Experiencia fantástica: I never rate anyone on here. So I went there today have them check my broken tooth. From the minute I walked in they were friendly. I filled out my paperwork wrong (from being nervous about it being my first time at the dentist) and the ladies at the front desk helped calm my down just by joking with me. The dentist was extremely friendly. She made sure that I knew everything before she did anything. She told me that my tooth was too damaged to remain in and it has to be taken out that day. I didn't have to wait for that either. I didn't feel any pain at all, not even when they numbed my mouth. Half way through the removal she asked if I was doing ok and if I needed anything. If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would.

Experiencia negativa: Customer service was great. The staff were super friendly. But I am extremely disappointed with their prices. $2,800 is what I was being charged for my initial cleaning that included other items that had to do with bone loss and gum disease. That's not "Affordable" especially when I only paid close to $1000 at my previous dental provider for the same treatment. And I'm uninsured so I was hoping they were affordable since I am paying out of pocket.

Dr Patel got me numbed up first try and all the broken bits were out within minutes, no pain whatsoever. I'm glad I waited until I found this office. Every single person there has gone above and beyond to deal with my insurance and making sure my new dentures will be exactly what I want and need. 5 stars is not enough!

Experiencia positiva: My first appointment last week went well. Staff is friendly and professional. I felt they did a very thorough assessment of my teeth. This is my 3rd dentist in the last few years. The 1st dentist handed me a 3 page list of fillings and crowns needed with a $3000.00 price tag and continued to pressure me to schedule the work. I got a 2nd opinion and only needed a cleaning and a filling. However, the 2nd dentist did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. The hygienist placed a huge gown and goggles on me and proceeded to splash all over my face and gown. Took an additional three x-rays to ensure she had gotten all the tartar. So I changed to Affordable Dentistry. They recommended a cleaning and a crown. This aligned with what I knew to be wrong, as I knew I had chipped a tooth. The cleaning was thorough, not messy and the hygienist was friendly. I would highly recommend this dentist! Great experience start to finish. Honest and affordable dentistry!

Experiencia fantástica: I had made an appointment, to have affordable dentistry today look at a tooth that I was pretty sure broken and infected, for five days ahead. They had called to let me know they could get me in later that afternoon, which was wonderful. They had called me insurance to make sure they were in network and figured all that stuff out for me, which was amazing! Once I showed up, everyone was kind and funny and totally made me feel comfortable. The front desk- receptionist was super silly and walked me back to my room, where the dental hygienist was very thorough and personable. The dentist cracked jokes the whole time and was great (even shook my hand when meeting me and when I went to leave). I will be returning to get my tooth pulled and will be recommending them to anyone who asks!

Experiencia positiva: I came in May 2025 to have a tooth pulled. I had to wait a while because something was wrong with their system and they were not able to see me right away. I tried my best to not appear irritated because I have grown accustomed to minor inconveniences. For the most part the service was great. The dentist assistant and dentist were phenomenal! But while waiting I notice the young lady at the front counter being overly friendly and displaying great customer service to all the patients, but when it came to me thier was an apparent drop in energy. Let’s do better! And display the same energy to patients regardless of their race or gender. God speed!

Higienists are very professional and know what they are doing. I'm not an old patient in this clinic but I will be going there as long as Dr. Gogineni is there. Highly recommended this place.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment for an annual checkup and cleaning - first time customer. I notified them of some discomfort in between a couple molars when I flossed. Upon inspection, they said there was no cavity there. I let them know I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years and would like to have a typical cleaning (which is usually free under my insurance). They didn't clean my teeth! Instead, the dental technician rammed a periodontal disease measuring probe very uncomfortably into my gumline, then told me I have early signs of Periodontal disease, and that the next steps for me were to have them perform $500 laser cleaning in between my molars, (which wasn't covered by insurance - not so "Affordable"!). I declined. In my 40+ years of going to a dentist, Affordable Dental was the first dentist that had a poster on the wall right in front of my chair illustrating what periodontal disease is, and in that same visit, that's what they were trying to convince me that was a problem I had. I walked away from this appointment not feeling that my needs were cared for. I will not be returning, and I do not suggest anyone go to this business. Shortly after my visit, I went to another dentist in town and his exact words when he inspected my teeth was "you have one of the cleanest mouths I've seen in a long time" - (I am 48 years old). They gave me a cleaning anyway and made NO recommendations for any expensive procedures.

