Redwood dentistry made me feel so comfortable, from the receptionist to. Nicole the Hygienist. Nicole was so sweet and careful she really made me feel at ease. Dr. Kavi was so kind, he really cared and there was no judgment. I will not feel stressed going back. They got me in so quick and back for my next appointment fas I didn't have to wait months.

They literally had nothing to go off as I had already had all my teeth removed by another dentist. The other dentist had made several sets of teeth which none fit or ever worked. They are not technically a preffered dentist under my insurance and yet their cost of 2 crowns is still cheaper than my previous dentist. Their available hours are extremely beneficial to families with busy schedules.

Experiencia negativa: So incredibly frustrated! I took my nine-year-old in for some dental work with the impression that they knew exactly what they were doing. However, my child ended up having unnecessary dental treatment, and after being unable to complete that dental work I was sent to another dental office for treatment only to be told that the initial treatment was unnecessary in the first place, and now a full extraction is recommended because of the unnecessary treatment. If Redwood Family Dentistry cannot provide appropriate pediatric dentistry. They should not even attempt treatment. This really makes me second-guess taking my family to this office for any future work.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienist was the absolute best. She did the cleaning and sealants on my daughter teeth. She is so patient and kind. From the front of the office, to the dentist, dental hygienist, and all of the staff are really so nice and value your time/visit. They are honestly all so nice and really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. They greet you with a big smile upon walking in. Listening to your needs and give options when you are on a budget. They are upfront with the costs and no hidden/additional fees/charges (besides the card fee). A plus is paying increments of the cost of a procedure, so by the time you have your scheduled appointment, it is paid in full. This has been my third visit and each time/experience has been great. Highly recommend them.

My dentist was great and she is the first dentist to offer me treatment options for the white spots on my teeth I’ve had since I was a kid. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: What a disappointment in the treatment of my son. He went in for a root canal and was in so much pain afterward. He could barely open his mouth. He was given antibiotics but absolutely no pain medication and Dr. Malli in particular should NOT be treating patients for being so callous. We paid $1000 for this procedure and this is how he was treated, with zero concern for his pain. I am disgusted and will never give this dentist another dime. What a horrible place. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have any kind of pain. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. 0/10. Do not waste you money here.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm surprised they were able to get my baby in to be seen on the same day. It was just an intro visit so he can get used to being seen by dentists. I love that they are open until 7pm and on Saturdays. This is great for people who work.

Experiencia negativa: I would rather have the dental Hygenist I’ve had my previous 2 visits. The Hygenist I had yesterday was very rough, I was still bleeding when I got home. It seemed like she was in a hurry and wasn’t very thorough. Also, your bathroom was disgusting.

Experiencia negativa: Took my child in for an appointment. Referred me to their other office. Waited months. No call from the other office. I schedule a follow up with the other office. None of the records were sent over, the other office didn’t think to ask for the records. We go in for the follow up/treatment appointment six months later and all they do is confirm what the other office already sent us there for them to treat, that they did not treat in any way, and they said ok come back and next time we will actually treat it. Six. Months. Wait. We were there for 7 minutes and all they did was say oh yep, that’s right, that’s what’s going on. When their other office already told us that, already took the X-rays, should have sent them over.

Experiencia negativa: This is not really a dental office- it's more like a mill for subpar teeth cleaning and trying to sell their "insurance" program. I had an appointment yesterday, and never even saw a dentist after one of the worst teeth cleanings I've ever had, done by a young woman who came across as resentful and weirdly angry. You're not in a private room, and you have to listen to discussions in staffing and work hours which often were initiated by my hygienist. It wasn't initially this way, but has gone downhill over the last 1-2 years. I won't be back.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment we walked in the door the staff was kind and professional at the same time made you feel like you were walking into their personal home. They (Dentist, hygienist and receptionist) were sympathetic and straight to the point. I had to take my wife and children with me and they accommodated my 4 year old by allowing them to wait in the children’s section where she was able to watch TV and slip around as a four-year-old does. Know that I the patient didn’t receive the best news, but the fact that we had this type of experience with the staff made me comfortable and I will continue ongoing care with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a painful tooth ache, was able to schedule an appt online quickly and then called and got an even earlier appt to fit my schedule better. Everyone was super friendly and they scheduled my next appt to start my treatment plan within 2 days! No waiting around in pain to get it started. They are open late and on Saturdays to better work around work and school schedules. Will be switching my kids over as well.

They explain everything very thoroughly and they answer all my question. If they don’t have the answers I need they call you back with the information that I needed. Each time we go in (including our kids ages 6, 13, 15) the service is always quick and throughout. They are always so friendly and really take the time to inform us parents and patients about what they are doing, even if it’s just a cleaning. We especially like that they are open after the normal 8-5pm since it works great with our work schedule.
