Experiencia negativa: I had high hopes for this place but, it seems that there’s a theme here. I went into this office with the staff knowing I was paying cash for my services as my insurance was paying for nothing. They are now trying to get me to pay $800 for ‘services’ and I haven’t received all of them. I still need another cavity filled and that was on the original treatment plan. Of which, I’ve already paid in full for ($1500). Now, they will not send me my treatment plan, insisting I call them. I just want my records/treatment plan and my tooth fixed like I paid for. They offered to let me ‘pay half’ of the $800 random charge, knowing full well I didn’t have insurance and paid cash, in full.

And Cameron, my hygienist, is amazing. She’s gentle, funny, and somehow makes a cleaning feel like a spa appointment. If I could give them extra stars, I would. Highly recommend this whole team!

Experiencia negativa: Went to Mexico to get implant done for 2k quoted 6-10k from this place . If I can give the rude dentist zero stars I would. She argued with me when I asked questions. She made me feel like I was arguing with a child when I was asking questions. I had to literally phrase my questions one by one so she didn’t get mad. The office lady’s including the young women who takes payment they were very nice. The dentist needs to either be fired; or taught a lesson on manners. So unprofessional. The dentist in Mexico went above and beyond my experience here. For a fraction of the price. I had an amazing dental experience. Vacation good food and for a fraction. My dentist here in Cancun at prime dental did An amazing job and treated me like a human who naturally asks questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Transferred to Blissful after my husband and I both had poor experiences with having our teeth cleaned at another dental practice last year. At Blissful our expectations were exceeded! The facility itself is clean and the decor is nice and modern—it has the feel of a spa and I found it very calming. The staff are all wonderful and very competent. I told my hygienist today that this was the best and most gentle cleaning I’d ever experienced. She took care working with my sensitive gums which is something the last practice that I visited did NOT do! I will have no anxiety about visiting Blissful again for my next cleaning in 6 months. Experiencia negativa: Interesting visit today to put it mildly. Was met with a different hygienist today who immediately took two X-rays on each side of my mouth, a first. Then a doctor I had never met says he’s going to look at my teeth and discovers some “pockets” down in my lower teeth. This is another first as the dentist in the past 40 years always comes in after the cleaning.This has never been mentioned to me once in 3 years that I have used this dentist office. I have never had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. Says I must have a treatment that includes deep cleaning, which is over $300 out of pocket where a regular cleaning has no deductible. I am also presented with an office manager, another first who takes notes of the diagnosis and I am unsure of the purpose of this. I tell them I want a second opinion and feel as though I’m being upsold which I am assured I am not. I ask them to give me a regular cleaning that I have always gotten and I’ll think about the other but am told that they could lose their license if they did that. So I received no cleaning. It all seemed “eye brow” raising to me. Something’s changed up there and I don’t want any part of it. So I’ll be moving our family somewhere else. Also I see a few months back someone had almost the same identical experience. Where there’s smoke there’s fire. Appears to be a scam to me.

Dr. Garraway’s exceptional skill was evident. The extraction was so expertly done I could have slept through it. The staff is efficient, informative, friendly, and lovely, in a rare blend almost never found anymore. I immediately scheduled and started my crowns. The office is super clean and comforting. Dr Garraway offers cosmetic and Botox services I never dreamed of doing, in her very modern dental office. I give 5 Stars and highly recommend everyone consider this comforting, cost efficient, and friendly dental office for their dental and cosmetic treatment needs.

Few minutes after finishing I got a call I could come in that same day if I were available. Pleasantly surprised by how fast they responded. Went to my appointment, got new X rays and all and a regular cleaning. Staff was very friendly and professional and all seemed well trained and knowledgeable about the few questions I had. Very satisfied and will be returning.

Spoke to the dentist a few times after this occurred and was offered no help. She didn't take the dental issue seriously. I should have realized something was wrong when a business has staff coming and going. Beware of this place in my opinion. My experience was unpleasant.

Before coming here my experiences had been where many were not gentle and made it for a harder experience and sometimes very painful. My experiences here have been spectacular, very gentle, kind and patient. Great attitude as well as very friendly. Dentist is also great! Just felt I would share something that was very important and personal to my experience. I wish I had remembered her name at the time of this writing to send her a big kudos! Your dedication and kindness is seen, thank you! You made my experience here worth it!

