Experiencia negativa: Hi I am on disability and wasnt supposed to live past August 2024 & I suffer from a brain injury, I explained all of this to the front desk girls and office manager and they treated me like someone they could just use and make an quick extra buck so sad Ok so they are all scam artist and liars. I told them when I set up my initial appointment that rogue community health referred me too 2 diffrent surgeons to have my two last wisdom teeth removed and that I was on disability and a fixed income. They not only told me my insurance covered all of my surgery but also when i came in i asked again if my insurance would cover the whole surgery and all of the anesthesia, the lady behind the desk explains to me that if there was any issues that she would let me know. Well when i asked again instead of explaining it to me that they just don't flat out Take my insurance. They made up an elaborate story Of how whatever my insurance didn't pay I would be responsible for and they would have me sign a contract so that i would be forced to pick up the entire bill because there staff refused to just say we do not accept your particular insurance. I explained that is not what I was told when I scheduled the appointment. Than the manager tried to explain it to me and once again she could of just flat out said our office flat out does not take your insurance instead she tried to explain to me what I needed to do to get it covered. So I went home called my insurance to try and figured out that my insurance would require me to pay 50% of the co pay or 50% of the bill untill my deductible is meet and after talking to my insurance agent he was able to upgrade my plan because we had missed a few key things about some of ny diagnosis when i signed up for the insurance. After adjusting them all my dental will be covered as long as I went to a surgeon in my network. Well, when I called back the dentist office and I explained this to them and rescheduled my surgery for the following week (all of this could of been avoided again if theses female employees would of taken 1 secind to just exolain or say i am sorry sir we do not accept your insurance, instead they want to be so greedy and trick me into signing somethingso that i get stuck with the whole bill becausethey dont accept my insurance and instead of letting me go somewhere that does acceptmy insurance they want every last penny, they dont care if ur sick in pain or broke or on disability they just want ur money. I explained to the manager if there was any issues of my insurance not covering it on my end, I would call them and let them know and cancel the appointment. And if they saw any issues to call and let me know. And sure enough i didnt hear back so i figured i better call and double check on things so i tried to call the dentist office and they told me again I was covered and if there was anything my insurance wouldnt cover to not worry about it i just sign this paper and they bill me later. they all well knowing that they dont take my insurance or what ever my medicare doesn't cover which they dont cover dental work...... dont trust anything they say they will tell u whatever u want to hear to get your money and for you to sign what ever contract or form so they can lock you in to a payment plan later. They told me no one would take my insurance when I made 2 phone calls and found a the surgeon in medford oregon that will do it, and it won't cost me a dime out of my pocket...... why would there office manager flat out tell me that there is no one in the valley but them.......... scam artists. I think the manager is the queen scam artist than trains all of the employees. Please make sure you call your insurance and ask them if there is a surgeon in southern oregon in your network that your the insurance will cover because I found one and if I can find one while on Disability and suffering from a brain injury I am sure you can find one!!!! As a momma, these appointments can be so stressful but this wasnt. I was able to sit back while both boys were attended to. That means so much! It was a great experience!

I had a crown and a filling done at the same time in the same area of my mouth and it was the easiest I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this practice! Also, because I paid for her service in full I got a discount! And two people have told me that the cost was less than what they had paid for a crown!

While I was in for a crown replacement, she found a cavity that we didn’t know existed, and she filled it right then. I am one of those people that has had horrible experiences at the dentist so I wouldn't go. I had a tooth that was abscessed and they squeezed me in. Up until then I had not been to this office but heard great things. They have not disappointed and I have been back several times to fix years of neglect. You can watch tv, get a blanket, dark glasses and something for the anxiety (if you're like me) that makes sitting in the dentist chair a pleasant experience.

Dr. Rothfus and the entire staff are excellent at everything they do. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, they are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They consistently give me superb dental care and always take the time to answer my questions. For a brief example of why I love this dentist: I had to get a cavity filled, and Dr. Rothfus did a better job on the filling than any other dentist I’ve ever had. My bite wasn’t altered, I wasn’t ever in pain, and she made it look great. I tend to be a pretty anxious dental patient, but they always are so kind and calming and they help me relax. If you’re looking for excellent dental care, I would highly recommend Dr. Rothfus!

Kayla was very professional and cheerful while keeping me informed of everything she was going to do, why, and what to expect next. Dr Rothfus then came in promptly, greeted me and made sure I was comfortable (and informed) prior to, during, and after my procedure was completed. I never at any time felt nervous, concerned about my care, or uncomfortable. The reception staff is always top notch as well. I was in and out within 30 minutes but never felt rushed. I was treated like I was the only client in their office. . I appreciated it. I recommend them for excellent dental care.
