Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr Russo for many years now. Always happy with the dental service I receive there especially the implants I received to improve my smile. Thank you Dr Russo for improving my smile

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for 18 years. I used to live in Clifton, but I've moved to Parsippany more than 8 years ago and I'm still coming here for cleaning and major dental works. I love this place, everyone here very nice. Today I met a new hygiene, her name is Naudia, she's very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to see Dr Shulman for many years and I can’t say this enough, he is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. His staff is amazing always greet you with smile and very accommodating. Dental hygienist Naudia is awesome and very friendly. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a customer of R&S Dental Associates for years, and I can confidently say that it’s always a delightful experience. The friendly and professional staff, led by the caring Doctor Russo, ensures that the office maintains a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this dental practice for top-notch care and exceptional service.

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is a hidden gem, in the city of Clifton. Dr.Shulman is amazing! I had so many emotions and concerns going in since I’ve never had extensive work. I’ve never had an implant done. Dr.Shulman and his staff were so professional and understanding to my needs. They went above and beyond to help ease my fears and the work was done impeccably. He made it affordable too with dental students he trains and supervises with his expertise. After doing extensive research, I found that the Dental Implant program afforded by Dr. Russo and Dr.Shulman’s office is the best in town. Thank you for bringing my smile back Dr.Shulman!

Experiencia negativa: Failed implant and extreme pain and suffering, implant lasted about a year. To fix it they wanted to charge me full price for new implant.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome job. They do fantastic work. I would highly recommend for implants and all your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding work and affordable (relatively).

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Russo and staff are wonderful . I have all my dental work done here you should it out .I love Dr Russo I would never change him for the world .BEST Dentist Ever !!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Russo is a kind and knowledgeable dentist. I came to him after many years of visiting different dental offices with constantly changing practitioners, which was frustrating because I never knew what to expect. Dr. Russo takes his time with each patient, explains everything he’s doing, and makes the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. He is very professional and genuinely cares about his patients. The rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love Dr. Russo. He has been my life long dentist and despite me moving away I still make an effort to see him as he is extremely great at what he does. (Even if it means booking a flight from Florida.) He is always professional and kind and has been great with attending to my dental needs throughoutthe years. I've tried other dentists and the service cannot compare. Your teeth are in excellent care with Dr. Russo.

Experiencia fantástica: This office by far has the best dentists that I have come across in over 20 years. Dr. Russo and Dr. Shulman are both excellent. Office staff is friendly and they have really good dental hygienists as well. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but I actually look forward to my appointments now and taking better care of my dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shulman is truly the best dentist I have ever met. After years of consistent, professional, and pain-free care, I once made the mistake of trying a different dentist closer to home to save time. That decision turned out to be a disaster. The crown I received at the other office caused multiple problems and required additional work to correct. Since returning to Dr. Shulman, I’ve had no issues at all. Every procedure has been done with exceptional skill and care. Dr. Shulman is not only a highly competent professional, but also an attentive person who always takes the time to explain everything and ensure patient comfort. I trust Dr. Shulman completely and will never go anywhere else again.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shulman is very knowledgeable, very friendly. He always treat his patients with care. I highly recommend him for your dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: This place has been great. The staff is very kind and understanding. The dentist comes in and is kind mindful to ask about you and not just your teeth. This was important for me especially with a small fear of dentist but I have all comfort and very happy with my teeth and the care and attention they have recieved.

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is the best I have been to all my life. The staff is great and very friendly. The doctors are very professional and do great long lasting work. Service over all excellent i recommend this office to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: Nasty, rude and poor customer service! I have been going to Dr. Russo for nearly 10 years. I get my teeth cleaned by Diana who is amazing but the office staff is very unprofessional. I made a last minute appointment to get my teeth cleaned yesterday evening for today at 2:30pm. I told them I could make this work and if not I’ll call to modify. This morning I realized I wouldn’t be able to make the appointment and so I called and spoke to Jay as I normally do to change or modify my appointments. I informed her I couldn’t make it and would have to change or cancel my appointment and she immediately says we’re going to have to charge you $100 for cancelling “last minute”. Mind you this is the first time I’m hearing about this policy in 10 years and I called 5 hours before my appointment. I then asked her if this was a new policy and she says I signed for it, no this isn’t a new policy. As I mentioned, I have modified my appointments no problem in the past so I asked her why haven’t I been charged in the past? She said unfortunately there’s nothing I can do. I then said all I want to do is change my appointment and she says well even if I change it, we still have to charge you $100. I said this doesn’t make sense, I’ve never been charged this in the past and the cancellation fee is almost the cost of the cleaning? She then says Derek I’m not going to argue with you and then I lost it. I’ve never been so disgusted with customer service in my life and for this experience they are losing a client they’ve had for approximately 10 years! There have been other poor experiences but this is the straw that broke the camels back!

My hat off to You Dr. Shulman and Your Terrific and we’ll Skilled Staff!!! Thank you again for allowing me to Eat, Taste, Chew My Food again and Allow me to Have A Beautiful Natural Looking Smile. Paul G.