Experiencia negativa: I was incredibly excited when I found out about this place! I took my 17 year old twins one of which is in braces. Well, after our visit, we were told that my child who was in braces (on just the top teeth) needed to have their braces removed like ASAP. So a call was scheduled a few days later so that the Orthodontitst and Dentist could speak regarding my son's care and how the brackets needed to come off or they could seriously injured the teeth. I asked to be called directly after the appointment bc I was just so distraught about having to do this. Well I was on pins and needles this entire time bc the way I was viewing this braces removal was that it was an urgent matter. Well I received no phone call at 330 after this meeting which was Halloween so I figured it was late in the day on Halloween so I would just hear something Monday (Friday they are closed and Halloween was on a Thursday) so I continued to worry about this all through the weekend but there was nothing I can do other than wait. Meanwhile he had his wires removed for the appointment and my ortho told me not to put them back in until the 2 Dcotors spoke. Around 4 on Monday I finally called Blissful and I was told that it hadn't been 24 business hours since the call took place (implying why would I expect an answer now?) I took that to mean the call took place the notes just weren't written up yet (or something like that) so I called the ORTHO rather upset bc then I wondered why they didn't call me to let me know what was up! They told me They were all ready for the appointment called the Dentist with no answer and no call back as yet and thst was Tuesday so of course I was upset but I just figured I would get an apology and an omg let's schedule this ASAP. Instead I got told the entire call was never an actual appointment but just a call at the 2 Docs earliest convenience which is an absolute lie. Due to the confusion my Orthodontitst told Bliss they weren't going to talk to them until they spoke w me so I could tell them if I was going to stay with them for Dental. Meanwhile my son was scheduled for an extraction today that I had told Blissful I wanted to go ahead and do that with nitrus and I asked how much the nitrus would be. I got no answer to that so I assumed that was cancelled. When I emailed them about today's visit they said i should have a received a letter which I guess I missed in the email but it just says they no longer wish for any of us to go there for several reasons one of which being that I disagreed with the Dentists recommendations which is absolutely incorrect. What I disagreed with was the fact that those recommendations were never discussed when they were supposed to and I think I had a right to be upset about that, as Blissful stopped my son's Orthodontitst treatment in what they communicated to me was very urgent almost emergency level reason but then didn't bother to appear/call the Orthodontitst at designated time. Nor did they bother to communicate to me that this appointment never took place. Nor apologize and say we are so sorry but let's get it done. I was then lied to and told it aas never an appointment just a call whenever convenient. And then didn't respond to my emails about the extraction that was supposed to be done today but sent me a letter from an email I dont recognize so it gets filtered basically letting us all go as patients. His sister too. Who has done nothing wrong. Sorry but a real simple sorry wired got crossed let's figure this out would have totally sufficed.

If you’re looking for a dental office in north Florida then you can stop looking, because this is the best place you’ll find!! This experience at blissful was phenomenal, from the moment you walk through the door you’re greeted with smiles, and great customer service. Also free coffee and water. Any questions you may have will be answers in a timely manner! Once I stepped into the back the techs and dental assistants were the most professional women I’ve ever done business with! They give off a lighthearted, motherly, big sister vibe. Especially Erica! You feel right at home with these ladies! Very professional, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing!!! Now as for Dr. Chinara Garraway, only one thing to say, BEST DENTIST IN FLORIDA!! Honestly, she and her techs were VERY patient with me, offered me headphones, a blanket, and even netflix to calm my anxiety! She was quick and precise, she answered every question they I had, and she did it with a smile!! She will definitely become my primary dentist, and if you’re reading this you should also choose her and her team!! 10 out of 10 experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and thorough, both staff and doctor Garraway. Cheerful ( honestly, I wondered if they were stressed out by being so perky, but it was pleasant), and educational with answering all my questions. They check in with your comfort during procedures. If you realistically tell them your habits and what you're capable of, they will not judge you. While I'm sure a lot of their clients are able to afford an extras, they respected the fact I was on a budget I would have taken of half or a quarter point becaue they made some subtle upselling attemts (although they pulled back well shy of pushy) and that's fine, because they're a business like anyone else. You have to hustle out there, and people often do want additional services. To me, it wasn't worth a whole point deduction, but if this is a problem for you, just assert yourself, and they definitely will still be nice to you. By the way, I'm used to an old school dentist ,so the spa aditions were new, but surprisingly, weren't weird at all, I can see them being very pleasant.

