Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to other pediatric dentist locations for sedation, but this experience has been the best. It gave ‘concierge’ vibes. It was quick, easy, and the early morning appt (6:30 am) was perfect. I have a 3 year old, so you can imagine the ‘not eating breakfast’ drama! My daughters teeth looks amazing, as if not work was done (caps) at all. They preserved her smile and we got a free shirt and stuffed unicorn out of it! We also were offered a sooner appt and accommodated for taking it. That accommodation was a lunch at Panera for baby girl and I! Should we ever need sedation dentistry again, this is where we would go!

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 I would highly recommend!!!! They treated us very nicely and respectfully. Everyone was very knowledgeable and reassured us that everything will be ok. They took care of our daughter and made it very easy for her to trust them and that’s a big deal for us as parents!!! Ashley took the time out to explain step by step and even had a conversation to take our minds off of the procedure. Dr. Todd came in and talked with us and it was very personable and informative. Definitely if I had to I would go back. I would even stop by just to say hello….thats how nice the vibe is there!!!!

My son is autistic and needs to be sedated for dental work, obviously I have a ton of fear when my child is in pain and has to be sedated. It’s a horrible feeling but they got everything done so fast and they have the best waiting areas in the back and fun areas in the front! Thank you every one who took care of my sweet Archer! You guys are just amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Very good experience, my son was very upset the morning of the appointment because he couldn’t eat or drink anything. I called and expressed my concern they told me to come on in early. I was so happy because I didn’t want to hear crying for the next 2 to 3 hours.

Experiencia fantástica: The five star rating is well deserved. The facility is super cute and kid friendly. I was able to meet and speak with the dentist and the anesthesiologist. They explained in detail everything that was going to happen, and the information was reiterated. There was never a point that I did not know what was going on as they kept me well informed. My sweet baby was loopy for the first hour and a half or two but then reverted back to her normal self shortly thereafter. You can’t do anything, but trust when somebody tells you something and it goes exactly the way you were told. Hopefully my girls don’t need this kind of dental work going forward, but in the event that they do, I wouldn’t want them to go anywhere else. If it freaks you out at the thought of your child being sedated For dental work , I recommend Pediatric Sedation Center of GA. You will not be disappointed. Spectacular staff from the front office throughout. You can feel That they take their job serious and truly care about the well-being of your kid. The dentist is quick and thorough. The anesthesiologist is a comedian too

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter and I had a great experience at the Pediatric Sedation Center of GA! My daughter is autistic and had to get some x-rays done and get two (2) cavities filled and they made the process so easy and comfortable for us both. Ashley was so helpful and full of information. The front desk staff was amazing. Dr. Todd and the anesthesiologist (I can't remember his name) were also amazing and were there to have face time with me every step of the way. I would definitely come back if we needed to!

Experiencia fantástica: Office was very child friendly! I had the white man anesthesiologist. He was very knowledgeable and so was his staff! At one point I told him I had to step out of the room because I couldn’t see my daughter out of it like that and they understood it so I left! Overall, the procedure was very quick and easy, and I’m glad I was able to get my daughter teeth taken care of!

Experiencia fantástica: My 3 year old had to get 4 crowns at her visit. The time there, they were very informative the whole time and worked really fast. The only thing is, though I was able to stay back for the calming shot they gave, I would have liked to be able to stay back until she went to sleep from the sedation because I could hear her cries from the waiting room we sat in for the first few seconds before she went to sleep. Other than that it was a good experience. The recovery was not too much at all either.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very scared at first because in my country they don’t usually use anesthesia on kids. My daughter is very tiny and small, and she previously had allergies to egg and cow’s milk protein, so I was really worried. They informed me that the vaccine contained egg, so as a precaution they gave her a small dose of steroids and Benadryl to help prevent any possible reaction. She did perfectly fine. After about 45 minutes, they finished the four crowns. She was a little dizzy at first, but later that day she was completely fine, happy, and acting like herself again. I felt so relieved. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Pediatric Sedation Center was awesome. Very welcoming and ensured that all details of procedure was explained. The atmosphere was great my grandbaby walked in and began to play and enjoy herself. The only suggestion I have is for the holding room where parents/children go to wait during the procedure/consultation is to add cushion to the seat bench to make parents/children more comfortable during the wait. Again, superb!

