Experiencia negativa: I had a very unprofessional experience with this office doctor. I confirmed my appointment three separate times to make sure everything was set, including what my payment would be. However, no one discussed any changes in cost until after I was already numbed and in the chair for a major procedure. At that point, they told me the procedure would cost triple - what I was originally told. Trying to advocate for myself with my whole mouth numbed was absolutely ridiculous. This situation made me feel blindsided and uncomfortable, as those kinds of discussions should happen before treatment begins. Communication and transparency are extremely important, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience here.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place absolutely sucks! Greenberg already has a bad rep for being sucky, but this place just pushes it over that edge. The staff is unfriendly, the receptionists never answer the phone, the doctor is always late, and the work is bare minimum. I guess what they say is right, you get what you pay for because this place is cheap and they act like it! So glad I decided to go elsewhere for my dental work and stopped wasting my time at this junkyard! Please save your money and time and go ANYWHERE else but here!!!

Experiencia negativa: Daughter’s crown procedure was done at the Oviedo location about three years ago. The crown came out of her mouth at an orthodontist appt. They no longer see patients over 18 there, so we were told to use the Sanford location after many phone calls and no answering. They use a phone service to schedule if there is a heavy call volume. Daughter came in with crown and was told they would have to make an entirely new crown because the dentist could not seal it. We would have to pay out of pocket because her insurance only covers 1 crown every 5 years and it wasn’t the crown they put in but the shifting of her teeth after braces, that they also PUT IN that were the “problem”. I’m not sure when a crown was not a permanent procedure but according to them it isn’t. Daughter also still has braces so no guarantee that the next crown they put in wouldn’t be “damaged” again. I was in the dental field and never put the blame on my subpar procedures or fittings on a patients (15 years old at the time) on teeth moving. Go anywhere else. Especially for crown procedures and braces because those are thousands of dollars

Experiencia negativa: Made a emergency appointment for my son and came 30 minutes early no one was in waiting room we sat there and waited while 5 separate people came checked in and was seen. The last two people came apologizing for being late (30 mins past our appointment time) and was led to the back. No apologies or anything. Poor customer service I called off for this appointment, considerations at all. Don’t go here they can care less

Experiencia negativa: Do not go to this 819 greenburg dental office suit 9. They worked over an infection where I have to go and get it redone and the financial company is giving me a hard time to credit. They even worked a root canal and just put a cap over it. Horrible work. I added a deposit and the financial company didn’t even know about it and was a hassle to get that information transferred. Make sure u keep all documents and emails because they will try to do you wrong. Money hungry!!! They try to charge me for stuff I didn’t even need. The the oral hygienist cleaned my teeth very thoroughly and was helpful with advice. Dr ward just wants your money and does rookie work knowing u have to go back for double treatment. Double treatment double payment. DO NOT BE FOOLED.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t get fooled by the resent friendly review… almost sure they have their staff writing those. As for the other ones all trues. You are never greeted when walking in the office. The dental assistants are nice sure but you don’t need nice people you need a nice dental work and this place is not it. If you have a recent cleaning go for a second opinion as for cavities won’t be you wake up one of these days with a whole in a tooth. As they did to my wife and my son.

Experiencia negativa: VERY VERY disappointed. Liars. The Dr. won’t even look at your eyes, nor talk to you. My son and I went for a cleaning everything went well and according to them neither of us had any cavities. Only couple of months after turns out my son shows me a whole in one of his teeth. Its ironic to say they would not bring that small cavity in our last visit that could’ve been easy fixed and waited for the situation to be bigger and my son ended up having his tooth removed at a bigger expense. Same story happened with me. At the end of the day had to paid for both dental work but didn’t give my money to them.

His hygienist is gentle handed and his dental assistant Nesha is a sweetheart! My teenage daughter had services at this facility as well. All in all we had a great experience.

Experiencia negativa: Brought my son in for one broken tooth they ended up replacing 3 without my consent & said they had a issue which broke a tooth !! No x-rays ,nothing just by looking !! If you want your mouth gutted this is the place ,4months later I need the false teeth totally replaced cause they never treated the infection they cause when broke his tooth

The front desk staff were friendly and polite and the dental assistant was excellent with my kids doing the x-rays especially with my 10year old daughter she was very patient and friendly when my daughter was having difficulty doing the x-rays.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place to get dental work done. If you want unnecessary dental work done then this is the place you go. Had a baby chip in my tooth that wasn’t visible and they replaced my whole tooth and it didn’t match the size of any of my other teeth (it was the biggest tooth i had in my mouth). A couple years later in order to get braces i had to get that tooth removed because it was way too big. Asked while in the dentist office if they could shave it down to match my other tooth size and they refused. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for dental work. Very disappointing!

