Experiencia negativa: Dr dalbon doesn't have the correct procedure to do something as simple as making a denture fit right. I have been there countless times to try to have them fit right. His practice didn't accept my insurance. I went to seek another dentist, I went back to dalbon to see if he could get them to fit better. Asking him about a dentist and his plan. He was going to order parts for the denture. They then told me to go to another dentist that he wasn't ordering the parts. All because I went to another dentist. Honestly I don't think Dr Dalbon knows what he's doing.. Go seek someone else. He may do this to you!! I tried calling today just to get my files, they hung up on me. Nice guy! NOT

In order to determine my eligibility for the teeth-whitening treatment, Dr. DalBon wanted to confirm. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had the teeth whitening procedure a few months ago, and it went great; my teeth are still white. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. The building's interior is pleasant and tidy. Kelly took care to thoroughly explain everything both before and during the procedure. Kelly made sure that I was comfortable. Kelly took the time to go over the dos and don'ts about what to eat and drink following my treatment. I don't recall who called me a few days after my procedure to see how I was doing—Krystal or Nikki. That was a very sweet thing to do. In my perspective, I definitely recommend checking out this place 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently switched over to NJCLD and could not be more pleased with my decision. The office is very high tech and up to date, unlike my previous dentists office. The staff are so friendly, accommodating, and professional. For so long I was hesitant to see a dentist, the last cavity I had filled was done so poorly, it shifted my teeth and cause so much pain. BUT after years of fearing going to the dentist, Dr. Zangrilli has FINALLY given me peace of mind! Her conscientious professionalism is only trumped by her high quality work. After having two cavities filled (one with the laser) and crown put in place I couldn’t be happier with the services provided here. The laser dentistry services are so cool too! The small cavity I had done with it was painless and done so quickly. Dr. Zangrilli is an amazing dentist and highly recommended for, not only those who fear going to the dentist, but everyone!

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Dalbon is a nightmare. False expectations set by him, a could care less dentist and staff, money and time wasted is the bare beginnings of explaining my terrible experience with Dr. Dalbon, his office assistant Krystal, and his office manager Nikki. I've rewritten this review 100 times so it may seem to jump around due to character limit but I hope I can save you the stress by sharing my story as best as Google will allow. I probably wouldn't have even cared about asking a partial refund if Dr. Dalbon could've at least called me himself to hear my experience and apologize first hand but never did. My smile took way too long and the amount I paid nowhere near matches the service his office provided. He took 0 accountability and bc all his reviews are 5 star I wonder how many times he's tried to scare patients into silence. This office has caused me so many tears. I never had a problem with a dentist or my teeth that was huge I just didn't like some discoloration on 1 of my teeth hence the visits and procedures with Dr. Dalbon who thinks that after spending $10k with his office this year he shouldn't have to be accountable for "the lab" being delayed and then when they finally get what I needed in, it being incorrect, then his team not reaching out to me when the lab fixed the issue. Wouldn't be a problem if on appointment number 1 my healthy tooth wasn't cut in half and unusable without a temp. He told me it'd be 2 weeks to get it fixed. Dr Dalbon and I spoke about how this timeline was crucial bc I'm moving. Dr. Dalbon assured me it was a good idea. For 1 part, he put a temp in that looked like a fake square instead of a tooth and didn't care at all that I had to walk around and use this tooth. I asked him if he thinks this is acceptable and he said, "no, he will make it up to me bc the tooth will be perfect when it comes in again." Dr. Dalbon drilled at my mouth for another hour and the temp he made still looked silly. I left his office bc I needed to leave after being there twice as long as expected and was in tears to the point where his office aid Krystal offered me a hug and said, "you did the right thing." To summarize, it took over 3 months after my tooth was sawed in half to get what I paid for. Again- Dr. Dalbon said this would be a 2 week process when we agreed to go through with this. During timeframe, I had to go to an emergency dentist bc the temp fell out and they didn't give me anything to put it back in. I had to drive over an hour each way on a Sunday to get a new temp put in. Luckily they gave me material to glue it back in should it fall out which it did several more times. During this time I could barely eat bc was scared the tooth would fall out and I was having regular nightmares. After finally getting the appointment and tooth fixed I told Krystal I will have to write reviews and talk to an attorney if they can't compensate me, she said Nikki would contact me. No one reached out. 3 weeks later I called and get their answering service. I left a msg asking for a call back. Within the next 3 hours I called 4 more times never leaving another msg but just hoping to talk to someone at the office since this had already gone so long and no one seemed to care about me. I had Dr. Dalbon's number he's texted me on in the past when needing emergency dental service so I also messaged him professionally asking if he can have someone call me back as no one has in 3 weeks. Nikki finally called me back and I shared that this has been a horrible experience and that I have to work, am outside the country, and would like an email resolution. She emails me that Dr. Dalbon will send me a letter, I replied thanking her. I was shocked to receive a letter being called a bully saying he will not compensate me and to not reach out to his office again and him saying it's not his fault the lab was late. I was nothing but nice and professional. Prior to this Nikki used to tell me what a sweet and great patient I was and how they'd miss me. Dr. Dalbon used to call me "kiddo" which was weird because I'm an adult woman.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a tremendous practice. I am visiting from Florida and needed something checked on my teeth. I am visiting my family and they live about 30 minutes away. I searched around online and finally found this office. Nikki who works up front listened to all of my concerns over the phone, was very patient and understanding. She scheduled me in right away. I was able to meet with Dr.DalBon in his office and discuss all of my concerns. He was also very understanding and took care of everything I asked for. I am very happy because now I know I have a dentist I can visit when I am in New Jersey. If I lived here I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even if it was an hour drive, it’s worth it. Crystal the dental assistant was also extremely nice and comforting. I have visited a lot of dental offices in my life and you can tell this is top tier practice. Thank you again !

Experiencia negativa: After going to the dentist for approximately three years I finally had to call it quits. The chronic “upselling” and telling me my teeth all needed to be replaced was just ridiculous. Beware of this dentist when I told him until I have a problem with my teeth that’s when I will have it remediated. He then gave me an attitude and had a hissy fit and also pushes fluoride on you without telling you that there is a fee for that. He also said “I’ve been telling you about this for three years and I don’t know why you are replacing or getting crowns” and I told him I really don’t want to part with $1000 per crown unless I have a problem with my teeth. While I was trying to figure out how to handle it he had left the room momentarily and I told the hygienist that if the doctor is going to continue to have an attitude with how I spend my money then we’re gonna have a problem. He then proceeded into the room and said let me know where I can forward your records, without any apology whatsoever. As a business owner I know that this is not how you treat your customers/clients and I do not recommend his services, which are subpar anyway because when I initially had one crown replaced I had to go back four times to have it done right.
