Experiencia negativa: I was disappointed with my cleaning. The dentist spent only a few minutes actually cleaning my teeth, then most of the time was spent polishing. After the appointment, my lower back teeth were still yellow and didn’t feel properly cleaned like they usually do after a dental visit. The cleaning felt rushed and incomplete.

Experiencia negativa: Quick and easy scheduling and lots of availability. This practice isn’t very detail oriented as far as I can tell. They haven’t noticed a few things my old dentist pointed out. It’s better than nothing if you’re in a hurry though.

Experiencia negativa: I went here because insurance recommended and had mostly good reviews. I needed to get a tooth pulled that was causing severe pain for days. I will say most of the staff was extremely nice for most part. I went back after exrays and yes I knew I needed a lot of work. They did their evaluation and primary cleaning. Which I was literally jumping in the chair and the doctor just kept knowing not even acknowledging it. Just like one other review I read doctor barley came in room and never removed their mask. This made me feel more like a inconvenience to them. The the office personal came in with the "treatment" plan. They wanted to pull the obvious bad tooth but then a root canal with a bridge in short 10,000 of work with insurance. I told her I know I'm close to needing dentures and can't afford that work. She and the dentist did a complete 180. They come in to "numb" me up. That was a complete joke I've had a few teeth pulled in similar areas and have never been shot that many times. It literally felt like they were just jamming it in everywhere. This to say the least did not number anything I'm the jaw, and when they started I raised my had to say I was feeling pain. They're response was "your feeling pain" in a disbelief manner. They then s the shoved the needle in my not so numb jaw and sit it a couple times. Then proceeded not even checking to see if had any effect. At this point I gave up and just took the pain to get it done. Although it wasn't over. The assistant put their hands on my jaw and forehead and pushed my jaw open and my head into the chair. This way all the dentist hand to do was rip my tooth out with pliers. I know there is proper tools to pry the tooth out and not have to force fully shake sometimes head back and forth to get it out. This by far was the worst experience I've ever had at any doctors office. I will never be back let alone even close to this office.

Experiencia negativa: I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. H. Oboro-Onuora, and unfortunately my experience was not a positive one. I was already very anxious going into the procedure, and instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a passive-aggressive manner. Each time I winced, I was met with a sharp, almost condescending response such as, “It’s just pressure, right?” When I asked if I could have someone hold my hand for comfort after my fiancé fainted and left the room, I was told, “No, my hands are full and so are his.” This was said in a way that made me feel brushed off rather than understood. When I expressed concern about them cutting bone, I asked if it would hurt. The response I got was, “You’re numb already, so no,” which came across as dismissive instead of reassuring. At one point I even asked if she was okay because her tone felt so hostile, and her response was unrelated and dismissive again. Overall, I felt there was a lack of empathy or compassion throughout the entire procedure, which made an already stressful experience much harder. Dental work is difficult enough without feeling like your anxiety and fear are being ignored.

Experiencia fantástica: Pretty decent service they got us in pretty quickly for our cleanings when I scheduled them. The only thing I wish is they had Saturday openings make my life a little easier from missing work and kiddo from having a miss school for cleanings or filling stuff like that maybe one day in the future they’ll consider it. Other than that seems to be pretty decent

Experiencia negativa: I got a veneer from this dental office, and I’m very disappointed with the results. The woman who did the procedure (an African American lady) didn’t take my concerns seriously. I told her three times that the veneer felt uneven and was hitting my other tooth. On the third time, instead of adjusting the veneer, she sanded down my actual tooth. After that, it became uneven, sensitive, and just didn’t look right. When I got home, I realized the veneer didn’t match my other teeth at all—it looked yellow and stuck out from the side. To make things worse, the temporary tooth they gave me looked better than the permanent one I paid $800 for. I called the office right away, but they told me there was nothing they could do since I had already left. As a college student who pays for everything out of pocket, I’m honestly upset and hurt. I worked hard to afford this, and it feels like I wasted my money. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for quality cosmetic dental work

Experiencia negativa: Not a great experience from start to finish. It seemed easy to make my appointment, but when sent reminders about my appointment, the address was never sent to me. When I googled the address for Bliss and headed to my appointment, it took me to the wrong location because there are multiples in town (which I was not aware of). Luckily I showed up more than half an hour early for my appointment and was able to make it to the actual location a couple minutes early. I guess somebody who works there had their children running around the office (children were literally running through the halls and peaking around corners to look at me while I was having x-rays taken. It also felt like a children’s dentist because of the cartoons playing in the lobby and Nickelodeon on the TV in my exam room. The doctor who saw me introduced themselves from behind me and was masked the entire time, so I have no idea who actually evaluated me. They said I needed to have additional services and then walked out of the room, followed by the receptionist who said my treatment would be nearly $600; I have good dental insurance. It seemed like an attempt to take advantage of me if I’m being honest. When I declined treatment, the demeanor of the receptionist changed from friendly and receptive to cold and dismissive. I would not recommend Bliss dental to anyone, for any reason.

Experiencia fantástica: Today I came in with a long-term toothache that I knew would mean an extraction. The Dr. Explained beautifully that I needed the extraction and exactly what we needed to do going forward with my treatment plan. She did the extraction after liberal appropriate use of numbing agents. I’m a big baby and detest pain! I’m extremely pleased with the treatment I received today and I shall always be a patient here with all my dental and orthodontic needs. Kudos, team.

Experiencia negativa: Most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a dentist office. Was left waiting for 45 mins after they numbed my mouth for a root canal, dentist finally comes in works on my mouth for over an hour. Root canal caused more pain in my tooth than when I got there. The procedure was painful they stuck me atleast 25 times with needles numbing me everywhere but the tooth. After all this horror they had to extract the tooth. Then they charged me for the failure root canal that they performed that caused me pain for the 4 hrs that I was there. If I were anybody thinking of this place I would run as far as I could away from Bliss Dental.

We live 2.5 hours away. Not only did they get us all scheduled in the same day but they were able to squeeze in the recommended treatments for 2 of my children and myself. Living out of town and trying to get off of work during the week is difficult. Them helping to get us taken care of was such a blessing. I didn't have to reschedule, make multiple trips and miss multiple days of work. My children do not have to miss multiple days of school. I will never see another dentist as long as I live in this area.

The staff were kind and helpful, very well educated with all equipment needed. The dentist Ms Helen Oboro Onuora was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The waiting room was full and the doctor arrived late, apparently unaware that he was scheduled to work. I was called back after 45 minutes or so and had a decent experience with the x-ray technician. However, I was then seated and left waiting for an extended period. I ultimately decided to leave and do not plan to return.

The dentist didn’t give me enough time to ask questions. He needs to spend more time with his patients and give more options for dental advice. Will not be returning

Experiencia negativa: NO EMPATHY FOR PATIENTS,, I had an extraction done and was in pain. I told him I could not take Ibuprofen and they would not give me anything, I am 55 years old and I didn't want to put up with the pain. For what they charge they should have given me pain medication at least for the first day.