My new dentist Doctor Chinara is professional, kind, patient, and understanding. It is evident that she took great care into planning and keeping her patients’ needs in mind! She intelligently explained my treatment and the steps needed to create my new smile. The VIP treatment was amazing, as it tremendously helped me with decreasing my anxiety. During the procedure, Doctor Chinara took great care to ensure my comfort (my previous dentist failed terribly at this); She would always take care to ensure that I didn’t feel pain. Needless to say, my negative perceptions of dental visits have changed because of Dr Chinara and her kind and caring staff that kept me smiling. The VIP treatment sets my mind at ease and I still look forward to visiting the dentist (unheard of!)! My oral health has improved tremendously because of Dr. Garraway and I am forever thankful. Experiencia fantástica: I had my first appointment this morning and I’m amazed and pleased! I had no idea that a dentist office could be so friendly, so relaxing and so caring. It’s always been a bit of a struggle for me but I didn’t feel any of that. The hygienist was wonderful, capable and kind. No judgment. Very positive energy. And Dr Garraway is really competent, professional and attentive to what my needs are. I felt seen and heard and supported. Im actually looking forward to moving forward with a new plan for my teeth!

Experiencia positiva: Ms. Terica, the dental hygienist did a great job with the cleaning. The only grievance I had was that prior to my appointment date I was told that the BCBS insurance provider I currently have was in network, which was the reason for me coming to Blissful, a new dental provider for me, but at the end of my services I was told that my insurance provider was out of network and I had to pay out of pocket. This was very disappointing. The atmosphere was perfect but sadly I have to find an in network provider.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrendous. After waiting and over hearing another patient complain about billing I was taken back to the exam room. I had xrays taken and then the Hygienist literally stabbed my gums with a sharp instrument both front and back of each tooth top and bottom causing them to bleed and my mouth to throb. Then she told me the dentist would be in. Dentist came in and said I needed a more expensive cleaning since my gums were bleeding. They then had me leave the chair, go to another room to discuss pricing. I was told this would be several hundred more than a standard cleaning. I declined the new cleaning method and requested a basic cleaning. I was told at that time that I could leave and come back another day for a standard cleaning. First of all, this is my second time at this office for a cleaning. This was not the procedure the first time I was there. Also, I have been getting my teeth cleaned for 35 years, I have NEVER had a hygienist stab my gums and the dentist come in BEFORE my teeth were cleaned. I have zero cavities or dental issues. This 100% seemed like a scam to get me to pay more money. I should be allowed to refuse an upgraded service and just have the standard cleaning I was scheduled for. I left in pain and still without a dental cleaning. This was extremely unethical and unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve finally found my new dentist in Tallahassee, FL. My new patient appointment was at 8:00a and I was in my car with a new appointment and dental treatment plan by 8:40a. I was really impressed about their wait times, and effective service. That time even included X-rays and speaking with Dr. Garraway. I didn’t fell rushed. She made sure I was comfortable with my suggested treatment plan. I’m really excited about choosing Blissful Dental Spa as my new dentist. Ioved my dentist in Nashville, and know I feel like I will love this one equally as much.

As usual, the atmosphere is calming and with very enthusiastic, pleasant/educated staff!!!! Thanks Myisha for the dental knowledge and cleaning! I look at dentistry in a profound new/positive way. As usual, Doctor G always goes out of her way to ensure that you aren’t in pain! I’ve also experienced the quickest healing times ever (within 24 hours)! As usual, the atmosphere is elegant and pleasant (no screams). I loveeee the VIP treatment because you get pampered and a warm back massage when your work is in process! If you are a dental-phobe like me, this will help divert your attention and relax you (like a spa treatment!)!! I feel healthier and I am thankful for all of her hard work. From now own, I will not accept any dental insurance where she is not listed as an in-network provider! Yes, she is just that good! I actually want to go to the dentist now, which for me is unbelievable! And trust me, I have experienced my share of negative dental experiences in this lifetime! I just cannot brag enough for this Angelic Dentist!!! I had a challenging mouth, that is sooo much better because of the outstanding deep cleaning / cleaning/extractions services that I received!!!! Doctor is educated, professional, thorough, informative, reactive, pleasant, and down-to-earth! What more could you ask for? For me, going to the dentist is bearable and no longer dreadful! It really is Blissful! Yes, she totally nailed it! This business truly lives up to the name! Update: Dr. G is still the greatest…. she is very understanding and caring. I love that she considers all patients concerns! Great Dr! Nothing can take away from that !

Experiencia fantástica: I was born and raised in Tallahassee and I’ve been through so many dentists around town. Dr. Garroway is truly top notch. Today in particular, I had a filling come loose and caused a lot of pain, I called her office and they had me in there getting it fixed in less than an hour. She’s is honest and cares about her clients. She also has great staff who remember you by name when you come in. I will continue to go here for years to come.

Staff are VERY nice and respected, I had my teeth cleaned and I can tell how good the Dental Hygienist (Asia) worked on my teeth and addressed all of my concerns properly. Honestly, I would always ask to be seen by Asia. Just can’t tell you how happy and satisfied I am after my first visit. Also the place is very nice, clean, and setup is beautiful!
