Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with this dentist! My 11 month old baby gets pretty nervous during medical visits. She had a head ultrasound that was very upsetting so I was nervous about the appointment. The environment was very calm and open, lots of natural light and toys. She did cry when they had to lay her on her back, but otherwise I was surprised by how well she did! They were very patient and efficient. Would definitely recommend. She also loved the little rattle they sent home with her!

They clearly feel safe and welcome here thanks to the lovely staff and Dr. Kevin. My 5-year-old and almost-3-year-old have been treated with patience, kindness, and ease. As a parent I’ve been treated with respect and transparency. This is what a pediatric dentist office should be like: fun forward, kid friendly, and serious about good oral health.

The staff is so patient, kind, and obviously enjoy working with kids. I’m so glad that when we moved we chose this dentist. Parents can stay with their kids and I can see everything happening. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I continue to be impressed with Dr. Ricker and Dr. Boudreau and the team at CPD. We have a long history with Dr. Ricker due to some dental trauma with one of our kids years ago - but Dr. Ricker has such a personable approach to his profession, which is also shown by the confident and great staff, as well as Dr. Boudreau. Everyone there takes time to explain things, help make our kids feel comfortable, and do a great job with scheduling (and rescheduling) as life gets busy. The staff at the front office are great too! The office is clean and comfortable which is reflective of the care and attention provided to patients at CPD. Its hard to believe they have been in this spot for almost 10 years! We would absolutely recommend CPD, Dr. Ricker, Dr. Boudreau and the staff at CPD to anyone looking for a pediatric dentistry.

If the service isn't reliable and your comfortable telling this to patients then why have the service available makes no sense at all.

From a simple teeth cleaning to pulling a tooth to major procedures, they are precise and dedicated to doing the right thing for your little ones. My toddler had to have a tooth pulled recently- Dr Kevin waited until he was 100% sure, with evidence, that the tooth needed to be removed. He was thorough in explaining how the procedure would go and most importantly, I could feel in my heart that Dr Kevin and his assistants genuinely cared about my son and made sure the procedure was as pain free as possible. The dental hygienists and dentists are so friendly, take their time to answer any questions, and make everyone feel comfortable. I have always been able to conveniently schedule both my kids at the same time to get in and out of there quickly. The office area is open and nice so that I’m able to watch both kids at once. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Experiencia negativa: So my daughter caught COVID and was sick so we had to cancel her appointment. Then her mother got COVID and missed the second appointment. The front desk lady said it was a pattern and decided against ever serving us again and seemed to not care or take the time to understand that situation. Stating that they only see patients with our insurance on Wednesdays only, which I feel is wrong on numerous levels and makes me want to contact the insurance center for that. So now we got in contact with a newer dental place and they treated us with stellar service at Dino Dental and understanding staff and the environment so kid friendly.

There’s multiple play areas throughout, making it easy to bring along siblings. The staff were so friendly, patient, understanding, and just so, so good with my nervous 4 year old and shy, first time going to the dentist, 2 year old. The dental hygienist, Karen, was so sweet with my kids, and was efficient as well, and Dr. Alex was also so kind and took her time speaking with us. The whole experience didn’t feel rushed, pressured, or overwhelming at all. Which, with nervous kids is a big deal! Highly recommend.

My oldest daughter asked a lot of questions and the dental hygienist answered every question with kindness. My youngest felt scared but the dental hygienist was patient and understanding. At the end, one of my daughters has to go through treatment and I had some questions and concerns, the DDS/MS answered everything without hesitation or hurry. My daughters look forward to their dentist visits now!