Experiencia negativa: Leaving this place for the second time feeling completely defeated, angry, and wishing I did not bring my child here. What started as 4 crowns to my 2 year olds perfectly straight front teeth, ended with one of his front teeth being completely crooked. When he came here the first time, I let the dentist know my son had SDF on his teeth that was recommended to me by his primary dentist. Once I told him that he was visibly "annoyed" or maybe "disappointed" that he would have to take all of it off. They were very busy, so I can only assume it would take longer than they anticipated but I had already disclosed this information once I made the appointment. The appointment took about 45 minutes which in hindsight was very short considering my oldest has been here and we were here for about 2 hours. Once my child was finished I pulled around back and waited for them to bring my son out. He was coming out of sedation and very drowsy so my first instinct was to talk to him to help him wake up, and to sooth him from what I know was probably a weird feeling coming out of sedation. About 3 minutes into the car ride home I opened his mouth to see what his teeth would look like. I noticed IMMEDIATELY that one of his teeth were crooked. My sister who was driving the car home at the time also mentioned that she noticed. I was concerned at the time but assumed that these were in fact the best results possible based on the condition his teeth were in previously, but after getting home and giving it some thought I realized that regardless, his teeth shouldn't have been crooked. I made an appointment the next day and sent photos and was told I'd receive a call back when the doctor was back in. I never recieved a call due to their system being down, so I reached back out myself. The person I spoke with questioned whether or not my son had fallen and caused the crookedness himself, stating that she was the one who put him in my car and that his teeth weren't crooked when she gave him to me. This immediately put a bad taste in my mouth, because from the moment he was given to me his tooth was IN FACT crooked. She later stated he could have potentially been grinding his teeth after sedation causing the crookedness. At that point I was confused why you would even release him if the cement wasn't set? Fast forward to today, his appointment to "correct" the issue was filled with so much "word fluff" on why this could potentially have happened, and the option of leaving his tooth as IS (crooked) or chancing the tooth completely coming out while the doctor TRIES to fix it. No parent in their right mind would chance losing a healthy tooth for their child, so essentially I was left with NO option to fix this mistake. On this occasion my husband came with me, and noted the lack of accountability of this offices end, and also left feeling like they were negligent in caring for our son. In our observation the office is trying to get as many children in and out as possible (atleast the day of his procedure), and instead of monitoring our son for a long enough time for the cement for the crown to set, they sent him home. We left feeling like they just slapped teeth in his mouth with no regard to after care. My son will have these teeth for the next 5 years atleast, so we are extremely disappointed.We wish we never came here.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough positive things about Pediatric Dental Sedation Center of Georgia. They treated my five-year-old yesterday, and the experience exceeded all of my expectations. Originally, my dentist referred us to a different sedation center, but after reading their reviews, I felt uneasy. I continued researching and found this center, which consistently had five-star reviews—and now I fully understand why. From the very first phone call, Ileana was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly informative, patient, and reassuring. She provided clear instructions that the other facility never did, confirmed our appointment days in advance, and sent detailed text reminders leading up to the procedure. As a parent, having your child put under anesthesia is extremely nerve-wracking, and their team made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. The facility itself is beautiful, very clean, modern, and welcoming. We were allowed to stay in the room with our child until he fell asleep, which made an enormous difference in our comfort level. The procedure was quick and smooth, and overall, it was a much better experience than I ever expected. We even met Dr. Todd and the anesthesiologist. Ashley also called after to check on us and walked us through the procedure. Everyone was wonderful. If you are looking for a pediatric sedation center that is professional, compassionate, and truly understands how anxious parents feel, this is absolutely the place to go. I am so grateful we found them and would recommend them without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very nice and very informative. My son procedure was very very quick. I love the fact they check on their patients to see how their recovery going. I love each and every personality. Each personality is very outgoing and definitely helped ease our minds with their jokes. The connection they build with the children prior to the procedure is amazing.

