Experiencia negativa: This is a disappointment of a dental office. How can you offer "emergency pediatric dental services" and then tell me the soonest you can schedule an appointment to address my emergency is 4-months from now, otherwise I should 'go to the ER'. I don't know many three year olds that are willingly compliant at the dentist. The fact that their excuse for not cleaning, or x-raying, or even examining my toddlers teeth is that he "wasn't cooperative" is very upsetting. Here we are, three weeks after his last check up with a hole in his tooth, a swollen face, and a nightmare weekend of screams and restless nights, and the manager Megan says, "I'll call around for you and try to find someone who can help." Megan, you were our kids primary dental provider. We came to your office for help. We won't make that mistake again. Toddler parents beware.

My kids like the staff and love the little playground in the lobby. They also are really good about being flexible with scheduling with me which is super helpful. Experiencia fantástica: We live 2 hours away and when they found two small cavities on my daughter they filled them that same day during my daughter’s regular cleaning appointment so we didn’t have to make a second trip. So thoughtful!

Experiencia fantástica: We have been going here the last few years. They are friendly, quick and go the extra mile. My kids are comfortable with sunglasses and a tv to watch in the ceiling to help them relax. They answer all my questions too. I would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My kids absolutely love this dentist office, the waiting room is amazing to them with the ship, and the doctor is very good and thorough and takes time to explain everything in ways that are easily understandable for me as a parent. The nurses or dental assistants are very friendly and sweet and the kids love going. Thank you for making it such a fun and welcoming environment for my Littles.

Experiencia positiva: I felt like they did an excellent job cleaning my daughter’s teeth. But I felt very rushed out the door and was not impressed with bedside manner of the doctor. My daughter has anxiety when it comes to go to the doctor/dentist. I just felt like we were pushed out.

My only problem I have is they are so rushed. And the first time is understandable we have times when we are running behind and we are rushing but as paying patients we should all be given that time. But this has happened again. So I just wish they didn’t make us feel rushed

Even my girls love coming to the dentist and often ask when the next appointment is which makes my job as their mom easier. Today I brought all 5 and we were in and out in less than 45 min. We will continue to come back to Kids Dental!

Experiencia negativa: I get that my kids are not the easiest. My son is wiggly, has high anxiety about doctors and dentists, and talks a lot. I understand that staff get tired or stressed. But I was really disappointed in how we were treated today. Both the dentist and the assistants were impatient, short, and seemed irritated in general with us. One of them rolled her eyes and made faces when my son was struggling to sit still. They rushed us through the cleaning and got us out the door and it very much felt like we were an inconvenience. We are going to change dentists because of our experience. If you have kids with anxiety, consider other places.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been going to Kid’s Dental for almost two years now. All of the assistants, office managers and dentists are helpful and kind and very good with kids. Their teeth have been well cared for, and the kids love to play on the ship in the waiting area.

Experiencia positiva: Cute, welcoming office. Receptionist is friendly. The dental techs and hygienists are kind. They were patient with my smaller palate 9 yo son during X-rays and cleaning. He has some texture and sensory sensitivity and they acknowledged how brave he was being. He's worked hard to overcome fears and even had braces for a year. The dentists (at least the two we encountered) were abrasive and seemed callous or untrained in working with kids. -The first dentist was aggro about whether we had sealed my sons teeth the at our previous dentist (we had and they're warrantied). He seemed mad we did not want to pay out of pocket to do it again. -The second dentist was filling two small cavities on my above mentioned 9 yo. My son did not tolerate the gas and was struggling to breath normally with the 'pillow' (it goes along the cheek and back of tongue to minimize spit) so I was encouraging him to count his breathing (I'm a therapist/counselor). He snapped at him to just breath normal and hold his legs still. They were shaking in panic. No empathy. How do you work with kids? Even though we liked the office and other staff, the last dentist ruined it for us. I don't want or need my kid to have unnecessary fears from avoidable stressors.

They are always excited to go and it's because the staff makes them feel comfortable and at ease. Never been disappointed and will keep my kids going here!

Experiencia fantástica: They've taken care of my 5 kids teeth for a few years now, and they've always taken care of us without judgement. They are informative about what's going on, why, and what can be done to make things better. I'm giving a 5 star review now because my daughter had 4 different appointments to get her teeth fixed (cleaning, root canal, left side, right side). They saw an opportunity to consolodate appointments after the root canal and took extra time to do the work in one shot. That saved us so much heache (and toothaches). Thank you for being so respectful and professional with us!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome and caring staff. My kids are never afraid to come here and my youngest who has autism let’s them clean her teeth and do the X-rays which a huge deal for her. They take their time with her and are so friendly that it’s calming for her. They even go out of their way to make her as comfortable as possible never rushing or making her do something she’s not ready for.

They were very good with my kids and very helpful up until it came time to schedule another appointment. The receptionist Camry was not polite at all, she came off very rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to even want to help me. It’s a dentist for kids so I feel like she needs to have a better attitude or find a different job… Definitely ruins an experience when receptionist are snobby for no reason. This isn’t the first time she has been rude, she called to confirm an appointment with me yesterday and was not nice about it. Aracely is the other receptionist and she’s always been so friendly.

Experiencia negativa: Will not be coming back. I have been taking my kids here for almost 8 years. We have not once had a complaint until now. My daughter’s anxiety with needles has increased over the years. The nurses and doctor have been notified multiple times about this. At my daughters appt today my husband told them my daughter did not want to have a shot in her mouth and that she asked for them to try something else. As soon as my husband looked away he heard my daughter shriek and saw them holding her down as the Dr was forcefully giving her a shot in the mouth. Then proceeded to tell my daughter she was overly anxious, over reacting and then told her that younger kids than her handle this better than she had. I have zero words for how I feel. There was zero empathy given to my child. Just for Kids you literally had zero right and absolutely no permission to physically restrain my daughter. My child is literally traumatized and will never forget this experience. This was not life or death and could have been rescheduled to figure out how to handle it in a more professional manner.
