new techniques for calming himself with breathing techniques. What a blessing after his initial new patient assessment to see my son relaxed im the chair & conversing with the dentist himself. He is already looking forward to the next appointment already scheduled ♡ Thanks TKD of Medford for keeping the KID at the dentist rather than running for the timbers! Highly recommend! ★★★★★

My son with Down syndrome has the hardest time at the dentist and he did everything he could to try to help him succeed. We weren’t able to get the pano xray, but he met him physically right where he was and did his examination and fluoride in the xray chair. The assistants are all so very kind and nice and understanding with him and me and I love this place!

My toddler had ground her top 4 teeth nearly flat, and Timber Kids helped with a game plan for saving her beautiful smile! They were phenomenal to work with through the surgical process, making my young daughters first surgical experience a smooth and positive one! They never made me feel less than for needing so much work for her at such a young age. They are super communicative, and explain everything so well. The staff are always ridiculously friendly, like it's actually a pleasant experience to go to the dentist! My daughter now has a gorgeous Hollywood smile, and they have completely restored my faith in dentistry! My only complaint is they weren't around when I was a kid! We really enjoy our visits! Today at her check up, we got to listen to the giggles and laughter from the staff as they playfully had a water gun war with the dentists! #workgoals

Doctor Call and his staff were attentive and prompt to my concerns, gentle and friendly with my daughter, and most importantly eliminated ALL my mama fears. Office staff is highly competent and educated in insurance functions, and were able to verify things better than the insurance companies. Treatment plans were developed and modified to ensure the BEST long term outcome for my kiddo; no short cuts were made reflecting Dr Calls super high integrity for his practice. During treatment Dr Call provides a secure and comfortable environment with excellent communication to both the kids and the parents. Dr Call listens to his patients and uses humor perfectly to deflect attention from the i desirable parts of treatment. The whole place has a beautiful modern esthetic, has a super fun “tree house” in the waiting room, and is super CLEAN!!! We look forward to continuing our routine exams here and long term high quality care.

The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and truly understands how to make little ones feel comfortable. I really appreciate that they always ask if we’d like fluoride or not—small detail, but it shows they’re considerate and respectful of each family’s preferences. They let my daughter stay close to me during the visit, gave her time to explore (like touching the gloves or checking out the toothbrush), and never rushed us. The playhouse in the waiting room is such a thoughtful touch, and she always gets to pick a fun prize after her appointment. Everything about this office feels intentionally kid-friendly and supportive. It’s clear they care not just about the child’s dental health, but also their overall comfort and experience. He had to get some caps on his molars and we decided putting him under was the best choice, as he will not sit and let them do any dental work while awake. All the staff were very compassionate and understanding and made sure I was fully aware of what was happening through the whole procedure. They worked fast to get his dental work done and didn’t rush us out the door when he was waking up. 10/10 experience for this autism mom.

They walked us through everything, they helped mom through all of the emotional side as well and we got to laugh and get in on inter-office inside jokes that really eased our nerves through the waiting. I cannot recommend this office strongly enough. The level of care in the valley has been subpar to state it lightly. We will be forever grateful for the care that was shown to our daughter and to us through it all. Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful experience at the dentist with my son, Jeremiah. He can be a little nervous about dental visits, but the staff made him feel completely comfortable. A special thank you to Lacey Spence—she was absolutely amazing! So kind, patient, and gentle with Jeremiah. She took the time to explain everything in a way he understood and even made him smile (which isn't always easy at the dentist!). We’re so grateful for the care and attention she gave him. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My kiddo and I have been in there twice within the last week and every time we go in, we always have great experiences with Dr. G and then we had a new doctor which was super fast and efficient was super nice very respectful today we came in and it was neon day. It was great reminded us of The movie called inside out we will forever be a client at timber Kids until we can no longer be there.. Thank you to all person know that works there. You guys are all truly amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Timber Kids to anyone! From cleanings to more serious procedures, they do it all and they do it well. They have gotten my kiddos in on short notice and are great at communicating before appointments. My favorite part is the staff as a whole! When it comes to my kids, I want them to feel welcome and comfortable and that’s exactly how everyone makes them feel. All the girls at the front desk are great along with the assistants and hygienists. We have worked with both of their dentists and they are both awesome as well. There’s really no one in the office I don’t want to see, they’re great! If you’re looking for a dentist for your kids, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed! Plus my kids think that the treehouse in their lobby is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE timber kids! My daughter had a lot of work done on her teeth when she was small and had to be put under, and everybody made me feel more relaxed about the situation. Lacey Spence is a bright light in that place. She always has an energetic spirit that makes my kids feel calm in a stressful moment! I moved away and wish I could’ve brought Timber with me, or at least Lacey!!