Experiencia positiva: They treated my child's teeth and placed 11 crowns, 6 silver and 5 white. The attitude was very good and polite, the staff was attentive. The child recovered from the anesthesia quickly and easily. However, they changed the height of her bite; now her front teeth don't meet properly, and she can't bite normally. Also, the white crowns are very thick and weren't adjusted. My daughter also mentions that they added something to her teeth. Only a day has passed since the treatment. We'll wait a little longer and then call to find out how this can be corrected.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Todd and staff were amazing. The thought of your child being put to sleep with IV sedation is a very scary experience, especially to watch as they put them out. Ashley which is one of the assistants I believe comforted me and my child throughout the whole process and it made me feel at ease. She notified me of any changes before and during procedure. The fear and anxiety that I had coming into the office was extremely high but Dr Todd and team was great at explaining and walking with me and my child hand and hand, from start to finish. She recovered very well and hasn’t complained not one time of any pain or complications. I was having challenges finding a dental practice that used both of my child's dental coverages and that would be able to sedate my child to get all his dental work done. Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience! Ashley was amazing and made us feel very comfortable! After speaking with her we knew our children were in good hands. Dr. Todd is hands down the best pediatric dentist! He has a great personality and attitude, he explains everything thoroughly, he lets you ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable and he doesn’t get impatient. He understands that these are our babies and he wants us to feel comfortable with everything he does!

Experiencia fantástica: Came in with my 7 year old who has autism. He has four cavities and they put him under. They did an excellent job and explained everything to my wife and I about the procedure. The place has toys and a tv for the kids to play before going in. The assistants are super kind and interacted with him. 5/5 recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved the whole process getting my sons teeth capped and taken care of. Very thorough and fast work. Only issue is my son is young and I wanted to be in the space while he was sedated. They really should have a parental view room, or even at least via camera but as a father I feel the need to be by my son’s side while he is sedated. Still fresh from the teeth but they look good and follow ups with me are great. They dint just send you hime with a paper and say do this. They call and follow up.

Experiencia fantástica: I deeply appreciate what Dr Todd and his team have done incredibly treatment for my son. We were super worried and scared about sedation for our 4 years old son. But Dr Todd and his team know how to make us understanding and stress free. Treatment was done quickly just about 35 minutes with 5 teeth for extraction and 13 teeth for crown. It’s so hard to just write a few words to express our gratitude with Dr. Todd and his team what they have done for our son. I truly recommend this place and absolutely more than 5 stars. Felix was calm and took so much time to explain the process, answer questions, and promptly make an appointment. When we arrived the morning of the procedure, every nurse was incredibly kind. The office is beautiful and clean. The anesthesiologist and dentist were both wonderful. I have already told many people about this office, and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again in a heartbeat. The urgency in this clinic when it came to helping my child, The way they Made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything was gonna be OK. Allow me to see everything. Experiencia fantástica: We had an absolutely wonderful experience at! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, patient, and welcoming. The waiting area is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed to keep kids entertained and at ease there were books, toys, and even a little play area that made my child feel instantly comfortable. They were phenomenal with my child. They took the time to explain everything in kid-friendly terms, which helped ease any anxiety. Their gentle approach, cheerful attitude, and genuine care really stood out. What I appreciated most was the way the entire team focused on creating a positive dental experience from start to finish. They were efficient, informative, and very professional, all while making it fun for my daughter. I also loved how they involved me in the process, clearly explaining the treatment plan and answering all of my questions without rushing. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a trustworthy and kid-friendly dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole process from start to finish was amazing. I was very scared about my daughter being sedated but From the start Felix was very informative and calmed my nervousness. Then actually meeting everyone in person and Dr. Todd and the anesthesiologist Dr.Campbell also explaining the process as well as Ashley keeping me up to date with everything and explaining after care as well as checking in later in the day. Everyone calmed my fears and made me feel more at ease to know my daughter would be in great hands and her safety was #1.

