Experiencia negativa: I scheduled an appointment for my son to have his wisdom teeth pulled. I told the lady that on the phone when I made the appointment. She said ok. Show up to the appointment and she says they don’t do extractions there. My daughter has had teeth pulled here before. My son is 17 and had to take off work for this.

Experiencia fantástica: They worked so fast to accommodate my kids and made sure my babies were comfortable for their cleaning! Great service overall!

Experiencia negativa: I was going to be 7 minutes late so they made another appt to come back at 2:30. We got there and waited an hour and half to be seen. Then wait forever for them to seal a couple teeth. We were there until they closed at 5 pm. Blaming me for having to reschedule "because you're going to be late" but its really bc you're behind (people aren't stupid) then keeping us there almost 3 hours for a cleaning is absolutely ridiculous. They couldn't care less. Won't be returning although the dentist is nice.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely the worst pediatric dental office I’ve ever been in. The front office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, the only person I dealt with that was nice was the young lady taking the x-ray. I have left here several times feeling uneasy about the staff and treatment of my children and myself and finally had enough today and left before they had a chance to charge me more for unnecessary things. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! If I could give them negative stars I would.

Experiencia negativa: Quite dated facility. Did X-rays that were not covered by insurance without knowledge or consent, then did not take responsibility for their bad business decision and put blame elsewhere. Very quick, not thorough cleanings. We won’t be back. Hygienist were friendly tho.

This was due to the disorganization that started to happen, and also the constant canceling, and rescheduling my children. After many attempted calls to gain me back as a customer, and telling me that they have changed, I decided to give them another try. Well, that fell through when the lady at the front desk answered on (08/20/2025). They did not have any time slots available that would work for me, so I told her to let me look at the calendar and get back to her. She then proceeded to THREATEN me and told me that she would notify my insurance if I did not schedule with them. She stated that my children were "overdue" for a check-up. I had to remind her that I was attempting to give them another try and that my kids had been seen elsewhere and taken care of. I left them years ago and that they have been blowing my phone up to get MY business back. I also notified her that I did not appreciate her threatening me. Due to her threat to try to scare me and make me schedule, I will definitely not be returning now. You all have lost my business for good!

The dentist and all the staff are all very professional! I found this place a few years ago when my child needed emergency dental surgery, and her dental office during that time, ' Midland Dentistry For Kids' did not want to help my daughter who was crying out in pain since I didn't have $500.00 up front to pay them, even though we had insurance! The 'Children's Dental Center', took her right in and did not worry about the money up front, and helped my daughter by removing her infected tooth. I have been with them every since and my children have received nothing but the best care and I have received great service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Your children will be in great hands here!

Experiencia positiva: We’ve been coming here for years. This morning we went just for a routine cleaning. Usually in and out in 30 minutes. Not this time. The doctor got held up with other patients from what we were told and then came in and looked at my sons teeth for 3 seconds and left. She was friendly just overbooked it seemed. When it was time to go a lady asked if we needed a school note and I said yes. Then a different lady said to the lady at the desk that we’re good to go. I said no I need a school note. She ignored me and I went to the desk. The lady at the desk said you’re good to go. Again I said No I need a school note. Maybe it was just an off day.

Experiencia positiva: We arrived for our appointment, even got pulled back and my daughter was in the chair waiting to have teeth extracted when we were told that the paperwork had not been printed out and completed yet so they took us back to the lobby to wait so we could fill out everything THEN when they were ready brought us back again for the extraction. My daughter also felt the second tooth that was removed and said it hurt to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The wait time was reasonable, considering my son is a new patient and I had to do paperwork. The dentist and nurse were very kind. They also take United Healthcare Dental Medicaid. The medical history questions are very detailed, but in the best way. I have no complaints!

Experiencia negativa: Everyone was polite and friendly with the exception of one of the receptionist she was very rude and disrespectful. Accusing me of insurance fraud cause the information that Medicaid was incorrect. Gave me a number to call that was for providers not for members. This is not the first time this has happened seems your receptionist need more training on how to be polite.

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend as they are always behind. I make it a point to always show up 15 minutes earlier than my appointment and even then my children never get seen at their appointment time. It's always 30-45 minutes after.

My children are double covered and they constantly bill the insurance incorrectly and call me saying that I owe a huge amount even after I have paid a large amount. They constantly call and change appointments stating that when they made the appointment they didn't have the Dentist's schedule for the month. Why you you make an appointment then? Do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Experiencia fantástica: My son had to have two teeth pulled and was so anxious about it. Thankfully the staff were all so helpful and comforting. Mariah was amazing in talking to him through it all. The doctor explained before, during and after the process. If any of my kids need dental work again, I would want them to go to Children's Dental Center in Midland.

Experiencia negativa: Have been taking my kids here since my daughter was a baby she's 11 know and they have disappoint us make us lose a whole Day of work and school by referring us to a different dr to come out and say they can't do anything until 3 months later will look for a different dental clinic

Experiencia negativa: Every time I show up there for an appointment we wait in the lobby for about 45- an hour wait. Was there for 3 or more hours to leave the dentist had to be super late to work. Today took the day off to bring her to the dentist and because I was “14” minutes late, I had to be re schedule because the Dr was “already falling behind”

Experiencia negativa: Never had any issues with them before till my son received braces. My problems are not with the dentist or his dental assistants but with their billing staff. Our insurance is in network but Lisa isn’t doing her job properly. Lisa waited 6 months after my son received his braces to report it to the insurance… Lazy!!! She never reported when my son received his braces to the insurance. Now they are trying to charge me for her mistakes. Warning!!! Be Careful!!! I have been calling the office (with no call back) and went in person to ask Why (nobody knows anything) with no help from the staff. When I finally spoke to Lisa after 3 months. She was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and won’t help. They will try to blame the insurance when it is clearly their (Lisa) mistakes. Watch Out!

Experiencia negativa: There have been several times that appointments have been overbooked. Our appointment was at 4:00. When we arrived the line to check in was almost to the door. We didn’t get called back until after 5:00. I would have rather had my appointment scheduled for 4:30 and not have to wait for so long.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Leung is absolutely amazing! My 2 year old toddler is quite a handful and he was great with him. Patient, calm and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommended.
