Pittsboro Dental Associates

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr Bonsal!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Pittsboro Dental Associates for a long time; The service is great; the staff is polite and highly efficient!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Pittsboro Dental is always pleasant. Everyone there is friendly and ensure my visit is comfortable. From the lobby to the chair is wonderful with fantastic service. They don’t pressure you to do services that are not needed (something that regularly happened at other dental offices I visited).

Experiencia fantástica: I love Paula and everyone at Pittsboro dental associates. They keep my mouth healthy while they keep me looking cool.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is always attentive and friendly, especially Paula, my hygienist. Strange as it may seem, they all make my going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff that provides excellent dental care

Experiencia fantástica: I am getting better dental care than I have ever received in my 84 years. The office staff is excellent in scheduling, billing and submitting insurance claims. My dental hygienist, Paula, is pleasant and very proficient in examining and cleaning my teeth. Dr Bansal has assembled a very high tech dental practice with the best and most up-to-date equipment. I am now getting EXCELLENT dental care and I highly recommend Dr Bansal.

Experiencia fantástica: Glad to have found Pittsboro Dental Associates after having two lackluster experiences with previous practices. From the Front Desk staff, to the dental hygienist, to the dentists themselves, everyone is friendly, accommodating, and professional. Paula is an exceptional hygienist and Dr. Hardin has a lovely bedside manner. Not having dental insurance, I find their prices to be reasonable

Experiencia fantástica: This was a very good experience. My Dental Hygienist was excellent and Dr. Hardin was engaging but efficient. He recognized a problem I have with acid reflux just by looking at my teeth. Impressive.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Bansal and his staff are so always kind, compassionate and professional. They make scheduling easy and work with my schedule

Experiencia fantástica: You need three things to be successful in life: #1. sleep is the most important thing humans do for themselves; 2. inhaling and exhaling is way under-appreciated, and quite possibly number one, and 3. you need a great dental hygienist. Paula has been my great hygienist for 15 years. I would travel cross country for an appointment with her, rather than change.

Experiencia fantástica: Don't think my teeth have ever been cleaner. Everyone is so nice! And, there are some good places to eat nearby after a visit.

Experiencia fantástica: The absolute best dentist office! Dr.Hardin is wonderful! All the staff is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: I am always super pleased with services provided. They make it as comfortable as possible which is good because who really likes going to the dentist. ;-)

Experiencia fantástica: Paula is so good I hope she gets Sainted when God gets around to lt. how ever if I ever need costly repair work I will have to use another office that accepts my coverage.

Experiencia fantástica: Great care as always!

Experiencia fantástica: PDA is where you get the best attention to detail and they know what they are doing. Dr Bansal and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and they take extreme care of what they do. I highly recommend his practice to all. His team sets the standard for patient care.

Experiencia fantástica: When we first moved to this area I was at a different dentist but my husband chose Pittsboro Dental Associates. I moved myself (and the kids) to this dental practice and have never looked back. The staff is very professional and thorough. The chairs are comfortable (a complaint I had about the last place I was at), and of course the office is super clean. Dr. Bansal is top notch, chock-full of personality! The associate dentists are also very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the dental hygienists.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I changed our dental arrangements to PDA a little over a year ago. We are so glad we did. From the beginning, we received very attentive care. Routine procedures were made as tolerable as they might be (OK, no-one enjoys a teeth cleaning, right?). Plans for special treatment were discussed thoughtfully, and the one emergency we encountered (a fall that seriously damaged the front teeth, late on a Friday night) was handled effectively with real concern.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome staff. Very attentive and they made great recommendations. I highly recommend this practice if you need a new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for your support and gentle care. Paula did her usual excellent cleaning and extra special care of a sensitive area. Dr Hardin also provided wonderful support and care after my having some extensive specialist dental care. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: From the time I walked through the door until I walked out I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Every staff member I had contact with acted as if I was family: polite, no rush, concerned about the rest of my family. The kind of folks you would invite to Christmas dinner.

Experiencia fantástica: All of their suggestions are backed up by thorough and reasonable explanations so I feel like I can trust them. Staff has been super friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my second visit for a regular cleaning. My hygienist (Allison) was incredible. She was very kind and didn't make me feel silly for being so nervous, plus she was very gentle with my sensitive teeth during the cleaning process. Dr. Hardin is excellent as well--I appreciated his kindness and sensitivity. Would highly recommend to my fellow adults who need to re-establish regular dental care after a long hiatus and are really nervous about it! Thank you!