Experiencia fantástica: We had our first visit here yesterday. We were greeted by the office staff and the anesthesiologist. The dentist and anesthesiologist took their time talking to me and walking me through everything. I was beyond nervous as it was the first time my son has been put under anesthesia but Ashley was so kind and reassuring. I was updated throughout the process which I loved. They even helped me load him in the car and called us once we were home to check on him. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Pediatric Sedation Center of GA were the absolute best!! They were very thorough when it came to what to expect before and after my baby’s procedure. My baby girl Zuri is 7 and shy. She was nervous and scared but the inviting and friendly environment of the office kept her mind off of what was going on for a while. The office is very bright and clean, and the staff makes it just as inviting and comforting .From calling to schedule my baby’s appointment to the moment they wheeled her out the door, and into the car, you can truly feel the passion they have for what they do. And it was very much appreciated! My baby’s tooth fell out as they were getting her ready and they put it in the cutest little box with a tooth fairy on it. A small gesture but thoughtful and so warming! Thank you all so much for such a pleasant experience. My nerves were at ease.

My first daughter had a procedure done for crowns and spacer and i did not have any questions or concerns with the team always being informative! This was 2 years ago TODAY my other daughter went in for crowns and the positive energy and the amazing staff is still there and always makes it great experience!!

I will say it’s truly a blessing to see people still taking pride in what they do as well as creating personal relationships to ensure you and your baby feel safe and comfortable in their care ! Love It I would not recommend any other place but this one so many activities for the kids makes them feel warm and comfortable!

Experiencia fantástica: At first I was nervous about the idea of my little princess Grace being under sedation. When we got there it was very inviting for children. Both doctors introduced themselves and they were really good with my princess. Dr. Todd and Dr. Patel. Ashley our nurse was really sweet as well. It was a safe and quick process. They gave me clear follow up instructions and my worries were no more. If your child has to go to a sedation center I highly recommend this one. I came in nervous and left assured and my worries were completely gone. If you are on the fence I promise this is the place for you and your baby. I will highly recommend this center to anyone who ask. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: First of all I want to say they took GREAT care of my baby. As tears wanted to form in my eyes i couldn’t let it out because my heart knew that they would take care of him. The front desk staff was nice, the dentist assistant, all the way down to the man who did the procedure ! Everyone was so nice 10/10 and I would go back over and over again (although I’m hoping this is our last rodeo!) thank you so much for everything you guys! Seriously.

From the front desk clerks to the dentist and anesthesiologist and their assistants and parent liaisons, everything was seamless, caring, and led by patient and family care. Their waiting room is a treasure trove of fun toys for your kid to play with while you complete paperwork. The private waiting areas for parents while their children are having their procedure are immaculate and stocked with a TV. As a mom, I was updated several times about my daughter’s progress. Everyone treated my daughter and me with such kindness and care.I wish I could give this office 6 stars, and also wish that they could give a master class in customer service and patient care!

From start to finish, the team made sure we were informed, comfortable, and cared for. We received clear instructions on what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. Dr. Todd came in and spoke with us personally, which gave us so much reassurance. Ashley was amazing, she kept us updated throughout the process and even followed up with a phone call afterward to check on Kyleigh’s recovery. I was extremely nervous, but Kyleigh handled it so well thanks to their gentle approach. She was back to herself within just two hours! The staff’s professionalism, communication, and compassion truly stood out. Highly recommend 5 stars all the way!