Excuse was that the doctor just return from vacation. They also take walk-ins so then why did I have an appointment at 11:00? On a good note the technician Meisha was very friendly and kind.

Turns out no one reassessed me and they based their treatment off a one year old treatment plan. Turns out it was outdated and they overlooked the fact that I had partials already and said they were going to give me partials. After the new crowns. This is medical fraud in the first degree now I'm in pain and they did the wrong teeth. HELP PLEASE

Experiencia negativa: The absolute worst experience and we never even made it to see anyone. My husband walked out with my children and we will not be going back. They waited in the waiting room until around 2 pm for 3 appointments for our children, the first started at 1. While waiting there were other (Adult) patients in the room talking about killing animals and using derogatory words for special needs people while my special needs daughter sat there. Nothing was ever said to them. I am honestly appalled by the whole experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The girls at the desk are as friendly and proficient as they can be with nonstop ringing phones and people coming in and out constantly; it's a very busy place for only two girls to be running it, but they do it very well and with a smile. The dentist is extremely personable and professional, and his nurses are warm and engaging angels who put you at ease upon your arrival and are extremely helpful. I've been to the Deland and the Deltona offices, from when I had my real teeth to when I had my real expensive teeth, and this is my first time coming to the Sanford office. It doesn't seem to matter where you go, Greensburg Dental is the best choice to make for all of your dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Something very odd has happened, I have not been able to reach the office directly. Several weeks ago I had gone in the Sanford office with a broken tooth ,it was broke in half, I was in very bad pain. The Dr. looked at it and told me the tooth had to be extracted and a root canal had to be done, will I waited the procedure was approved... He told me to schedule an appointment, I did so and the girl scheduled me about 3 weeks later .. and I was sent home... when I got home I called and asked what to do for the pain , he prescribed 6 pain pills to cover the next 3 weeks, a joke in all rights . About 3 days before the appointment some woman called and told me the Dr. had an eme6come up and he wouldn't be in the office that Dat, to reschedule...theat know is about 45 -60 days later... finally a real person answered about 10 days ago , I explained and she apologized and said they have been having scheduling problems. The nice lady told me somebody would definitely get back to me... Yesterday Sept 11th a Sunday, I received a text saying I have a scheduled appointment for Monday at 2 pm, I didn't see the text until 11:30 am....I tried to call the office 3 times, no answer by a real person, left message !!! Wed I have a hospital procedure by a gastrologist... where I will be put under ... and can't have any other procedures performed within 7 days,,,, The dentist office had scheduled me without talking to me ,,,,,, I am so very upset with the lack of professionalism and there over booking needy patients rolling some much money , that the dollar matters over the paitient.... This is a moral issue ....

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience here. I let him work on my 6 year old. All the work he did got infected and he just sent me to another office where they ended up pulling her teeth. Now she will have spacers in her mouth for the next 5 to 7 years. Zero stars. Money hungry, careless person

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT go here! I used to work in dentistry and have been in both good and bad offices, and I know a bad one when I see one! I’m new to the area and lesson learned! Took my 4 kids here for cleaning, X-rays, and exams. When the dentist came in to do his exam he did not use gloves, did not use a mirror, or an explorer to check the teeth. No barriers on anything. No bedside manner! He used a Q-TIP! Gross!! Was told my daughter needs cleanings every 3 months due to her being in braces! Every other visit would be out of pocket. That’s a lie, 6 month cleanings are just fine for ortho patients. They also did not floss my kids teeth, or prophy them. Just used the ultrasonic scaler quickly and slapped a bunch of flourish on! Front desk is rude. You can’t schedule your follow up cleaning. Seriously, go elsewhere!! I’m so disgusted and will be diligently looking for a good private practice! I’m not sure how there are any good reviews! They have to be family members or bought

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Ward took great care of us all while making sure any questions or concerns were answered. The hygienist also took the time to explain during the cleanings what was going on for my wife and I during our visit to help us with teeth cleaning going forward. Overall I trust and like this dentist office as they take great pride in their work and made going to the dentist super easy and relaxing.

Experiencia positiva: They ONLY get a 3 because the dental assistant was friendly and explained everything. They never called to confirm the appointment. Wasn't greeted when we first walked in. The doctor never looked me in my face or explained anything, he was literally in the room for less than five minutes & NEVER CAME BACK! Never washed his hands or used gloves. My daughter was talking to him and he never responded to her. Just rude and money hungry. Said my daughter needed all this work done (which found out later it wasn't needed, she's ONLY 5). I would NEVER take my daughter back but the one in DELTONA is awesome

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment for my daughter- no body called to confirm it. The day of the appointment I called the location to make sure all was still good but I just kept getting a voicemail. I went to the location to find a note on the door the branch had been closed since Wed and it was now Friday. When I spoke to them the following week all they could said was " sorry, they were suppose to call you" and offer me a new appointment.
