The office atmosphere is most appealing and friendly. My new dentist, Dr. Jones, is an exceptional doctor in dentistry, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to her patients.

Experiencia negativa: IF YOU DONT LIKE NEEDLES,ARE YOUNG, OR LIKE THINGS BEING EXPLAINED BEFOREHAND DONT GO HERE. If I could put zero stars I would. My first experience was great with the hygienist she was super nice and explained everything. Unfortunately I can’t come back here every again. I was scheduled for a standard filling but over a month out from my cleaning that’s the first point. Then I realize that they never disclosed any info about how they do standard procedures and this was a new dentist for me so I call around 20 min before my appointment to ask if they use needles for the anesthesia. This is common to be used but typically there are alternatives the person on the phone was absolutely terrible rude and had compassion or empathy for me as I explained to her that I don’t do well with needles in my mouth and this is the first I hear about this for a simple procedure. She was stale and monotone about how that’s the only option and to go somewhere else for what I’m looking for. Then I try to proceed to cancel and she states that there is a cancellation fee with attitude saying that it’s 20 min away from the appointment. I absolutely don’t understand this, consequently, I feel pressured to go through and go to get this procedure done as I don’t have the money to pay the fee. When I make it to this place I ask her again and someone in the back just says let her cancel it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Why are you going to badger me about a fee when I wasn’t told about anything when clearly someone doesn’t care as much as you. I saw the hygienist there again she was still very nice and trying to understand the situation from my point of view as I am recently transitioning to adult dentists. Overall, zero professionalism from the front desk lady and absolutely not nice at all looks like she hates her job. Even when I went to do my scheduling after my cleaning appointment she’s was still having a terrible attitude. DONT WORK IN HEALTHCARE IF YOU CANT HELP PEOPLE. OR LIKE PEOPLE

Experiencia negativa: Let me start by saying I’ve been coming to this office since around 2012, my whole family has used this office. Dr. Murrell and his dad have been great and we’ve had no issues that whole time until now. The front desk associate I believe her name was Kaylee was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude when I called trying to be seen for tooth pain. I don’t understand having that kind of attitude toward someone you’re supposed to help. What made it worse was that she started speaking as if she could determine treatment over the phone, despite clearly not knowing what she was talking about. It was frustrating, unhelpful, and completely inappropriate. I’m literally choosing to deal with this pain longer just to find a place that doesn’t treat PAYING patients like that. After 10+ years, that’s what finally pushed me out.

Experiencia fantástica: I will never not sing the praise of Dr. Victoria Jones. I have been under her care for a good few years now. She is by far the most compassionate dentist I have ever had, on top of being extremely good at what she does. I periodically struggle with my mental health, which results in periods of poor dental hygiene. Unlike previous dentists I have had, Dr. Jones has been kind and understanding, listening to me without judgement and is patient with all of my questions. I always know I'm in good hands with her. AND not to mention the other staff are all lovely. My hygienist (I was not certain I had gotten her name, I believe it may have been Dani? something like that) she was kind, gentle with my sensitive teeth, and overall made my cleaning a very easy stress-free process. Front desk is very friendly and responds to phone calls in a timely manner. Very refreshing. All in all, I HEAVILY recommend this practice.

Experiencia negativa: Love Dr. Jones, great bedside manner and professionalism. Have had cleaning there 4x in the past 2 years with one hygienist and she's one of the worst I've ever had. Good hygienists will clean your whole mouth while focus on problem areas and you leave with a super clean feeling for days. This hygienist focus on easy to reach areas like your lower front teeth and COMPLETELY skips over the top and bottom molars. Most of the time is spent polishing, where she brushes your teeth. The polishing is just fancy brushing. I leave each cleaning as if I've only just brushed my teeth at home, not professionally cleaned, and that it's a waste of time and money. I wish I had asked for a different hygienist.

Experiencia positiva: Office staff is friendly. I needed a filling and received one from Dr Murrell. He is very heavy handed and pinched my lip almost the entire procedure. Since then, I've had issues with drinking cold drinks, it hurts my tooth to floss, and it doesn't feel right. I went back with my concerns of the tooth not feeling the way it was before, and he almost seemed annoyed with me. He wasn't rude at all just seemed annoyed. I just think he is young and needs more experience. Will not be getting my tooth fixed at that office ONLY because I am very picky about who I let touch my teeth. My son went in for sealants and complained of his heavy and his lip being pinched as well. So, I think this is something he should be made aware of.
