Experiencia fantástica: I love Dr. Monika is amazing. My whole family goes there. My youngest sikes himself out so much when it comes to shots and she is so patient with him and takes it slow. She has even tried fixing a crown that was mess up from a different dentist (not their fault either) but it wasn't working. Honestly I have not had a bad experience with anyone there. Highly recommend these guys, especially Dr. Monika.

She truly listens and has helped improve my overall oral health by leaps and bounds. The Hygenist, I wish I could remember his name was also fabulous. He cleaned my teeth and made the process effortless and easy. I’m not nearly as nervous as I used to be and if you’re on the fence about a great dental office to visit, I promise you, this is the place to go! 11/10 am going to keep going here for as long as I live!

Experiencia fantástica: i’ve always had major anxiety going into dentist appointments, and recently i haven’t had the best teeth so i’ve been super anxious and insecure about them, Dr monica and her team especially Angel, has been more than kind to me, they make me feel like my teeth aren’t horrible and that everything is fixable. i have never wanted to hug someone as much as i do with these staff members. i had a cleaning that went 30 mins past closing and angel and one of the sweet receptionist stayed for me. i will always have anxiety going into dentist offices but with these guys i have so much less.

Angel was my hygienist; very kind and thorough…which I really appreciated because I’m kind of a chicken. The dentist I saw today was covering for Dr Monika, and was also very thorough; answered all my questions. They had state of the art equipment throughout. It was a great experience and I’ll be back for my next routine appointment in 6 months; I highly recommend this dental practice.

During my visit, he took his time, explained every step, and was incredibly patient. I had to have a root canal, but everything turned out great! I am so incredibly grateful for the kindness I was shown from Dr. Kolby! If you have a fear of the dentist like I did, this is the place to go! Dr. Kolby and the staff will take great care of you!

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who hasn't been to the dentist in almost 2 decades due to some childhood dentist trauma. Shannon did amazing offering me all the comforts possible for just a simple cleaning. Also changed my kids from their pediatric dentist to them and they love it.

Experiencia negativa: I was very hesitant about posting this because I have never written a bad review but I feel like this experience should be shared about this office. I went to the dentist (sunrise smiles in Idahofalls) back in august. They examined me and told me that they recommended I fix a few of my teeth with fillings. One of those teeth happened to be my upper left had tooth. I noticed pain after it was filled and called several times. They told me it was normal and I needed to wait. Well…the pain only got worse. There was a throb and shooting pain anytime I ate anything cold or hot. Ever since so got this tooth “fixed” it’s also catches food worse then any I’ve ever had. I called once again and they told me to wait. After calling several times they told me to finally come back in. They examined me briefly before telling me that the filling wasn't lined up because of the shape of my tooth and that it was most likely what was now causing decay. They then informed me that I now needed a crown. I asked if they would redo my filling if at all possible to fix the food trap. They told me no and that I needed the crown. When I asked about price they quoted me almost $1,500 for a crown on the tooth that they were supposed to fix back in august. I was upset and pretty freaking confused to say the least. So I went and got a second opinion. The dentist that I saw is a family friend and examined my tooth. He told me I needed to get my filling redone and if it didn’t get better to go forward with the crown but that he wouldn’t rush it in fear that the crown would be a root canal anyway. After talking with him I called back sunrise smiles and explained what I had learned in my appointment to get a second opinion. They told me they could not redo the filling. They then told me if I was still hurting they could do the crown but they would not cover it even tho they were the ones who had messed up my tooth. Fast forward to now. I have waited to see if the tooth would get better, I waited until my sinus cleared up, I got a second opinion, and waited for things to shape up. It definitely hasn’t. I am now even more sensitive to hot and cold, I get shooting pains in my tooth that give me headaches and zinging in the nerve. Unfortunately I think the crown and filling are now completely out of picture as I now believe I will need a root canal. So sad to say I will definitely be taking my service elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: This has been our Dentist for years. When we moved to the town 50 miles away we have kept coming to them. This last visit my wife had two cavities filled and the following week she was still having pain and sensitivity. When we had an opening in our schedule we called to see if they could look at it. They told us that they were too busy and the next week would be the next opening. We couldn’t make it then and we decided to see if it resolved over the weekend. When we called back a second time they again said they were full and they could see us in the next week. I was so disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: We used to always go to our trusted dentist but he did not take our insurance any more. So we tried Sunrise Smiles because she got us an appt in a timely manner and took our insurance. She was so nice. The experience was fine. Bedside manner was excellent. - this was in 2023. Took my daughter (19 yo) and the Dr. said she had 7 cavities. She has not had cavities in 10 years. We filled all 7 even though this was suspicious. ONLY 2 years later - one of the fillings popped out while flossing. We called our OLD dentist because he could get her in that same day as a favor. He said the fillings had ALL - "FAILED". He said they were poorly done and had cracks in them and they all had festering material underneath. This sucked! ended up paying out of pocket to have ALL the cavities redone. It makes me actually really sad that this happened. I thought the Sunrise Smiles Dr. was so nice and so good and I really wanted to support a female business owner. I am truly very disappointed at this outcome.

Experiencia negativa: Got a flyer in the mail. I called to ask about the Healthy Smiles Subscription and was Helped by AI. The AI said there was no such Subscription! I wanted to buy a plan for both of my kids as they have no dental Insurance. I am moving on!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My Fiancé and I have only just started going but it has been a very pleasant experience (as pleasant as a dentist visit can be haha). We both have gotten a cleaning and my fiancé has gotten cavities filled and a wisdom tooth pulled. They are very informative and make sure you understand what’s going on with your teeth as well as very patient with you during your visit if you need breaks or anything. They are also very easy to work with when figuring what you can do according to your financial needs.

Experiencia negativa: Had bad infected tooth, dentist explained i could have heart issues if I let it go too long. But medicaid take 6 to 8 weeks to pre authorize. Was forced to pay 317.00 for extraction. Now to juat get to it checked to make sure everything is OK will take over a week. I think this ia ridiculous.
