Even after moving three times, I still make the commute to his Clifton and Little Falls offices — and it’s well worth it. Like many people, I slacked on dental visits during Covid and unfortunately paid the price. I ended up needing my first dental implant, and while I was nervous about the surgery (I’ll admit I was a bit of a chicken!), I knew I was in the best hands. To my surprise — it didn’t hurt at all. Honestly! For context, my tooth had been previously extracted by a different dental group during an emergency, and that did hurt a little. But the implant with Dr. Shahmehdi was completely pain-free. I found Dr. Shahmehdi and Picture Perfect Smile through my insurance and decided to check their website & reviews for insight before committing to an appointment. I was so impressed that I called the office for an appointment and was amazed by the compassion and the professionalism of the receptionist. The office is easy to locate with convenient parking in the back. Very clean from the outside and absolutely gorgeous in the inside. Every single room in the office felt beautifully clean, it was amazing! Giselle, the dental assistant was so sweet and so professional and Dr. Shahmehdi was out of this world amazing. He has the best disposition of any dentist I know, is so incredibly professional and so incredibly sweet. Dr. Shahmehdi made me feel very comfortable, was transparent with his diagnosis and proposed treatment plus he has the most gentle hands of any dentist I have met. Also, Dr. Shahmehdi was very professional and provided pain-free treatment. The checkout process was also very impressive with careful consideration to covid guidelines. On my very first appointment Dr. Shahmehdi was very professional and told me I have a lot more problems than I ever knew and proceeded to inform me how he would go about the procedures and everything that needed to done was on the premises. I always got sent to other “ specialist”. The woman from the front desk to the doctors assistants are the sweetest and calming staff I ever met. The office is newly renovated and clean with up to date with technology. Yes this is a long review but I’m personally satisfied !

Tammy is the most awesome dental hygienist anyone in the world could ask for with over 20 years experience and a heart and personality of gold. Nicole is the sweetest most caring dental assistant, an angel through and through. Gloria is wonderful with assisting you with a payment plan you can afford and work with. Dr. Sayed does impeccable dental work and is very charming and as genteel as a dentist can be. Lol. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Experiencia fantástica: MY FAMILY LOOOOOOOOOVES PICTURE PERFECT SMILE. My husband was terrified of dentists, once he started his treatment plans, I’ve never seen him be excited to go to the dentist and get his teeth fixed. The doc has gentle hands and every minute asks if your comfortable and takes a break. We have never seen a doctor do that. Definitely recommend going. Super clean and calming.