Experiencia negativa: No problem with the staff, but I'm not going back due to billing problems. They didn't send me a bill because they didn't have my correct email address. Instead of calling me (they did have my correct number) they turned me over to collections. After paying the agency plus a fee, they promised to credit me the fee. A month later they're cancelling our appointments because there is still a flag on the account and guess what -- there is still no credit. Now it will take a month to get a check from them.

Experiencia negativa: On Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024, I (my wife) had a temporary crown put on my #30 tooth on the right side of my mouth, bottom. I was home for 2 hrs and took a glass of water. My crown came off. I called the Rockford location, Perryville and Mulford streets, and told the receptionist. I asked if there would be a few moments to reglue the crown on. She asked the Dentist and the answer was: go to Walgreens and buy some glue made just for this reason and put on your own crown. I told the receptionist to call me when there is time for me to come over and glue my crown back on. I was told they do not have time to do that kind of stuff. I then called my dental insurance and they told me that was very unprofessional to tell a patient. My insurance called the billing department of the Dentist and talked to Andrea. I was told by my dental insurance that if there is time to reglue the crown, I should not be charged for a office visit. As of today, Friday April, 5, 2024, I have not received a return phone call from my dentist telling me to come over and get the crown reglued. This is a AWFUL, AWFUL, Awful way to treat a pt. This is AWFUL dental service . I talked to friends and they said to just go to the office next week and wait until an opening is available to reglue the temporary crown.

Experiencia negativa: I wanted to change dentist because mine was out of network. I take care of my teeth. I go faithfully. This dental hygentist made me feel like my teeth were horrible, just to upscale me to a deeper cleaning which insurance doesn't cover. She was snarky and rude. My other dentist wanted to replace a filling and this place wants to do a crown. Not only did they make me feel like a scumbag, it was all about using up all of my insurance and then changing big out of pocket. Something is wrong here. I won't ever go back.

Experiencia negativa: I've never set up an appointment and not had any work done and I've been going here for years, they are under staffed and they have a new DR. that is money hungry, Im very disappointed and going else where. when all I needed was a cleaning. I have a stain on my front tooth. Dr. Looked at it for 5 sec. And said only option for me is to get a veneer. As soon as I said no thank to get a veneer I was quickly checked out and asked to set up another appointment. I will be reporting them to my insurance. Avoid this place!!!

Experiencia negativa: I don't understand how this dental office received such a high rating. In the beginning this office was great. As soon as you are unable to make a payment. They will drop you like a bad habit!!!. To make matters worse I had insurance, after they squeezed every cent from my insurance company. They wanted cash right away from me. Once I couldn't make one payment the tossed me to the side. I wouldn't recommend anyone that doesn't have hundreds and hundreds of dollars to frequent this money establishment.

Experiencia negativa: What started as a root canal ended up with me getting an abscess. For a root canal and some tarter removal, cost was near 3500 bucks. Since the abscess wasn't painful I wasn't in a rush to go back. They would call me occasionally for check ups and clean ups but I had already decided I'd never go back. Last time we spoke I told them that I didn't feel comfortable ever going back because of the money I spent only to make my tooth worse (they stopped calling after that, lol). Eventually I went to different place for an extraction which only cost me 500 dollars. Should have done that in the first place. Wisdom tooth gone, abscess gone.

Shea was the most kind and gentle dental hygienist i have ever had. originally she was going to use the hypersonic supersonic teeth cleaner,, i expressed my tooth sensitivity fear and she decided the manual scraping (although taking longer) would probably be better and more gentle---she even gave me gel to numb everything up good!! THANK YOU!!

They do a great job breaking down treatment plans line by line so you have a better understanding of why the treatments are necessary and allow you to assess your own risk while highlighting immediate priorities for care. I had no insurance, but I paid less than expected for my first visit and they were transparent about what to expect for costs with and without insurance for future visits. 10/10 for me!

Experiencia negativa: I had an emergency weekend visit at another dental provider. Their estimate to fix my tooth seemed high, so I called here to compare costing. They would not give me a price estimate, saying they require me to set an appointment for another dental check to get their pricing. They wouldn't accept dental records from the other provider or give me an estimate of a tooth extraction and implant. How can I compare pricing if every dentist were to ask me to pay for another appointment to give me their costs? This practice is neither logical nor patient centric!

I expected some blowback from my assertive stance but was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist immediately conveyed my main concern promptly to the dental assistant. Exam and x-rays took way less time than the other place, and they didn't try to tell me I need procedures done that I know that I don't. Prices are reasonable for the work and there's no pressure to do what you don't want. The main thing that impressed me was the fact that they actually listened to me and didn't try to push procedures I don't want. Definitely would recommend to others
