Experiencia fantástica: Today was my 2 year old's first dental visit. Everyone was extremely friendly and described everything to her so she stayed positive. She sat by herself and let the hygeinist and Dentist do every thing they needed to do without a single tear shed.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids old dentist we could never get an appointment and they were rude so I switched to children's dental health for my 2 girls my youngest it was her first dental visit and my other daughter had some concerns it was so clean and plenty of things for the kids. The staff was so kind and accommodating to both of my kids we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this dental office and our experience yesterday we will never go anywhere else for our kids we are locked in ❤️

He’s usually so nervous but they made him feel comfortable the entire time! Staff was very professional and friendly. I made appointments for my other children here. Pros: * Very Clean * Staff friendly * Very convenient on making appointments * Love the texts of available appointments * Mr. Anthony is THEE BEST!!! Very straight forward, very observant, as well as tentative to any concerns. * The office staff is ON-TOP of EVERYTHING. * Nice activities to keep the kiddos occupied. * Festive decorations for the kids/holidays * Waiting period has been quick and painless....rotation is AMAZING! Cons: I don't have any!!! I'm not kidding, I truly cannot think of anything at the moment. Now we have only been 2x, but both times, it's the same vibes. Glad we stayed with Children's Dental after moving. So happy you guys had another location that was closer to new home.

The place is nicely arranged and has ipads on the wall for kids, and they reward the kids with treaties for being cooperative. I love this place to say the least. Experiencia fantástica: Very busy practice, but run efficiently with good teamwork. Everyone there clearly enjoys working with children as well. Although not utilized personally, practice is beyond proficient in caring for patients whose primary language is not English.

Made my son feel really comfortable. Hygienists were even laughing with him about something in the back- it was really nice to see. Bilingual staff is great and friendly.. The waiting room was comfortable and kid friendly so that helps too. Love this place .

Experiencia fantástica: My child needed a crown for a cavity, but he was a patient at another place and they tried to put the crown on him 4 times because he was very scared and anxious. The doctor was very professional in his work. My child was already very nervous when he entered the room and the doctor was able to calm my child down in an instant and perform the work. Excellent treatment from all the staff! Thank you very much! My child is happy and he told me to give him 5 stars :)

They return calls quickly as well. I have been with them since Foulk Rd 12 years. It’s sad that we will age out in 8 years.

Experiencia fantástica: My 4 year old is so comfortable there…all of the staff are very friendly and put him at ease every time. He fell and hit his 2 front teeth and knocked them out of place and the doctor soothed me as I was crying about my baby loosing his teeth so early.

Experiencia negativa: The doctors are good. The hygienists are fine. The staff is generally disinterested. Their financial procedures are suspect --they make you pay up front for fillings and you get a refund 3-4 months later (often for approx half or more of what they collected from you). Likely a private equity owned practice.

Experiencia negativa: Children’s Dental Health refused to treat my children & did not even inform me. In fact, they sent me multiple appt reminders & when I called with a week notice to change the appt, they stated they would no longer have them as patients. Their explanation was that they did not like that I had questions regarding their treatment. Why as a parent should I not be able to question my children’s treatment plan? Why is the expectation that I just have my kids assigned treatments blindly?

Over the years, we’ve come in for everything from routine checkups to tooth repairs, and each visit has been handled with care and professionalism. I recommend the practice to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I never have any problems with the staff at Children’s Dental Health. Im always well informed in my daughter’s care when coming here. Where they used to go I never knew what was being done, down to an X-ray or a sealant. X-rays are yearly and panoramic X-rays are usually 3-5 years, so not knowing is costly(for some). Sealants are good but not always covered if already done on your kid. So if you’re not aware that it was done, you don’t know that you’re gonna have to pay to get it done. Again, in the case that your kid destroys it the first time. I’m the parent that likes to be informed. I will always choose here. I know this is long but let’s just not forget that the hygienists CARE about your kids. So even a bigger reason to come here. Corporate is one thing but the staff remains the same.❤️

Experiencia fantástica: My 3 year old pediatrician had given me a list of dental offices because the other two dental office couldn’t accept the insurance we had since they were 3 . Setting up the appointments were quick. My 3 kids appointment was @1pm and before 1:25 , all three of them were in getting their cleaning while I received text for their next appointment. The amazing thing was that it was my 3 year old first cleaning and he did really great!!! The office space is really kid friendly, my kids told me they really loved being there and the doctor, hygienist, ladies at the front desk were all very friendly. Highly recommended!!! Wish I could have find them early!!!!
